Searscitibank Credit Cardbogus billing

Billed for $47.76 on Sears card supposedly by Collections Inc. for a catalogue.Never made the order, never authorized the charges. After repeated attempts with Sears to have the matter cleared up, which they claimed after the first 2 calls to customer service, could not be done without an autho form for them to contact the billing company, which by the way the billing company said is not true, all Sears has to do is call their billing department & they will clear the matter up.Sears then claimed we returned the autho form too late & they could not do anything unless the billing company contacted them.Called Citibank who also sent us a late payment letter regarding this account & they do not have this account in their system & cannot tell us why. When I asked them about their guarantee of no charges for unauthorized they wanted to transfer me to Sears credit, when I informed the Citibank rep that she needed to talk to Sears & get the account info she merely transferred me to Sears & hung up.Will contact the BBB next the state attorneys office...then I quess sue them in small claims court.Anybody have any advice?Never want to deal with Sears, Citibank or their 3 stooges customer service departments...Jay & Carol
