Pa. Lottery Commission is ordering the printing of fake Scratch Off tickets (Losing tickets) as well as, not Printing the amount of advertised winning scratch Offs. I am a Whistle Blower and demand an investigation! The advertised odds of winning are also fraudulently advertised on the backs of these tickets and Lottery Players are constantly losing, even when playing/buying whole packs of Tickets! The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the DOJ, have known this and yet ignore complaints. The reason for this is, the Unions/Public Sector Workers... Government Cronies are using the additional monies to fund their Pensions and THIS HAS TO STOP! As of yesterday, President, Trump is looking into this issue and has assured me that there will be an investigation and full accountability made! If need be, the Military will be called in to Arrest those responsible under Federal Indictments! This is NOT a hoax; this is a REAL Investigatory Injunction and Declaration, for the Prohibition of scams in the Pa. Lottery! You will be informed of any further Information and Instructions. Please be advise of the following:

Why is information not in the local newspapers? I have been telling my wife how fixed the Pa. lottery is for years. I do not buy instant tickets. Why do you think retailers hang copies of winning lottery tickets on the wall. Also they have a new Keno game. Where do those numbers come from and who witnesses the drawings. The information in your comment is called---Fraud----there should be a class action suit against the Pa. Lottery Commission.
