Nasty Mortgagee Clause Verification. We as an insurance agency cannot help our clients without proper contact by financial services companies. They should be more customer service oriented. Many of these nasty financial service companies call for mortgagee clause verification. They try to do it all verbally over the phone. Not happening. My customers at my desk are more important.

Apparently, they are too stupid to contact the insurance agency here and leave an email or fax request. The phone at the agency (as we handle more than 30 different insurance companies that we sell for) has a voicemail that stipulates leave your information via email or fax if you are a mortgage servicing company. Nasty companies based in Ohio and Utah servicing mortgages. If you are a customer (file complaints with your Attorney general office, banking regulators) blast them on social media. They are not above the law. In doing so maybe they will be nicer when they as mortgage servicing companies simply have changed a po box number on the clause and have decided to be demanding of their customers!

I am running into the same problems here. I have sent updated dec pages for a client 3 times this year. They update the mortgage information and remove the lender placed coverage for a couple weeks and then force place coverage again. When called, they say they can't talk to you because they have no record of you being the agent for that person's insurance. Of course, they don't because they keep deleting the insurance obtained by the insured and force placing coverage.

Select Portfolio Servicing My mortgage payoff status

this is a debt collection company that started buying mortgages from companies such as Capital One. they violated a lot of terms and conditions without informing the home owners and have had a lot of lawsuits. they have no infrastructure to run the business and their staff treats clients so bad as if they are collection agency. their websites and their documents do not provide the needed information to clients so you would never know if there are any misconduct with your payments. they do not answer or resolve your issues and they violate even their contract terms and conditions without any penalties. I have escalated their misconduct on my loan payment since May 2 and have called them on daily basis for 16 days and no resolution. I have paid off my account on May 11th and they have made an absolute mess of my account and can not provide me the letter of satisfaction and everyday they lie about the status of the correction of their errors.

Select Portfolio Servicing Okgoing servicing problems - poor attitude & poor customer service

5 Chase mortgages originated in 2006, 4 of those mortgages re-assigned to SPS several years ago, all payments made by auto-pay. Refinancing 3 of those 4 SPS mortgages in late 2020, ongoing problems as the SPS autopay’s continued though the mortgages had been paid off. A great inconvenience, clearly impacting my monthly finances, whereupon I had little choice than changing my Auto pay account.

My understanding all was good, and the 1 remaining SPS (loan #[protected]) auto pay was back on track, verified by SPS representative, “Felipe”, was incorrect. Received a call from SPS the following month (Nov.), inquiring about my payment, informing that the auto pay had been cancelled. I immediately covered the payment for Nov. & Dec., asking Felipe to verify that the autopay had been restored, which he did.

Though Felipe had reassured me that the autopay was back on, the January payment approaching, per the SPS site, my auto-pay was not active. Concerned about the possibility of a late payment, I opted to make the payment on-line, for which I was charged a $15 fee, aware that any reasonable customer service rep would understand the situation and quickly credit back the fee.

Having covered the January, 2021 payment, I then re-initiated the on-line auto-pay. My call to SPS Customer Service today, I initially spoke with “Polyanna, ext. 37822”, my simple questions of “how & why” the sequence of mortgage payment errors continued, and were not properly answered, nor was my request to credit back the $15 on-line payment fee I was charged? Getting nowhere with “Pollyanna”, I asked to speak with a Supervisor.

I expressed my concerns to Supervisor “Karen”, emp. #350025, also asking her to credit back the $15 on-line payment fee I was charged. She did not appear to understand my concerns, also refusing to credit back the $15 on-line payment fee. When I asked if she was ok with me filing another complaint on this site, and preparing a letter to the SPS CEO, all she said is “it’s your right”.

Unbelievable how poor the customer service is for this inept company. I encourage those who are able to re-finance and take your mortgage needs to another quality lender.

Best wishes to all.

Howard S

Desired outcome: SPS acknowledge the problems, apologize, & credit back the $15 on-on-line payment fee I was charged.

My husband died Nov. 2, 2020. I didn't know but my husband had us on the Covid program, which I knew nothing about. When I realized what it was I was going to make a payment but was told by one of their customer service people that I should stay on the Covid program and I wouldn't have to make payments. I had no clue what all of this was about, but not making payments, at the time, seemed fair. So I didn't make payments for quite a while and started getting letters threatening me with foreclosure. I was stunned and tried to reason with them, but they went forward with the foreclosure threat. I'm scared to death and don't know where to turn. Can someone help? I owe $48,000! How they got that total is beyond me.

