Good afternoon i went to purchase food and had cashier Shylesha was very rude she was rushing me to finish my transaction and when i told her she was being rude she snapped back with an attitude so i got the manager and told him .He said he will approach her about it and apologize for her rudeness..No customer should have to deal with this type of behavior i will like something done about this please

I am a regular customer at Save A Lot and I like shopping at the store. But here recently after purchasing the SWAI Fish about a Week ago. I notice this has got to be a different supplier and even when I look at the Package it was different and I started not to buy it, but then I thought what the heck i'll give it a try. Anyways I could not eat a whole piece of this fish it had rally no taste to it so bland not at all like what I'm use to getting from the supplier you guys once sold. Please get the other fish back into the store this is one of my regular purchases. And you can rest assure more then myself are complaining.

I was in the checkout line and the cashier was VERY VERBALLY RUDE to a handicapped black man in a wheelchair. She threw his groceries in his wheelchair cart and when he asked her where to get bags for his groceries she yelled and said "I need you to pull right over there to that counter and bag your own groceries!" Then when he asked her where to put his cart after he was finished she said "Well, Some people are kind enough to put the cart back where they found it but just put it wherever will suit you!" And he said "ma'am I was just wondering where the proper place is" and she interrupted him and said "PUT IT WHEREVER YOU WANT!" .. I have never seen such unnecessary rudeness, especially to a handicapped individual. Very disappointed!

I was fixing dinner and was following directions, when I went to pour the noodles in there was a peace of paper fell in my cooker on top of noodle. I picked it out and seen it was a message.
For the safety of myself and my family I threw it out.
I did take pics which I'm adding to this complaint.
Someone needs to be held accountable for this kind of action. In this times this just shows you can't trust anyone even with food for the public .
Who knows what else could have been put into something like this and caused Death .

Purchased a little over 5 lbs of ground beef. Came home. Divided it up into freezer bags and placed it in the freezer. Started cooking it a few days later and noticed blue pieces in it. Lots of blue which appear to be ground up gloves! I had to throw it all out. I have young children one who has health issues. All 4 freezer bags that I've used from the divided meat have had these blue pieces in it.

When I went to the register the counter conveyer top was filthy, it had dried sticky substance all over it and was also wet. When I asked the cashier if she had some paper towels I could use, the other girl who was standing next to the cashier started walking around like she was trying to find something to clean the filthy counter. She then comes from the office area with some kind of spay cleaner and then walks to the next register and gets a big roll of paper towels. I then had to ask again for some paper towel so I could wipe off the counter and by then a line was forming behind me and I wanted to get my items on the counter. I finally checked and asked for my receipt and was told they were out of receipt paper, so I asked for the manager and the girl standing next to the cashier said she was the manager. When I asked her if she was the manager how could she let the counters be so filthy and and allow the registers to run out of receipt paper she just shrugged her shoulder and walked away. This was at aproximately 6:15 pm on Friday Sept. 13. What a shame you hire people like this who don't give a damn about customer service or the cleanliness of their store.

Is this the kind of employee you are proud of? Is this the kind of employee you want people made aware of when looking you up on Linked In or Google? This person is disgusting, homophobic and disrespectful to the military. I would not want to shop at your business knowing this kind of person is employed by your company. The comments shown were open to the public on social media.

While shopping in Sav-a-lot at this address, I hear two manager talking loud, (Verenda and Tray) both managers. While shopping this other team member helping me said I hope they don't fight. So as I was waiting in line to be checked out. The cashier Katlin explain to us that these two had beef with each other and could work with each other. The line was backed up when Manager Tray came out the office to get the register back up running while Manager Verenda was standing talking and looking at something on the security guard phone, ever not once solve the problem and help get the customers out. Very unprofessional these two should be fired or discipline. As a manager myself I think that they should had handle much differnt. Ever will return thhere again.. Very disappointed in product. Very little peppers, especially orange and yellow pepper, mostly large cuts of onion. Definitely is not what package displays. I've included a picture of the outside of the package once I opened it and realized that 1. It had very little in contents inside and 2. That there were very little peppers mainly red and green with one orange and one yellow slice and large cuts of onion (was mostly onion). Also, once cooked the product tasted old, although expiration date states 2021. I am very unsatisfied and I'm not one to complain.

My family and I recently visited your store on sunday september 8th and upon entering the store we noticed that the corn right in the front of the store was molded we notified a worker who was dressed in a black hoodie blue adidas sweatpants black boots and headphones in and the only thing he said was ok very non chanatly as if he didnt care again no managers were around either I just thought that you should be aware of what is going on in your store.

About 2 weeks ago my manager basically forced me into doing overnight resets for 6 weeks i never agreed to do them so i had to drive out to Cleveland for the first one and my car seized up half way there and then broke down on the way back i told my manager about it i asked him if he could switch me out he said no and i kept having car issues and missed 2 or 3 days cuz my car wouldnt make it out to Cleveland every day i kept telling him about it and he wouldnt listen on the last day i missed i couldn't do because my little brother would have been home by himself all night i told mike and the nexted day he told me i no longer have a position at savalot anymore he just up and fired me i just dont think that was fair at all after the 4 years ive been working at savalot i never had a problem until he became the new manager he didnt give me no warning he just said your basically out of a job

After my son and I check out of the store located in Hartford City, Indiana the cashier Vicki Rogers asked me to wait that she had a question to ask me. So I waited until she waited on the next two customers and so that her line was empty. And she came up to me and told me that herself, her daughter and her son in law refer to my oldest step son as a "HOUSE PEST." My oldest step son is living with her daughter and her son in law at their request. She then proceeded to tell me that her daughter and her son in law wanted him out and wanted to know how to get him out. This was all said to me in front of one of my other children and in the front of the store.

