Senior Benefits Center Networkannuity fraud

J

The senior Benefits Centers Network held a Senior Survival Workshop 2/9/2009, in the Chiefland area. The purpose of these workshops (Senior Survival Workshop) is to persuade older investors through (Fear, anger, loss or privacy, greed) to sell their securities holdings and purchase annuities and other 'select' investments with high commissions. Presenters disturb prospects or 'targets' with probate, SS taxes Nursing Home Bankruptcy, stock market losses, and outliving any money one has. Home visits are pre-scheduled on cards in attendee folders with presenter name and phone number. Appointments are confirmed before leaving workshop.
When questioned, no company name, no website, no disclose statement...just very vague responses as to them being there to 'help.' Heavy pressure put on attendee if they decide to cancel home visit.
Similar instances around country. See lawsuit in state of MA www.sec.state.ma.us/sct/sctalt/altidx.htm

This would be useful if it meant that the "Senior Benefit Center" of PO Box 12518 in Winston Salem, NC [protected] was of the same organization and therefore I might expect the same results if I sent in their request for information re: Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans. -Ed in NC

if anyone recieves card that say retirement updates that will effect social security throw them in the trash this is a scam and yes it probably is and they will harress you every day to get you to book an appointment with a senior advocate except its not a senior advocate they lie it is a financial advisor and they are there to rip you off not help you so be very careful what you send back and respond to because they will take you for everything you have hope this helps all of the seniors out there