Select Portfolio Servicing Mortgage service / foreclosure

My home in New York State was "supposedly" foreclosed upon in July 2016 at the Supreme Court of New York Monticello N.Y.
I received a brief letter from Select Portfolio in February 2018 telling me that my home was being sold at the court house.
I wasn't servered, nor had a right to due process in the foreclosure.
I filed (2) Orders to Show Cause with the Court, I never received an answer from the court, and the parties I served did not show up in defense.
I called the court in regards to an Appeal and I was sent a letter explaining that my home was not foreclosed upon in the Supreme Court in Monticello N. Y where the home was sold for $880, 000.?
The home was sold to Chase Home Finance as a Non - Recourse mortgage (original mortgage $427, 500.)
If my home wasn't foreclosed in the court that it was legally supposed to be, and I was not served or notified of the action.
Select Portfolio needs to be held accountable for the illegal actions that caused me to lose my home.

Desired outcome: Law suit/ get my home back

Select Portfolio Servicing Fraud

They are misrepresenting that they own a mortgage loan and attempting to collect on it. Apparently they are acting on behalf of the Federal National Mortgage Association known as Fannie Mae. When Fannie Mae was contacted they denied any such authorization or involvement with Select Portfolio Servicing ( SPS ) or the U.S. Bank. RICO and PONZI Scheme criminal complaints have been filed against them.

Desired outcome: Declare note and deed of trust/mortgage null and void.

Select Portfolio Servicing Lack of response to request for help

I am behind on my mortgage. I reached out to SPS to get help and was put on a repayment plan that nearly doubled my mortgage payment. I was able to make two payments under the repayment plan but could not afford to make the payment. I reached out again and requested my case be reviewed by a supervisor to see if there were other alternatives to help than the repayment plan. While I have had problems in the past with paying my mortgage on time, I was always able to get caught up. They stated that I did not qualify for a loan modification as I had one before. I don't recall ever applying for a loan modification with SPS. I believe I had one before with the previous mortgage company but not with SPS. I've reached out numerous times for help. I was also able to make a payment earlier this summer and did so. It was returned to me because it was not for the full amount due so I stopped making payments. I've advised them that I have a lump sum saved up that could be immediately paid to help bring the account current but they do not respond. I do not want to lose my home but I don't know what else to do. I can resume making my normal mortgage payments immediately and pay an additional couple hundred dollars a month towards the past due amounts. I need help.

Select Portfolio Servicing Errors in advance withdrawal of my payments

I have been making mortgage payments on my home since 2004, when I purchased it. The company holding the mortgage draws the payment out of my bank account every two weeks, in the amount of $592.11. This has been satisfactory until April of this year. I have never had a problem until SPS took over my mortgage! My account number with SpS is [protected]

In April, through some glitch, my payment was not taken out of my account. I was in arrears of 3 months payments, when I found out about the problem, and in danger of foreclosure! I spoke with a customer service representative, who assured me that if I made a $1200.00 payment, my mortgage would be current until June 23, 2020, and SPS would then start taking my bi-monthly payment out and all would be well.

Today, I got a letter from SPS that once again my mortgage payments were in arrears! I called and spoke to Christian, in Customer Service, who told me for some reason, the payments had not been taken out of my account, again, and I needed to come up with ANOTHER $1200.00 to get caught up and have SPS resume withdrawing the payment from my account!

Since I am on a pension and cannot just come up with that amount, I explained they cold take July's payments out of my account and when I got my Social Security, next week, I would pay the balance to bring me back up to date. In the future, I will have my bank pay the mortgage automatically. I think I can trust them as I have been doing business with them, since 1982.

I have had a mortgage on my home since 2004. NEVER, I repeat NEVER, have I been in arrears! This has seriously affected my credit rating!

Somehow, a "I'm sorry", from the Customer Service Rep just doesn't cut it!

Select Portfolio Servicing deed in lieu

They bought my mortgage from US Bank. I applied for a deed in lieu with them in April of 2019 when it became clear I wasn't going to be able to maintain the property. Over a year later, it's still not processed. Every time I call- and I call 3 times a week, I have them on a schedule- I get a different answer from every rep. I have to tell the rep what the previous rep told me then they miraculously find that info in their notes. This company is horrific. They give you every excuse under the sun, lose your information, enter the wrong information and generally do everything they can to make an already stressful time even worse. It's been over a year (!) and they still have no idea how long it's going to take to get this resolved. If you have a choice, run from them!

