Scribd months of unwanted billing!

Don't do business with Scribd! I used to love this site in the past and bought many books there, prices were low and customer service was always helpful. But Scribd has moved away from subscription and now you have to pay for each book separately. If I have to pay for each book, it's not really a subscription in my opinion. So I cancelled my account several months ago
and just found out that they have continued charging me for their service! I went to their site and tried to find a phone number, but it appears that they don't have one. And their reps simply do not respond to emails! I'm very disappointed. I contacted my bank and I hope they'll return my money back.

Once again you have taken a monthly fee from me despite the fact I cancelled my subscription two months ago. I sufferfrom extremely poor mental health and find this making me very anxious. I exist on a small amount every month disability benefit from the UK dwp and cannot afford to have my money taken from me in this way.

I have never signed up to this service. But yet I have been getting transactions every month. I have made numerous attempts to contact you with no response! I’m honestly at my wits end. I’ve cancelled my card and yet transactions have started again!

This IT consultant is a conman, a charlatan, dime-a-dozen. His resume has changed more times than his under wear.

I sent 7 emails to scrib, asking them to resolve this problem. An amount of 119 dollars was deducted from my account, to which there is no consent on my part. I haven't registered on this site, and I've tried several times to get in touch. Please resolve this!

I want a refund based on the very moment you had this inexcusable ethics lapse.

So you thought you would simply use corporage "damage control" and just do it.

NOOOOOO!

I signed up for a 30-day free trial starting 9/12/23 and ending 10/12/23, however I canceled the subscription a week ago. Instead of canceling my free trial, they charged me 9,99 USD to my credit card! I demand an immediate refund and warn other users about this company's delictive behaviour, I never authorized Scribd for this charge!
