SendFlowers Mother's day flowers never delivered

I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. I was told on the scheduled delivery day that they had been delivered (which was a lie), then the next day I was told they were scheduled to be delivered that day (which also was a lie), They were never delivered, and my loved one received nothing for Mother's Day. Terrible service. Don't use!

SendFlowers Flower arrangement for mother's day

Horrible company... I ordered flowers a week ahead of time for mother's day and the flowers never came... Everytime I call they put me on hold for hours... I will be trying to get a refund tomorrow... Never shop there, they charge alot of money and don't produce anything... I think this is a scam website

SendFlowers Flowers!

Awful. Just awful! I am so incredibly angry right now. I ordered Mother's day flowers on May 1st to be delivered the DAY BEFORE (the 9th) Mother's Day. The florist never delivered them, so I called ON Mother's Day early in the morning and Sendflowers apologized and said the florist would definitely have them out today (Mother's Day). This was after being on hold for 20 minutes, getting disconnected and having to call back again and wait another 20. 5:00pm on Mother's Day (Sunday) my mother had not received her flowers. So I called Sendflowers again. After 35 minutes on hold, was told NOW that "because of the amount of orders, the pandemic, and lack of flowers" that they will not be delivered until WEDNESDAY. I cancelled my order. I am so livid right now. Not only would it not be delivered on Mother's Day (after I had ordered 10 days prior, and was supposed to be delivered on SATURDAY) but it now wouldn't even be delivered on time for Mother's Day. I asked which florist it was and they wouldn't tell me! That's such BS! Why would they tell me the morning of Mother's Day that it wouldn't be delivered instead of PROMISE it would (then later told its because they have a lack of flowers!?) GTFO. I'm so mad. I drove around at 5:30p at night looking for some left over flowers I could give my mom. Finally found some unbloomed flowers and gave them to her at 8pm! Had they notified me sooner that they wouldn't be able to complete that delivery, I would have been able to get my MOTHER something DECENT. They had no remorse what so ever. I will NEVER be using them again, and I will be telling my friends also.

SendFlowers Mother's day bouquet

Ordered the largest florist designed bouquet for $69.99 and added 3 balloons for $3.00 each. Were to be delivered on Friday May 8, 2020. Total order just under $80.00 due to a discount of $13.99 which covered delivery.

Received an email telling me they had been delivered at approx 5 pm on Friday March 8, 2020. Thinking it strange we had not received a call from my mother in law regarding getting them, we called. She had not.

Called Sendflowers.com to check order and it said they were delivered and then disconnected me. I called back and waited about 20 minutes for someone to pick me up from the holding line. She put me on hold for about 15 minutes then came back and said the florist was gone for the day and that I just needed to call again tomorrow. I advised that she was being told right then that the order was not delivered and I expected them to follow up on it rather than me having to spend another hour tomorrow. She was very nasty and rude.

Sent an email to their customer service from the email I received. Got a reply thanking me for being a customer and telling me that the flowers were delivered at 11 am Friday May 8, 2020. (keep in mind they are responding to me telling them that no in fact they were not delivered. Responded once again telling them that we had video proof the flowers were NOT delivered and that I would be filing a complaint with Visa on Monday for the charge.

Miraculously the flowers arrived Saturday May 9, 2020. A small bouquet not anywhere near a "DELUXE BOUQUET". I guess you live and you learn.

Terrible terrible company. BUYER BEWARE

SendFlowers candy basket

I ordered a candy basket for my grandson who was sick. I ordered it at noon for same day. I got an email at 3 saying it couldn't be delivered that day but they would refund the same day charge and it would be delivered the next day. I hot an email notification at 2:53 that it had been delivered at 2:49. I called my daughter and she said no delivery. I talked to her again around 4, still no delivery. I called sendflowers who said they would check with the local florist. When I asked for the name so I could contact them, they said they couldn't give it to me but would let me know what they found out. I got a call from my daughter at 5:19 saying it had been delivered. Nothing like what I ordered. Sendflowers offered me a 25% discount (so much for 100%satisfaction guarantee). Of course, it was a credit on my next order but expired in less than a week from my order. I would never order anything from this company again, discount or not.

SendFlowers flowers for same day delivery... still waiting... day 6

Ordered flowers to be delivered same day...that was last Thursday January 2nd...to day is Tuesday the 7th and still no delivery...every day they say for sure tomorrow...I am pretty sure they just took my money and there is no florist. They blame the florist every time when I have actually caught the in lies and avoiding my direct questions.
The offered a small credit back to card, which I doubt I will see. These were sympathy flowers. Customer service, although nice...waste your time, put you on hold and give generic run around answers to questions.