Select Portfolio Servicing customer service representatives and company

We had a hardship and we got help from a third party to help with our payments for May, June and July. It was discussed with a customer service rep we were doing this they said they would put it in the file to divide it up for those MTHS. Well you received a check on 4/13/2019 for $2313.00 to cover the MTHS as we were starting a modification. We made all payments and were approved. Well now your calling us and telling us we are late on our July payment, well you have the $ already but did not divide it up. And every time we call to divide it no ones knows anything we get hung up on and we're sick and tired of being treated badly. We want this situation taken care of now! Every time we call we have to talk to someone different every time it's pitiful how you run things there. I just seen all the complaints your company is receiving. I think u need to tighten ship and get priorities on track. I will file a complaint to BBB if need be to get this taken care of. Nobody calls us back or anything... but they want there $ of course! But you have it already! So please get this taken care of now . Acct# is [protected]. Ron and Laurie Phinney

Select Portfolio Servicing mortgage

DLG bought from Banco Popular over 3, 000 mortgage loans and Select Portfolio are giving servicing in 2013. My loan was one of them. First they raise my payment from 478.00 to 712.03 with no reason violating my modification terms with Banco Popular. I made a reinstatement and they applied the payments by 712.03 since then I have been disputing this action and claiming a reverse of payments for them to be apply correctly and they refuse to do this. This would change the due date and balance of debt at the time they file a complaint against me. They wanted to impose a Flood Insurance with their company way over the properties value, which I refused and had Mapfre send them quotes. Being in modification trial and sending them proof of payments the refuse the payment and reopen case and then send a repayment plan in which they are collecting over 5, 000.00 with out any disclosure.

I had become behind on my mortgage by 3 months and applied for a modification. Now because of that im being denied for refinancing through a different mortgage company.

Select Portfolio Servicing mortgage swindlers:

In march 2018, my mom passed away and left a debt of $23, 000 left on the house... I have tried repeatedly to explain to them that I am the only living sibling and they keep telling me they won't talk to me unless I prove to them my interest in the house... And my relationship to my mom... Duh... I have faxed them a copy of my durable power of attorney, and they told me their company doesn't recognize power of attorney in the state of indiana. So I wasted $9.00 on a fax that was worthless. Now they tell me I need to fax them a copy of my small claims affidavit before they will talk to me... I am on disability and don't have money to waste on these bunch of idiots who couldn't find their [censored] with both hands... Most places would write off the mortgage but not these losers. They just as well be loan sharks. Here it is the middle of july and I am ready to throw my hands up in the air and walk away... I really could use some help...

Select Portfolio Servicing fraudulent foreclosure/fraudulent bankruptcy/fraudulent mortgage

