Obviously the policies and procedures that encourage York Galland to leave, is the same policies and procedures that have crippled Search and Rescue. There needs to be changes quickly or there will be nothing left to save.

Ever since York Galland left as supervisor of Search and Rescue, everthing has changed. No one knows how to organize, get things done. They need a good supervisor and should hire one. They should have had York hire one before he left. Was he the only one knew anything in the whole department. Come on you guys, get your act together.

I think they should just start all over with the whole department.

Has anyone done anything about this? You need to get York back to do it, even if you have to hire him as a consultant.

This dept is in the same situation as when York left. When is something going to be done. I don't think that anyone is showing up these days. It is a ghost town in there.

Why don't you just start over. I know you are not going to be able to get York back. Everyone has such a bad attitude now, just wipe the slate clean and go on.

It's time to close the department and start all over. Everything was going so nice, everyone wanted to tell York what to do. Now look at the mess we are in.
