2023-400% Increase in annual hosting fees
March 27th, 2023. I have been a customer with Servage since 2012. My and I just received a web hosting invoice for US$ 458.00 when I usually pay US$95.88.
I queried this amount, and after several emails back and forth have in my mind simply been 'dumped unceremoniously,. Meaning that I have basically been advised that if I don't wish to pay the increased fee, I can always transfer to its more affordable new service WebSupport with a discounted offer, otherwise I'm on my own.
Needless to say I am very concerned and disappointed at the huge price hike, lack of notice and support.
Desired outcome: I'd like to remain with Servage at the same amount at least for another year until I can find a workable solution.

I never will recommend this service.
Incredible support: very stupid, diss customer and liying.
Especially in 2019 all services became down.
All my websites stoped working not available over some months.
It is a business killer - it is really so horrible !
Never got requested refunds !
The control panel is now also rather bad and inconvenient.

This service started out really great back in 2011, but has deteriorated sharply in the last 5 or 6 months. I've had an email outage of 15 days, which is simply unacceptable and a stretch of website outage of more than 24 hours.
Moreover Support simply don't reply when you ask for a refund for services that were not rendered.
To add to the pain, moving off Servage has been a bit of a fiasco. To move a .com site, you need an EPP code (which is delivered to the email address, which is still not working). To be fair, they offered to send it to another email address so I eventually got it. BUT the code was invalid and I STILL (after 4 days) don't have a valid code to move off them. So basically I'm stuck with them.
I really do wish there was an ombudsman that could deal with companies like this. I get that they are in a migration that has gone badly wrong, but they should at least respect my decision move away.

This web hosting company is the worst I have ever experienced. The downtime on my websites is ridiculous. The technical support is a complete joke. They migrated to new server recently and nothing worked. I have had to result to requesting a support via there ticket system at least 3 times per week.
This week when I had no admin or website displayed I submitted a ticket and here is a copy of there solution (basically tough, fix it your self )

Hi,
I have enable gzip compression and also have added expire headers for your given domains. You can check the .htaccess file for the code and add the same for another of your websites. This would improve the performance. Also, installing cache plugins such as W3 Total Cache would reduce the load significantly.

Also an amazing incite into the fact that their system is not working, but they still wan't you to pay.

I stop liking them. And won't be using anymore.
The kind of support they provide is terrible. It's getting only worse day by day. Inattentive, rude, obnoxious, not focused on customers' needs and not always answer. They ruined all the sites I had. This is so terrible and disappointing. I don't know who to complain to fix my problems. Guys, you are so unprofessional.
overcharging and very bad service
I have my company website hosted with servage.net.
The had the incorrect payment details 6 months ago so i logged in as a new user to activate the account.Six months later they renewed my old account and the new one charging 45.00 to the old one with the new creditcard details which had only been entered on the new account and 53.55 euro a week later on the new account both for hosting just one website.
It has taken two days to go through thier ticket system and still they refuse to refund one of the payments and they would rather loose a customer.It is most annoying that they can get away with this.They are most unhelpful and they are a really unsecure company when it comes to handing over your creditcard details.
One guy did ask if i wanted the account closed and a refund but then someone else posted a reply and said no.