In 2007 I purchased my home from Community lending services for the amount of $179, 000. In 2010 I lost my second job and was unable to pay 2 months of mortgage payments. I then called community lending to makeup the missed payments, but could not get help or awnsers. After several calls i discovered that Bank of America had taken over my mortgage due to community lending going bankrupt due to being PART OF MERS, Which I never was told about nor agreed to at the purchasing of my home. At this time I was now $6, 197 behind according to a letter from Bank of America. I sent in a $2000 payment to Bank of America. They then sent me a for closer notice and stated they accepted my $2000 payment but it was not enough to cover amount owed.I then began receiving multiple debt collection letters from the Law office of alan vernon attorney for bank of america
I was told I had 3 days to file chapter 7 or I would be homeless! I was forced into the very fraudulent chapter 7 due to the FACT Bank of America Could have and Should have worked with me to pay the $3000 in error. During the chapter 7 court case I was also receiving letters from bhc home assisting modification program, i also recieved letters from bank of america stating they are also working on my modication. MY mortgage had been discharged in my chapter 7 in 2012 in the amount of $203, 000.
I then received a letter from Bank of America that my modification has been approved and I sent my first payment to Bank of America on Sept 16, 2012. My question is how can bank of America foreclose on my property and receive full discharge of mortgage, interest, ESCROW and then remodify the loan on the same property address? I then searched my property titles and found that I, JUAN ECHEVARRIA (Gtor)
Transferred title to 17 Washington ave to
bank of america on sept, 2, 2012 at 2:38 pm and also juan echeuarria (grtor)
transferred title to 17 washington ave to bank of america on sept 2, 2012 AT 2:38 PM. Going through my paperwork I noticed that on all my "legal" documents concerning the chapter 7 they all Cleary state at the top left corner debtor name
juan echevarria/ aka juan echeuarria
I ALSO discovered a transfer of title of my property signed by a said person rene rozalias out of the commonwealth of california. During the time of the loan modification through Bank of America in 2012 until today my mortgage payments have been paid faithfully. Also during thus time my mortgage has been transfered/sold to Nation star, Mr Cooper and as of Nov 21, 2017 sold to SPSERVINGS, INC. I Called Mr Cooper in Nov 2017 concerning this transfer. When calling you are asked to enter your loan number, when entered it says no such account can be found, please enter last 4 digits to SS#. I hung up, called back and again was told no such account can be found.so I entered a false last 4 digits of SS# and got through to a very unintelligent agent that calls herself a "mortgage specialist"
I asked her why there is no account or no such account can be found under the loan # their company assigned to me. She then asked for my name, and again no account can be found. She repeatly asked for my last 4 digits to my SS#, I explained that my legal name and loan # their company assigned to me should be adequate info to pull up my account if such account existed. When I said any and all these fraudulent mortgages under this company have nothing to do with a person's name or loan #, only through person's SS#. Finally in her words "no thats incorrect because many people can have the same last 4 digits of a ss#" I then was put on with a manager and I explained many of the ucc1 violations and FIAC Violations and by law he has 7 days to send me the paperwork requested. Three days later I received paperwork stating they are aware of my mortgage being discharged in bankrupsy, but there is a lien on the said instrument and I am fully responsible for this lien. I then received more paperwork from now the new servicer of said lien and or instrument. Also states there can not be any late fees for the first 90 days of such transfer.
Myself and my wife called spservings, I have them my permission to speak to my wife, due to the mortgage is in my name only.
My wife is much better at their fraudulent games and has done tremoundous research on ucc1 and civil law/rights and she was the one who spoke to Mr Cooper the first time. It was the same lady she spoke to before and was told it is against the law to have my wife speak on my account, and then was told it was against the law to have myself and my wife to have the speaker phone on during this call and was hung up on. While we continued our research on all of the illegal, immoral actions taken against normal citizens trying to make a living and future for our children, we made the first payment to spservings. We then received a letter stating we need to get home owners insur in 30 days or they could foreclose if not done. We ignored this letter due to the fact we have been paying insur monthly in the amount of $306. We also discovered we have been paying a pmi since day one of loan modifation. We then received a newly paid home insur policy that we did not take out!
And as of yest, we received a for closer notice from SPS stating we are delinquent for 2 months, there is 2 $29 late fees and also states that if we agree, we can give up property and sign it over to moody's title treasure account 2017-2

