These are the worst kind of crooks. Fast talking, promise the world. only because they will try and lease you equipment but they can GIVE EVERYONE FREE EQUIPMENT If you have any association with NICK FANDELL, CHAD WINCHESTER, BRANDON KIGHTLINGER, MIKE ROBIRDS, STEVEN LEMMA, these are all well known DRUG USERS! They do not do background checks on any of the employees. The IDENTITY THEFT in this company is HORRIFIC!. They hold an F with the BBB for a reason. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are CROOKS.

im soory to inform you that this company is awesome. I have been working with them for over a year and they have been doing everything they promised me. My prossesing cost has gone down by about 20% my money is in my account in 24 hours and I have never not had a call returned. I love my prossesing company and would tell any one that they are a great outfit to get involved with

these guys are signing up cannabis businesses. Does any cannabis businesses have any comments about their service?

anonymous54, the accusations you make about the executives, sounds like you are a deranged former employee of the Corporate Office, with a personal axe to grind, in slandering the names of those executives. Provide proof of your statements, otherwise it is nothing but a cowardly attempt to slander them, including a decorated veteran of the Iraq War.

deadheadmays, I am sorry that your experience was less than good. I am a Account Executive (sales rep) with Securus, and I have been with the company for about a third of a year. And yes, there are some bad apples in the system, and Securus has been trying to weed them out.
The main problem you describe is that the Account Exec, did not educate you as to what is a debit card. The fact that they do not enter a PIN, does not negate the fact that a card is debit. The first 4 digits of a cards number will identify it as what company (Visa/Master Card/Discover/ Diners Club/ American Exchange, etc.), the type of card (Debit/Credit) and the financial institution through which payments are made from. As an Account Exec, I make it my business to take care of all of my Accounts (Merchants), making sure that everything is going the way that they are supposed to, and that includes lighting fires under the appropriate people in Portland. I spent 15 years in the Army, and I live my live based on the Army's values of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage; and I bring those values to work with me, when representing Securus. Not everyone have those values, but that is the nature of Sales. MY manager says that he would love to be able to clone me as I am so honest and transparent. I care about my Merchants, as well as the company I represent, and strive to serve both, including ensuring that my merchants receive a complete copy of their Contract and the required Program Disclosures.. I am sorry your Account Executive was was not as thorough in transparency, and in educating you as his client, and ask you to email me, so that I can try and see if I can do something to help you with the situation you are in, as a 5th Generation merchant, as I do not want to see such a legacy come to an end. I cannot promise anything, but I will see if I can light a fire and get you some help within the company.

..securus may well be the final nail in the coffin for our 5the generation flower shop in small town USA. We were literally preyed upon by a sales rep.. shame on us for being gullible.. but damn? he sold us on the low transaction rates.. but he failed to tell us that the debit transactions was the only interchange rate that was appealing. the credit transactions were astronomical. He blatantly lied and told us that we'd never use (Insert Big Word) transactions, so that high number was moot. In fact, however, we have NO DEBIT transactions.. no way or means for a customer to enter a PIN number.. SO? 100% OF OUR SALES ARE SUBJECT TO THAT "MOOT" ASTRONOMICAL FEE. These ###s will NOT call back. I've NEVER had a call answered. EVER... with no exception.