I stay 2 mins drive of this save a lot and I have to drive 15 mins to get Adequate customer service some of the employees are rude and seem to hate their jobs I came to get cash back the cashier hassled me about and and now when I can to get cash back she now has a taped piece of paper stating no cash back sorry. Now I have to drive 15 to another save a lot because a cashier is to lazy to give cash back please address issue please

I shop at your store about 5 times a week-the cashiers are very friendly and helpful-but your floor manager-paul-is a rude obnocious person-two different cases-first one I bought a product on sale when it rang up it was a higher price so the cashier called paulv up to the register in which I told him the price tag was marked 1.99 for the product-he went back to check came back and said if you really think you saw that I have to give you that at that price rolled his eyes and said that sign was not there and walked away-yesterday I went in and was looking for a product I could not find-I seen paul and asked him if he had alfredo sauce because I did not see it-he just looked at me and said well if you didnt see it its not there is it and walked away-I told him he was very rude and I was going to call corporate-he said whatever-I allways enjoyed shopping there but no longer will I shop there-no one should be treated like that. My name is Latisha Aldridge and I use to work for Sav-A-Lot on Lancaster Rd. Dallas, Texas. I lost my job do to a customer coming inside the store while I am ringing up a customer and He stated to me that I wasn't doing my job and He told me that I was going to loose my job today cause he was in a rush and I was waiting for the other customer WIC transaction to go through. Once her Transaction was completed I told her, her remaining balance. The (guy) customer got mad when I told him that I was doing my job and he needed to address me correctly. And I also told him that I didn't have to ring him up at all so he called me a [censored] and he came around the register like he wanted to hit me. The security officer Gary Smith witnessed the whole thing and asked the guy to leave the store. The guy never left the store so the Manager Eric came to the front never asked me anything about what happened another employee walked me to the break room my shift was from 8:00am to 3:00pm. This all happened around 2:00pm on Monday August 19, 2019. I have been threaten by men at Save A Lot for doing my job that I am suppose to do and they gets made at me for no reason. I don't think that it is fair for me to be terminated from my job in behind a customer that comes in and want to pick with employee's. I was told the day after I lost my job that the guy that I got into it with is the same guy that started an argument with another employee that use to work at the same store.

Friday August 23rd at 9:00 pm I was being checked out by Eric the cashier. The first item he scanned was a bag of Lays potato chips he pick them up and tossed them in the bottom of the cart. I said oh no I don't wasnt that bag I went to grab another bag and by the time i came back 10 secs later he was walking away talking about ugh these customers etc. therest was incoherent. So another cashier came and finished ther transaction. I asked her if she was the manager she said no snd and pointed me to the direction of the manager. While she was telling where the manager was I hear Eric saying to the manager one of these customers wants to talk to you. meanwhile he is still rambling. After I load my groceries I talk to the manager and she says somethingI forget. As I am walking away ther security guard says to Eric you better be nice to these customers and bu now he is back at the register he says Im sick of these customers I aint bring nice to these customers etc. Now I understand this neighborhood and the people can be a handful but all i said was I didn't want the bag of chips he slammed down and he started going OFF! I was extremely scared and nervous at one point I believe he went outside Im not for sure i just know i was at register 4 and he went somewhere behind me and wasn't seen again until i was done packing my groceries. People are getting killed and assaulted for the smallest things now and for him to get that ipset because I wanted a different bag of chips is scary. His attitude was horrible and extremely uncalled for.

The package of bacon was all fat. Just about the only part that was edible meat was right under the package window of a couple slices and at the very tips of a couple others, there was hardly bit of meat anywhere else. I don't want to complain to the store, it's not their fault, but I won't be buying bacon there again. I thought $3.49 was a good deal, but it was a complete waste of money.

I don't know the woman's name but every time I go in she gives me a hard time. One time I applied for a job at the store that I'm complaining about, And I brought my resume in and she gave me nothing but attitude. She felt that the 4th of July was more important. These workers are terrible at customer service everyone has a bad attitude at this store and I'm tired. Something has to be done asap

When I chose to buy the shrimp poppers in my Pick 5 selection i was expecting popcorn shrimp... Instead I made some to eat and find out that they are basically fish sticks in the shape of popcorn shrimp. I am very disappointed that they were shrimp-posters. The shrimp poppers are falsely advertised. It is ridiculous that I had to experience this...

The Manager Bo Hamilton os my complaint This guy is a joke for a manager let alone a employee i wish i was exaderating the dude is so unprofessional and always lettin people get free stuff or discounts but thats not even my issue now mind u ther freezers are messed up this one time so ig they coverin up wit cardboard sane way they do at night but hes coverin up all freezers with and hour left so u have to go move all of it out of the way to even see what wat or wher let alone buy then he he says i i have a bad attitude cuz im moving them aside and prob [censored]in a lil too cuz mad as hell as im sure u can understand i tryin to find food to buy im a payin customer the mind u im puting them back after im done then he cum up says he wants me out of store i told him im not goin anywher i didnt do anything and then he calls the police yea i wish i was jokin and then atop all that gets me banned from store for good i go jail i go inside store o believe me i done sum wirk for the owner his name is Ken but i cant go inside cuz this guy or i go to jail that is ridicules i demand sumthin be done about this or im goin to go another route even if i gotta cause a big old public mess i will i dont want to I hope this is enough to inform u how this man is representing ur brand and your Save a lot name and dont plan on makin a mess of this or nothing like that im not that guy i hate tellin on sumone especially like this but this only way i kno to get sumthin done bout this guy without out it blowing up inro a scandal or getting myself in trouble sorry for the longst complaint ever but its not right how he treated me