I’m 100% disabled and retired from the state of South Carolina due to the progression of my multiple sclerosis. I bought my home in 2015 and I have never been late on paying my mortgage that had my escrow into it and I only had a car payment that I have never been late on. I was going to refinance my mortgage, called Loan Depot, the representatives of Loan Depot ran my credit score and I had a 820 credit score, never been late on paying for anything, I owed app, 182,000 on my home and I had no idea how much my house and property were worth . Loan Depot informed me that my home was valued at $352,000 because I told the representative to go with the middle value for my home. I was going to take out $30,000 cash out on my home to make necessary modifications to my house that would help me with my quality of life and I just wanted to update my house. Loan Depot was excited to refinance my house and I was to especially when I was going to get a fixed mortgage at 2.00% and my monthly payments were going to be a few dollars short of $200.00 per month which included my mortgage, homeowners insurance and my property taxes. Loan Depot had me initial the contract and sign the mortgage contract for refinancing my house and taking $30,000 cash out to have a few things done to my home to update it but the significant amount was going to be remolding my house to make NECESSARY accommodations so that I would be able to have the quality of life that I needed because I am very independent. Loan Depot had me sign the contract for refinancing my mortgage with them and taking the cash out to make necessary upgrades to my home to accommodate myself and anyone else that came to my home to visit with me and the accommodations that I was going to have done would be beneficial to anyone else that either had a disability or not. I signed my refinance contract with Loan Depot at the last week of October 2021 and was excited about saving on my mortgage and more excited for being able to make accommodations so my house would be upgraded to help me with my multiple sclerosis. I am still able to drive and do almost everything that I have done for the past 37 years of my life however I am slower than I used to be in doing these things because of my multiple sclerosis. Then out of no where this Mr. Cooper company sent me a bill stating that I was behind on paying my mortgage. I told the customer service representative that I had no idea who this Mr. Cooper company was and asked when did the company of Mr. Cooper allegedly purchase my mortgage. The representative told me that Mr. Cooper had purchased my mortgage in May of 2021. I then asked the customer service manager of Mr. Cooper and the manager over the customer relations department of Mr. Cooper a question that I knew that they could have never answered. I asked both of these managers for Mr. Cooper if they had purchased my mortgage in May 2021 why wasI never notified by the Mr. Cooper company that had 15 days by State and Federal law that mandated that the Mr. Cooper notify me within these laws that they had purchased my mortgage because Loan Depot had run a credit score on me so that I could refinance with them. I then continued to ask why nothing was on my credit report that Loan Depot had done in late September 2021 to start the process of refinancing my house and then again ran my credit score again on October 24 or 27, 2021 to finalize my mortgage refinance with Loan Depot. I explained to these 2 managers for Mr. Cooper that they were required by State and Federal law to notify me within 15 days of allegedly buying my mortgage and the date was now on the last few days of October 2021 which was just a few days short of being 7 months and I have never been notified about this company purchasing my loan. Also Loan Depot had ran 1 credit report with Experian, EQUIFAX and Trans Union credit bureaus on me in late September and again in December 2021 when my refinance was going to be completed with Loan Depot. I asked for a response to why I was never notified that Mr. Cooper had purchased my mortgage, Loan Depot was unaware about that mortgage purchase and please explain to me why these 3 Credit Bureaus didn’t even know about the Mr. Cooper company allegedly purchasing my mortgage and if I had been delinquent on my mortgage payments from May 2021 until now the last week of December 2021, I knew without any doubts that these 3 Credit Bureaus would have been made well aware that I was delinquent on my mortgage payment. These 3 credit bureaus knew nothing about it, I knew nothing about it and Loan Depot knew nothing about that alleged purchase of my mortgage that this Mr. Cooper had done nearly 7 months prior to my phone call and I was waiting for these managers for Mr. Cooper to explain because I had contractors already lined up to make the necessary upgrades and accommodations to my home that would allow me to remain independent and these necessary upgrades would also be beneficial for my safety and other’s safety that was at my home. I waited for a response for nearly 5 minutes, didn’t say anything because I wanted a response and then I told these managers that the company of Mr. Cooper had violated my constitutional, civil and violated all of my rights under the laws of the ADA Act. Then the customer relations manager made her comment that they didn’t care about my race, gender or my disability because that was my fault not Mr. Cooper’s mortgage company. I asked her to repeat that statement because I must have heard her wrong because if I heard her say what I thought they she had just stated, this Mr. Cooper company had created 3 more issues against me but I asked her to please repeat what she had just stated to me because I needed to make sure that myself and the 3 other individuals that were sitting in my living room had heard what she had just told me because I had her on my speakerphone which I had already explained to these representatives of Mr. Cooper and they had given me their consent to record our conversation and they had no issues with me putting them on speaker phone so that the others in my house could hear the response that I had requested. That customer relations manager said exactly what I thought they we heard her say but the customer service department manager was trying to tell her not to repeat what she said and the customer service manager was telling her not to repeat the statement and this customer service manager’s voice was cracking, breaking up and she was very frantic and very concerned about this consumer affairs department manager making her DISCRIMINATING remarks at me. I asked for her email address, the customer service manager and everyone that was employed by this Mr. Cooper and were over both of these managers. I told both of them to stay on the phone line because I was sending them a very very important email with my constitutional and civil rights that this woman had just violated. I sent both of them authentic certification that I am a 1/3 black, 1/3 white and 1/3 Lumbee Indian( Native American), I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in early 2015 and for 43 years I have known that I am a man. I filed my complaints with Experian, EQUIFAX and Trans-Union credit bureaus to dispute the illegal mortgage fraud that this company of Mr. Cooper had just committed and I filed my complaints of racial, disability and gender discrimination against the Mr. Cooper company with the United States government that oversees all of the discrimination, fraud unethical and immoral practices that this Mr. Cooper had violated against me.

