Sewer Company review: Overbilling 1

When you think Obama, you think Socialism. In Chester City Delaware County, you find many job waste that suck homeowner blood to pay top salary for the executive of Chester Water Authority, and to the executive of the sewer company, DELCORA. They both have their own meter reading, and they both can bill you for any amount. My water bill for three month is $150.00 and my sewer Bill $107.00. Similar property in the same neighborhood, sewer bill average $36.00-$43.00. But my bill alaways more than double of other people. Even when I shut the water off, they billed me for $150.00. I have many disputes in the past, and I'm still dealing with the same problem. The Utility Commissioner, has no Jurisdiction over the City, contacting Mayor Butler, is like contacting the chicken of the sea, and filing claim in court is costly. I went broke because of racism that exist everywhere. I work full time fighting unfair billing, and unfair treatment. City Hall is nothing but a big hole .