SendFlowers guaranteed same day delivery

Ordered flowers for my Moms 80th birthday back in Pennsylvania and I'm in Florida..went with this company because of the Guaranteed Same Day Delivery..
Got an Email at 2PM stating that "We're sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot deliver your flowers today..instead..it will arrive Monday December 2nd..here's your extra you paid for the same day delivery back..Sorry"
False advertising to state that they have GUARANTEED DELIVERY SAME DAY when this happened.. Called Customer Service and got the same generic We're Sorry...
Doesn't matter how sorry they are..
WORST COMPANY EVER AND FALSE ADVERTISING!

SendFlowers no show!

It's a shame I did not see the complaints listed for "send flowers".
I ordered Three arrangements with balloons for a bride, her bouquet and an engagement.
Only one of the two arrangements was delivered to the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. The balloons where not what was ordered and flowers advertised a silk bow but a vinyl ribbon arrived. Even though the company was contacted the 1st incorrect delivery was not replaced or resolved. The other TWO deliveries never arrived.
Absolutely poor service and false advertising!

SendFlowers balloon bouquet

I am away on business and wanted to send a balloon bouquet to my 7 year old daughter on her birthday so she would know that I was thinking of her on her special day. Even though SendFlowers site stated that the balloons would be delivered on that day, they were not. My daughter was very hurt that she didn't receive something specifically from me. The balloons were delivered 2 days later, but that was too late. The balloon bouquet was ordered and paid for in the morning and I received a confirmation on the order. That evening, I received an email that they didn't deliver them and that they would deliver 2 days later. It was then too late to order from someone else. This company comes up as being in your local area, but they are not. BEWARE. The company offered me a measley $12 credit toward another purchase, but I will never purchase from them again. This seems to be a trend because there are many reviews out there complaining about the same issue.

SendFlowers flower delivery

The website is misleading - I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on Sunday (the website led me to believe they could take care of this order). After placing the order, I then received an email saying they couldn't deliver them until Monday. I called, trying to cancel the order and was told that wasn't an option. Finally got the flowers at the end of the day on Monday and the arrangement is about 1/2 the size that I had ordered. Calling in numerous times didn't help at all either. DO NOT USE this company for ANYTHING!

SendFlowers balloon order and delivery

Can't believe this company is still in business. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before placing a balloon order with send flowers.com. I must have spent 45 minutes placing my order over the phone Sept. 18th 2019, then never received an email confirmation and the balloons were never delivered. This was supposed to be same day delivery which I was charged for. The person who took my order also charged me for the deluxe balloons when I wanted the regular order, when I questioned the price she told me that the regular order was not available in that area however she didn't give me that information until asked. Sept. 19, 2019 I called the company and they had no record of my order. I was even given an order number when I made the purchase which still didn't bring up my order. I called my credit card company and I was charged $50.74 for the order. Now I'm waiting to see if the purchase goes through or fails. I was unable to cancel the purchase with my company. I feel like I've been scammed big time.

SendFlowers flower delivery

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day however, I had chosen the wrong date. I immediately contacted customer service and the ASSURED me that the changes were made. The flowers were delivered on the wrong day when my mom wasn't home. So, I reached out again ad they ASSURED me that they were gonna upgrade the flowers and send with a letter of apology...guess what...nothing was delivered on the promised day. I am very disappointed in this. My mom lives out of state so to try and do something special was a task I thought this would be an easy fix but I will never order again. At this point all I want is my money back.

SendFlowers incorrect flower delivery

I ordered flowers sent to my workplace to a co-worker whose last day on the job was Tuesday. I was not in the office Tuesday, and when I got to work Wednesday, I found that the flowers had been delivered to me instead! What made it worse was that they called me Monday after I placed the order online to verify who was to receive it, and I gave them her name (after also providing it online). They told me the order had been correctly delivered! Since my co-worker is gone, I called the company today to ask if they could deliver them to her home and they will not do so. I will not use them again!

