This company is very evasive to replace repair or handle any complaints from you after purchase.They will not acknowledge Emails or any internal requests for defective parts.Employees will not give you their last names, they will tell you they are going to send you what you are requesting, in my case a front wheel that shakes so violently its dangerous to ride.All response from the fraudulent company officers names are unledgable to hide their idenity.Complain to your credit card company, I got a reversal of charges, they got a recharge through American Express. I suggest you close your account if you get a credit.Also file a complaint in state of Nebraska

    I have turned them into Mo. attorney generals office . They won't return emails and they don't have a working number . I ordered a machoman 260 and received a machoman 250 . I got a letter from the attorney generals office that there is an investigator working on my case . If this dosen't work I'm filing a suit against them . Please file a cmplaint so these people can't get away with this anymore . To file a complaint online you go to www.ago.mo.gov .
