My name is Muhammad Akram living in Sargodha (Pakistan). I have booked the ticket to Travel Saudi Arabia Via Riyadh on 12th April 2019. My booking Reference is R5EMWN. We were five persons named as

on 12th April our flight was SV 729-Saudi Arabian Airlines. on Said date we traveled as per schedule.
But on Return when we reached the airport at 4:30 pm on 02-05-2019 for boarding and other necessary processing dealing person told us that your flight has been closed. Because schedule for the said flight was changed and that flight has to fly on 05:00 pm. We present the tickets there but they did not listened us and behaved us very rudely. Even they did not informed our travel agent for the change of flight schedule. We have to suffered a lot due to this mismanagement. Then forcefully they forced to returned back to Makkah at Mid Night. What a insulting services/actions/policies they showed there.
Our flight was SV 728-Saudi Arabian Airlines
If the flight flown then they can also managed an alternative so much so that we could reach the Riyadh to catch our next flight on 03-05-2019 (Boeing 777-200/300 Saudi Arabian Airlines). But they did not do anything for us for the passengers and customers.
Sir we are your spokes persons in society and country also. We spread your good will gesture in the market. I thing you should facilitate us. It is our collective request. So you are requested to refund our dues as compensation.
I am adding following copies as an evident for further processing.

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines missed flight due to wrong information

Good day
My son and daughter in law (Willem Hendrik Hermanus Steyn and Melise Steyn) came to visit my husband and I in Riyadh en route to Istanbul. Their flight (SV 263) was supposed to depart from Riyadh airport at 11.15 on 20 May. On the information board it was indicated that the departing gate was 23. They stood in the queue, and waited a long time for the gate to open. They checked the information screen several times, but the gate remained 23, so they waited. When they finally had to submit their boarding passes (see attached), they were informed that the gate changed to 25 and that the flight has already left. When inquiring who could assist them, they were told to go to Saudi airlines' head office in Riyadh to file a complaint and to see whether they can be refunded.
Long story short, the next flight was only on 22 May, and they had single entry visas. We then had to buy them new tickets on Turkish airlines, which departed at 1.20 today, 21 May.
We just find it totally unacceptable that the changed gate was not indicated on the screen, which passengers rely on for their flight information. As pronunciation is a problem in a foreign country, information which may be announced, should also appear on the visual screens.
I shall appreciate a refund for these tickets.

I travelled from Jeddah to Lucknow in Business Class but the service was seriously poor. I am very unsatisfied by the servuce as well as the comfort of the plane. The seats were mostly broken and they really seemed to be many years old. The uncomfortable caused me and my fellow passengers much pain and also one of us even got such a worse waist pain that he was immediately after the fligjt brought to the hospital but still no response from Saudia. We informed the staff too bur no action was seen

Assalamu Alikom,

Most of time, I rely on Saudi Airlines since it's the preffered for me and my family.

I had a trip Jeddah-Cairo-Jeddah since around two weeks.

Actually, for the ongoing flight, you changed the flight and removed my seats reservation. I have four young kids, they were scattered in different seats after you changed the flight. No one informed me about such change.

For the return flight, we faced a latency for the schedule. We have been informed by a very late SMS during our existance in Cairo airport.

Unfortunately, Flight moved after around 3 hours from the schedule time.

This is my reservation number.

I flew with Saudi airlines and came back after performing Umrah on 30th April 2019, my flight was from Jeddah to Riyadh and from Riyadh to new York jfk on 29th April, when I landed in Riyadh to collect bags my zam zam water was missing I filed complaint and was promised it will be delivered to my home town in Dallas

when landed in new York received claim number RUHSV57600

no one has delivered or contacted me about it, and I need my zamzam water

patiently waiting on it and could some one help me pls ?

Me and my husband arrived Riyadh airport on 04/05/2019 at 21:15h (SV775) coming from Kochi.

We were prepared for a painful 7 hours wait for next flight SV227 from Riyadhe to Madrid.

For our surprise the 7 hours of waiting passed in the end to 15 hours.

Our flight supposed to leave at 5:15 but the departure time has been changed at least four times.

The information provided was limited and inconclusive.

No one from the Saudi airlines offered to give us meals and refreshments in proportion to the waiting time neither one phone call or email.

The flight SV227 was supposed to arrive in Madrid at 13:10pm.
However, it only arrived at 20:55 pm almost 8 hours delayed.

For the inconveniences caused by the flight delay, we did not get home in time and we couldn't go to work monday morning. This delay caused tremendous upheaval in our family dynamics.

Consequently, we request compensation for this ( based in GACA Regulations or in
Flight Compensation Regulation (EU) 261/2004.