SendFlowers send flowers delivers a horrible punch line after a very bad joke

Buyer beware
I placed a flower order several months ago, with promises made of a certain arrangement, certain delivery date and time. Delivery day was not met. It took several hours on the phone to deal with the issue. Promised an upgrade on the arrangement with delivery the next day. Flowers delivered were not even walmart quality. After being lied to by several representatives this issue was finally pushed to upper management, who asked that I give them an opportunity, in the future to make it right.
So, on february 13, gave them that opportunity. Spoke to upper management in the processing this order. Received an email from this company stating it would be delivered on the 13th. Delivery did not happen on the 13th. Spent two hours again the evening of the 13th talking with a representative and two different supervisors.
The first supervisor, made me some offers and promises - which included a call to the florist, immediately, a guarantee delivery on the 14th, an upgrade in boquet, and a 30% refund. Asked me to hold while he processed those promises and once we got off the phone, he would email and in the email would list what is being done to correct this situation. Was disconnected from this supervisor while I was on hold. I waited an hour, checked my email, no email.
Called again, spoke to a supervisor. Was informed that the notes on my account regarding my conversation with the first supervisor said, "customer was offered… transferring customer to another supervisor." therefore, I confirmed that nothing had been done regarding the correction of this order. I confirmed, that at this point, had I not called back in, there would have been no contact with the florist, no upgrade, no credit of 30% off, etc.
Several things that extremely frustrates me during my conversation with both supervisor are:
-found out I had ordered and paid for a premium arrangement and only a regular arrangement was ordered for the florist to make.
-the order stated it was going to a residence and not a business, therefore, delivery times were not correct.. And it took me telling the first supervisor about 10 time to change it and he did not change it. It took me telling the second supervisor about four time and then getting down right nasty and rude with him to get him to change the order to a business delivery. I guess folks in connecticut believe that delivery to a bank is residential.
-the first supervisor did nothing that he promised to correct the situation
-I told the first representative and the first supervisor, that I did not want an apology from send flowers sent to the recipient. When I spoke to the second supervisor, an apology was still going to be sent.
-I wasted two hours of my life, in attempts to get this situation corrected and my contact with these two supervisors was very unprofessional.
So, the drama continues on the 14th…. I left several messages the night before to the two upper management people who I had talked to on the 13th… who took the order and processed the order. It took them 2 hours and 15 minutes after they came into work to return my calls / messages left the night before. This shows the priority they put on this situation. And the response I got was really nothing, for they were waiting on communications from the florist and other excuses. I was transferred to the operations manager, who in the past, when I asked to speak to him, was told that he does not talk to customers. Really, in my opinion, just received pat answers from him.
And the drama continues. Flowers were to be delivered to my friend, who works in a bank in jacksonville, florida. Someone calls the corporate offices of the bank in new york city, talks to management there, to see if the flowers have been delivered. When the flowers are delivered the arrangement consists of at least ½ of it being baby breathe, about half of the stem of flowers represented in a deluxe arrangement and this was suppose to be a premium, with an upgrade, with extra stems put into it. The arrangement displayed on the website was a beautiful multicolored flowers, that was full of flowers with very little greenage. Rather, we received a sea of white daisies and baby breath with about 9 stems of colored flowers.
Then I received a phone call upper management person asking me if my friend received one or two arrangements. I was informed that the operations manager made the decision to have a second florist involved and to make a delivery because they felt the first florist was being wishy washy and he was certain a delivery would be made at all. A decision made to a second arrangement sent from another florist, without cancelling the first. How stinking embrassing for a woman to receive at work two arrangements on the same day, from the same guy! How stupid it makes me look for her to receive two arrangements.
Here is the bottom line… everything rises and falls on leadership! If the operations manager makes such stupid customer embarrassing decisions, no wonder, the regular employee and supervisors do the incompetent, unprofessional, customer service that they do. If two upper management personnel / supervisors process my order like they did on this one, no wonder, the regular employee and supervisors do the incompetent, unprofessional, customer service that they do.
Note: I have asked to speak to the ceo of this company and have been informed that he doesn't talk to customers.
Yes, I will recognize that I have received a total credit for the cost of the arrangement. But, that does not resolve their consistent inability to provide good customer service to their customers.

SendFlowers 100% customer satisfaction guarantee means nothing... not - a - thing

My wife ordered a Christmas arrangement for her mother after seeing a picture of it on their website. What they sent was an embarrassment, it truly looked like something that was picked up at the corner gas station...not to worry...they offer 100% satisfaction!
I send the first email complaint with pictures
they offer a $10 gift card...
I send the second email saying No Thanks, please refund our money as per your guarantee.
they offer 30% refund of the arrangement price not including delivery or tax, which amounts to $12 back on a $49 order.
I post on their Facebook page and get a response that a supervisor will contact us and fully resolve this issue.
Late at night a person calls and identifies himself by saying "I will be ACTING as a supervisor" (what the heck does that mean?)
He offers 50% refund on the arrangement price not including delivery or tax, which is not up to $14.50
NOPE
He offers 50% refund on total purchase = $24.50 and says he 'understands'... my wife asks him 'what do you understand?" he has no response but fed up with the whole situation, my wife finally says 'fine'

So be warned, a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee means NOTHING... you will NOT get your money back, you will NOT get an offer to resend the arrangement, you will NOT ever shop with them again.
btw, you will also never find any company information on them either, who owns the website, corporate president, nothing...

