Bought a product key that was listed as "GLOBAL" i've actually bought this item a few times for family members and then one day i buy a the game "Dying Light" it says "Global" under region (i've bought a ton of these keys off this website all said global by the way thats very important) and then i goto activate the cdkey and it wont let me. I goto the customer service and tell him what happened and he told me that the key is region locked to Europe. He then tells me they never sold any global keys of dying light and i told him i had bought several and then i look in my order history and now they all say EU and then i finally months later someone on facebook offers to help me whos name is all in chinese letters and tells me no one can change the names in your order history and i should look. but my keys all match the keys i bought off the webpage. They are criminals! do not buy from them!
I did. It said GLOBAL and then they changed it. They are crooks and refused to fix it. How is it that all my keys in my order history now all of a sudden say EU but i activated them in the US. They were all global and i can match the keys. Read the post before commenting.
I also love how i just looked up the person who replied to this and its not even a customer its one of the employees. its the guy who tried to lie to me on facebook. what ajoke! dont buy from these shady people!
i just realized that the person who replied with the chinese letters isnt a customer he works for SCDKey and hes a crook. so pathetic you have to fake and comment on here and pretend to be a customer.
This is why I do not buy games from third party retailers. Comments like this make me want to stay awake completely.

WHILE I DID NOT HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE WITH NOT GETTING THE CORRECT KEY. I DID HOWEVER HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A KEY I WAITED ON FOR 4 MONTHS FOR A LEGO GAME. I HAD TO TAKE TO A FACEBOOK PAGE AND EVENTUALLY SOMEONE GOT ME THE KEY. THE GAME WAS ONLY 3 DOLLARS BUT I MEAN 3 MONTH REALLY? I COULD SEE WHY THE ORIGINAL POSTER IS PISSED AND FRANKLY SPEAKING I WOULD BE TOO. I USUALLY GOTO ALLKEYSSHOP IN GOOGLE AND ITS THE FIRST LINK THEY HAVE EVERY SITE AND JUST READ THE REVIEWS. SCDKEY IS ONE OF THEM ON THERE JUST MAKE SURE YOU DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS MY KEYBOARD IS BROKEN.
That happened to me twice. I stopped buying a long time ago. Try G2A.com way better.
Yeah, I've had problems with them in the past as well. I stopped buying from them when I bought a game and it was the same exact thing they gave me a region locked key and it was labeled global and i went back and it was set as region locked and they refused to give me my money back or a global key.
I never got this problem, you'd better check product information before pay for it !
I did check the product. If you read the above which clearly you didnt read the whole thing youd see that I've bought like 8 of these keys. look below. I have posted my order history with them. I do not live in Europe I live in the US so tell me how all my "EU" keys were activated in the US. They all said global and some one changed it when i complained about the key that didnt work.oPrice

See how i've bought the same Dying light key a few times and ive activated all of them except the very top one because that one was listed as global and then changed to EU after i said something about it not working but all the other keys worked. Do you now see what im trying to say? It's shady!
all those Dying Light (EU) region locked keys at the bottom all read GLOBAL and i did activate those in the US with no VPN or anything so they were global and i can match the keys in my steam to the keys on my order history, which infact proves that those "EU" keys are not EU they are global but they changed everything to read EU when i complained about the very top order not working. I hope i said it enough ways in enough ways that you can understand how messed up it is now.