NOW I then receive a mortgage bill statement from SPS mortgage company ( SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICES) stating that company had also purchased my mortgage on the same exact date in May 2021 that this Mr. Cooper had allegedly purchased my mortgage. These alleged mortgage purchases of my mortgage happened on the same day by these 2 companies and I owed both of these companies that exact same amount of money down to the very penny but however I was never notified that State and Federal laws and regulations require companies like these 2 are required to do. I am fed up with both of these companies, I have filed numerous complaints against each company that has continuously lied to the 3 credit bureaus that have evidently stated to understand that these 2 mortgage companies are FRAUDS and that recording that I asked the consumer relations manager to repeat her DISCRIMINATION REMARKS, that same recording also verified that I owed neither of these companies anything because these managers stated that they had no record of my name, these companies had no Files on myself and my property. My name, date of birth, telephone number and social security number wasn’t on any of these companies filed. I am fed up with the negligence of my complaints being rectified immediately because I can’t stand lying, cheating and discrimination individuals that are also racial bigots because I am suffering from these company’s lies, discrimination and violating all of my rights and for some reason our state and Federal Governments are allowing these [censored] to continue to violate my rights. I have the recording of speaking with the customer service department and manager as well as the consumer relations department personelle documented and saved because I asked the customer service manager named Autumn numerous times what did I owe this Mr. Cooper company so that I could get my refinance done by Loan Depot and make the necessary accommodations for my disability and for safety reasons. Ms. Autumn told me each time and I will say that I asked her that question 6 or 7 times and each time Ms. Autumn white being recorded as my guest were also hearing Ms. Autumn of that Mr. Cooper company customer service department tell me each time that MY MORTGAGE WAS PAID IN FULL AND I OWED NO ONE ANYTHING ON MY HOUSE AND PROPERTY MORTGAGE. SO I DON’T CARE ABOUT WHO HAS JURISDICTION OVER THESE COMPANIES BUT I OWN MY HOUSE AND PROPERTY THAT WAS VERIFIED BY MS. AUTUMN OF THE MR. COOPER COMPANY, I HAVE REQUESTED THAT MR. COOPER SEND ME A CLEARED AND CLEAN TITLE/ DEED OF MY HOUSE AND PROPERTY AT 3121 UNIVERSITY DRIVE , LANCASTER COUNTY SOUTH CAROLINA 29720. BECAUSE I JUST FINALIZED MY DIVORCE WITH MY INFIDEL AND SEXUALLY CHEATING WIFE ON THURSDAY

02-10-2022 , I am going to sale my house and property because my house is too big for myself and my son, I HAVE OFFERS TO BUY MY PROPERTY BUT THESE [censored] ASSOCIATED WITH MR. COOPER AND THE SELECT PORTFOLIO MORTGAGE COMPANY HAS NO IDEA TO WHERE THE DEED TO MY PROPERTY IS BUT CONTINUES TO DEFRAUD MYSELF , SOUTH CAROLINA AND UNITED STATES FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BY BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES STILL SAYING THAT I AM PAST DUE ON MY MORTGAGE AND I HAVE NO PROPERTY INSURANCE ON MY PROPERTY AND HOME. THAT IS ANOTHER DAMN LIE BECAUSE MY HOUSE AND CAR INSURANCE POLICIES ARE PAID UP AND TIM WILIFORD OF AMERICAN NATIONAL INSURANCE INN CHESTER SOUTH CAROLINA HAS VERIFIED THAT TO ME YESTERDAY. AS I HAVE STATED, I AM RETIRED AND WHAT I THINK ABOUT GOING TO TEXAS FIRST AND HAVE A COME TO AN UNDERSTANDING THAT THESE PEOPLE ASSOCIATED WITH MR. COOPER AND HOWEVER OR WHATEVER THIS SELECT PORTFOLIO MORTGAGE COMPANY IS CLAIMING TO BE, I HAVE A GO BAG SITTING DIRECTLY BESIDE MY BED BECAUSE OF WHAT I DID FOR A LIVING ABOUT 25 YEARS AGO THAT IS CLASSIFIED AND I HAVE A GREAT FRIEND THAT USED TO BE A SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY PATROL DEPARTMENT BUT FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS NOW, MY GREAT FRIEND LIVES ON THE TEXAS SIDE OF ATLANTA GEORGIA, IS A UNITED STATES FEDERAL MARSHAL AND I HAVE FILLED UP. MY TRUCK, JAX IS WAITING FOR ME TO CALL HIM TO LET HIM KNOW THAT I AM OWN MY WAY TO PICK HIM UP TO GO IN AT THIS MR. COOPER COMPANY FIRST TO ARREST ANYONE THAT HAS BEEN INVOLVED WITH THESE CRIMINAL ACTIONS AND NUMEROUS FELONIES THAT I HAVE DEFINITIVE EVIDENCE THAT PROVES THE THREATS THAT SOME INDIVIDUALS EMPLOYED WITH BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES HAVE COMMITTED AND THE MORTGAGE FRAUD THAT EACH MORTGAGE COMPANY HAS COMMITTED. I LET THE US MARSHAL KNOW AND SHOWED HIM WHAT I WAS EXPLAINING TO HIM AND BET YOUR [censored] WE WILL COME IF THAT’S WHAT IS NEEDED FOR TO RECTIFY AND RESOLVE THESE ISSUES. OF THREATENING, STEALING , COMMITTING FRAUD AND LYING ABOUT THE CRIMES AND FELONIES THAT THESE COMPANIES CONTINUING TO DO WHATEVER THEY PLEASE TO THE AMERICAN CITIZENS AND I HAVE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENTS TO ARREST ANYONE WHO IS DOING THINGS LIKE THIS TO THE AMERICAN CITIZENS. I AM NOT GOING TO BE A VICTIM BECAUSE OF THESE IDIOTS. I AM NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING, I AM GOING TELL YOU THAT I WANT MY FREE AND CLEAR TITLE AND DEEED TO MY PROPERTY BY 02-14-2022 OR MY VALENTINES CARD IS GOING TO BEGIN WITH “ YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT “

I AM GOING TO FILE NUMEROUS LAWSUITS FOR THE DISCRIMINATION THAT I HAVE ENDURED AND I DON’T EVER THREATEN ANYONE. I PROMISE AND I HONOR ALL OF MY PROMISES JUST LIKE I STILL HONOR THE OATHS THAT I SWORE UNTO GOD OVER 20 YEARS AGO. A PROMISE NOT A THREAT BUT I AM PAST THE POINT OF BEING TICKED OFF BECAUSE CITIZENS ARE LOOSING THEIR HOMES BECAUSE OF THESE VERY SAME CIRCUMSTANCES.

Select Portfolio Servicing mortgage deferred payment

I light of the terrible hurricane Harvey that has consumed the Houston and surrounding area leaving many home less with clothes on there back and several in area shelter many Financial company/utilities company are offering deferment payment on financial obligation, To my surprise after calling Select portfolio servicing to request for two month deferred payment on my mortgage, i was told they can only do forbearance for 90days which means at the end of 90day i will have to pay the then due billed plus the accrued 90 held.I believe this is a very bad help as this will only cause further hardship.

i haven't work in 2wks, no utility, no internet. Please do not accept such term that can lead to negative reporting on credit and ultimately foreclosure.

Terrible blood sucking company!

Select Portfolio Servicing delay in accepting offer on property is unacceptable

We need our good faith offer accepted. We are prequalified at, and made an offer of $130, 000 on the property at 760 Lindenwood Dr, Greenwood, IN 46142 on 24 January 2017. The offer has not been accepted by SPS to date, even though the first mortgage holder, Wells Fargo, quickly accepted our offer. The latest delay was in verifying the power of attorney from the seller on behalf of the owner, which, after getting the documentation, still said there would be an 8 to 20 day period to make a decision. This is just the latest delay, and each time there is a mysterious extended waiting period. What strategy could these delays possibly benefit SPS? Our offer is the highest tendered to date on this fixer-upper property that hasn't been lived in since before November 2016. The longer the delay, the more the property will be degraded. We are not flippers, but looking at this house, which is a block away from my daughter, who is having our first grandchild in May. We completely expected to be working on renovations to the house to make it livable before the child is born. Obviously, that is not going to be the case now, and our rental lease is up the end of April after the normal 2 month notice was given. Luckily, we have some friends to stay with short term, but the delays have to stop, or we may be forced to look elsewhere, and SPS will continue to receive nothing from the property but foreclosure proceedings instead of a short sale. Again, we ask, what is the SPS strategy that supports egregious delays in accepting our offer?
