ScoreSense.com - unauthorized bank debits

I have the same complaint against ScoreSense for unauthorized bank debits. Due to the number of requests posted on this website alone perhaps the best format is a class action lawsuit with legal venue in Texas, preferably Dallas Texas. So if anyone in this complaint pool resides in (Dallas) Texas perhaps best to initiate a formal complaint with the Dallas public defender? I reside in California so do not qualify to file a complaint in Texas as a State resident.

I have the exact same consumer complaint of unauthorized bank debits by ScoreSence. My monthly charges of $29+ have been ongoing for 6 months. At no time did I authorize ScoreSense to initiate service. ScoreSense never presented an account activation consent. Scoresense did not present a bank account authorization alert so as to obtain client consent for service and approval. ScoreSense used my bank existing bank information in the credit check services Experian etc.

Due to the number of similar complaints from individuals against ScoreSense it may be best to file a class action law suit? This could be prudent if there is a lawyer or legal student in the pool of duplicate complaints filed on this website. Legal pathways can inlude the FBI - IC3 and the California Attorney General who will compile similar complaints to form the class action.

ScoreSense.com - unauthorized charges

Everyday I keep getting a notification on my phone about "transaction of 39.99 declined."
How do I dispute these and how do I get them to stop charging my card? This is a card where I receive my child support, how am I suppose to receive the support if my card is being charged ever day, which puts me in the negative, which means less money I receive for my child ..

ScoreSense.com - money taken out of bank account

Had a credit report [protected] for $1. oo. Never went on his site again. Did not understand that I would be paying $29.95 a month. I am an elderly person and have been ill for the past year. On a limited budget, so I would have never paid this site did each month. This certainly seems like fraud and by reading comments this is happening regularly with this company. I desperately need the money refunded. Had no idea what this site was.
