The car guards at Secunda mall harasses female visitors to the mall!

They force their so called job on the female visitors and say they just do their job...

The constitution says I have the right to privacy and to say NO!

OR STAY AWAY FROM FROM ME AND MY VEHICLE!

They even check what people have in their vehicles...thats against the law...

And they write down peoples registration numbers thays also against the law...

You didn't ask for written permission of the visitors especially female visitors to look in their vehicles or write down their registration numbers...

So you are violating peoples privacy by doing that!

You are also violating the the popi act...because that is private information!

O am going to open a criminal case against the car guards and management of the mall...for violating my privacy and my right to say NO and stay away from my property...

I am from middelburg M.P and where i come from we have a 5 star game in service so my sister stays in standerton and because i was visiting and she has a phone on my contract we drove all the way to secunda game. Got there and got to phone section 6 people behind counters chatting not worrying about customer service after 10 or more minuets sombody started talking to me nit wven greating me told him i want to upgrate and witch package told me it out of stock and nothing he can do and very rude tried to explain to him that the special end that day told me he can do nothing and turned around and walked off. I never saw that kund of customer care. So packed up and went home next day got back to middelburg went to that game was helped with in seconds of getting there. They were also out of stock but before i asked the man behind counter looked in hus file told me that soecial was extended told me when his new phones wull get there and took my phine number and told me if it gets there before that that he will call me

My phone was stolen on friday. Went to vodacom on sunday for a new phone and sim swop. (on contract) got home, the new phone was damaged. Speaker does not work. Went back to store on monday. Try to fix it... Can not... Did not get a replacement!, they send the "new phone" in for repairs. What about a warranty? I want and I pay for a new phone. Not a repaired item!

Game Secunda Mall HORRIBLE customer service : A similar Experience I recently had -
I paid for a Russell Hobbs dishwashing machine which was on stock on 17 November and because I preferred to transport it myself due to the horrible transportation services the shop offers I was to collect it within the next week. Upon arrival at the shop on Saturday 24 November my transport provider had to return without the machine because it was sold out, they informed him. I called the shop talked to the line manager of the the sales assistant named Friendly Tholo and he said he would follow up on how my item was sold and he would get back to me. By Monday 27 November end of business day no call from Game Secunda had come through. I physically went to the shop and I was told there is stock and I must collect it and I explained that I do not have transport and since it was the shop's fault that my hired transport (which already charged me) had to return they needed to deliver for me and I could not pay transport charges because I have already paid transport charges.
The Sales manager of the day Wilson Ntyingila who treated me with complete disrespect in front of the appliances employee told me that free delivery would never happen. I told him to refund my money with interest and once again he told me that the shop does not do that. I went ahead and got my refund back which has been processed. I was really treated with disrespect and no dignity at all as a customer at this shop.

On Friday 20th of October my son and a bunch of friends went to the movies where they were allowed to purchase tickets to a movie way out of their age agreeable limit.
These kids are 11-12 years old and gained access to a movie of age restriction 16LV
What controls do you have in place to prevent this as we as parents cannot always control everything.
I have also escalated this to every public platform known to gain answers but I believe the final controls remains with the issuer of such tickets

Please advise ...