SendFlowers same day flower delivery

I should have checked reviews before I ordered from them. Stay away. They check availalbility of same day delivery via zip code. Site said same day was available, so I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I checked in via chat around 3:20 because it was not yet delivered, I ordered around 10 a.M. They said yes, it would be delivered. I got an email at 3:48 with an apology that it would not be delivered. They said it would be delivered the next day. No! I cancelled. Now, let's see if I get the money back. Don't stop or consider on this site, keep looking for a reputable company that delivers as promised.

SendFlowers flower orders

On September 25 I wanted to send my daughter and her new husband a special send off before they left for their honeymoon.
I called them to confirm i could order and have flowers delivered in time. Was assured yes and told to order online.
As the time for the flowers to arrive neared i began to realize they were not going to be delivered-I called immediately and was hung up on. I called back and was given a fake email address to write to. Further attempts to call them were ignored. I contacted them several times through their site and received absolutely no reply. I was also charged more on my credit card than what i had ordered online.
At first i thought it was bad customer service, but the blatent ignoring of my attempts to contact them made me suspect a scam. And after looking online I discovered hundreds of complaints about this company with the same concerns.
I called visa to tell them of the fraud and cancelled my card as I read by hundreds of people that a second charge usually happens a month later.
What I do not understand is how this can still be a website!

I have learned a valuable lesson in online ordering.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

SendFlowers flowers

I ordered flowers for delivery and paid over 50 dollars for it. When it did not deliver by mid afternoon I emailed them and I got response to someone else ( not me ). When I corrected them as to who I am they said they will check and let me know. Late that afternoon they responded to me and said they couldn't deliver and they will deliver the next day. Apologized and said they will refund me the same day delivery fee. Next day they delivered flowers to my mother in law that I am truly embarrassed by. They sold me something totally different from what they delivered. Attached are the pictures of what I ordered and what they delivered

SendFlowers product delivered was much less than I ordered and paid

I ordered and paid for 24 long stem roses in a premium vase for my family members milestone birthday. They charged me for that amount.

They only delivered 10 long stem roses in a non premium, crummy vase. Flowers looked horrible and were wilting. Called sendflowers to articulate the problem and they didn't seem to care much. After much going back and forth they said they would refund 30%. That doesn't make up for the flowers they shorted, or for the epic failure on their part and how what was suppose to make someone happy on their birthday only made them sad.

Worst part is if my family member didn't send me the picture of what they received I would have never know I was short changed.

Shame on you Sendflowers for such poor quality in your product and delivery.
I will never use them again!

SendFlowers customer service, delivery, online site, everything

I ordered same day delivery flowers at 11 am. Their site says as long as order before 3 pm they will be delivered that day. At 10:15 pm they still were not delivered. I called and got hung up on. Called again and waited 20 mins just to talk to someone who told me flowers were being delivered Into the night because they were busy. Who the hell delivers or receives flowers at 10pm?! She then tried to tell me I had put my delivery date as the 15th. I told her I was looking at the email from them stating that I was correct in the delivery date being the 11th. She continued to put me on hold to "call the florist" and what not. Came back argued with me again about the date and then when I asked for a refund was told the supervisor was in a meeting and couldn't be interrupted. Seriously? After almost an hour she finally agreed to refund my money. Then told me "no offense but next time pay attention to your delivery date you pick" seriously? I'm attaching a picture showing my delivery date WAS THE 11th. Which I told her. I told her I sent an email to them as well showing the delivery date was NOT the 15th like she was saying. She then tried to tell me that that the zip code couldn't get same day delivery. THEN WHY DID THE WEBSITE OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY FOR THAT ZIPCODE? This is a horrible company. I run a business myself and if I ever didn't deliver a service I offered I wouldn't be in business anymore! WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS? She blamed me and tried to tell me I didn't know what I was doing when ordering the flowers... because it's rocketscience right?! 🙄 This was my first time ordering flowers online. Worst experience and I will never do it again. Do Not use! Don't promise a service if you can't deliver!