Sir.. I had travelled with my two children from Al Gurayat(URY) on flight SV1290 to Jeddah on 2nd May 2019 at 7:30 a.m for further travel to Hyderabad on 3rd May 2019 on flight SV 754 at 3:10... I was at the boarding gate number 9 from 2:25a.m up to 3:45 a.m. first they did not announce the gate number till 2:30: then suddenly at 2:40 am they said gates are closed and your ticket is cancelled.. I was travelling alone without my husband and without any extra money... I was there in front of the gate at 2:42a.m requesting and begging to the boarding officer, a bearded man whom I can recognise if I see him again.. He very very arrogantly hushed away me and my kids.. saying he can't do anything.. even though there was still more than 45 minutes for the plane to take off, he didn't allow us to go.. my kids were mentally harassed and got into shock.. they started praying in front of the gate.. but he didn't had pity on us and he nearly pushed us away, saying he can't do anything.. my son was so shocked that he got fever.. we cried and we requested, but no one listened to us.. later they said our flight is gone and we need to go out of the airport and purchase new tickets..in a new city of Jeddah I had no one to help.. finally at morning 6:00 3rd May 2019, I borrowed money from someone and purchased new tickets of Emirates airlines(excellent service) .. My Saudi Arabian airlines tickets were wasted .. when I reached Hyderabad on 4th may 2919, after two days of travelling from my home city Gurayat, my luggage which I had boarded in Gurayat to Hyderabad flight in Saudi airlines was also missing...I complained in Hyderabad and then in Saudi Jeddah airport continuously for two days, then I received it just yesterday. My children and myself had to suffer a lot. Even my children got sick due to this Saudi airlines.. I request and urge you to refund and reissue my return tickets, which are cancelled. I don't have extra money to purchase new tickets and my visa will expire if I don't travel on the date of my return tickets.. Hoping for a positive response from your airlines... waiting .. Please reply soon to avoid cancellation of my return ticket as well.. I'm sending mails from 3 days. But didn't get any response till now.. Please reply soon.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights - departure UK

I am logging this complaint on be half of my Aunt who lost her baggages when she flu from Manchester to Kochin.
Regards to missing of her baggage whilst traveling with Saudi airlines. She traveled in on 02/05/2019 from Manchester to Kochin, booking number NN7012932360102, PNR KUSQ27,
Her luggage was found missing when she arrived at Kochin at international airport on 03/05/2019. As per Like procedure she registered a complaint at airport regarding missing luggage. She had been contacting airlines last 4 days but no information regarding luggage is given.
She traveled to United Kingdom for Christmas holiday and to celebrate her 60th birthday with her nephew and grandchildren. She travels different places in England, Walse and Irland she has collected different things from different places that was missed with luggage, she also Missed all the gifts that she received from her beloved friends and relatives which got on Christmas and her birthday which is very close her hear which values can't be measured by any amount. Missing baggage also includes toys and other gifts that she purchases from UK for her relatives. Very single things that she had in her luggage was priceless.

She had around 46 kilograms of luggage when she came from she brought only 15 kilograms of luggage remaining 31 kilograms are gifts and precious things that she brought from different places, due to this baggage lost my aunty is going through a very bad emotional straggling and mental stress.

We are forced to cancel our plans for traveling to relatives and we are forced to buy clothes and other things.

We went through lots psychological and family difficulties due to this

We want our aunty happiness back by any way by solving this issue in the right manner.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

I am writing to let you know that My flight was booked for more than 2 months with Saudia Airlines. After I check out from my hotel, I find out my My flight SV 595 was delayed for 2 days. I had two kids with me and I think this is not fair. I still went to the airport and they transferred me with another airline which was 4 hours later. Because we booked at the last minute, we got all separate seats which was very inconvenient. Please understand that a delay in flight can cause a lot of trouble for someone traveling with little children. I am unhappy with this experience. I want my money back and I think I deserve compensation because I went through A lot of trouble and running around with little kids.

Hello All, I booked one ticket From Multan to Dubai via Jedha and on the booking time I chose seat L1 from Multan to Jedha but on boarding time they refused and they changed my seat with 30L and they told me that they will change again when I will board in plane but when I went inside the plane they refused and they said it's not allowed inside the plane . Dear Cheapo Air and Saudia Airlines.

On Friday 8th March I missed a flight due to personal reasons and getting the wrong time. On 9th March I arrived at Madrid Airport to take what I thought was my flight to only find out I missed it. Saudia Airlines desk was no where to be seen to offer support. I used another airlines phone to call cheapo airline and Saudia airlines where I was told maybe they could make an exception and refund my ticket, I was also told don't worry mam you have your return ticket. We will call you back in 2 hours. Cheap O air did not call me back. I took a new flight of £300 on last minute.com, I read the websites policy online of Cheap O air which states that's its up to the booking agent to supply refunds not the airline.

On my way back from Delhi via Saudi Airlines I was told that my ticket has been cancelled not by them and they would never do that but my the booking agent. I was fuming and so upset, not only had I been robbed in Delhi but my ticket had been cancelled when I had been told it wouldn't't be. The airline were very rude and were trying to sell me tickets of 1000 euros and then they were trying cheaper but cash only. They left me there for hours in the airport blaming the booking agent and the booking agent blaming the airline. There solution was to go to the office in delhi when I had no money to hand to try and get a new ticket i. e sell me another one and leave me alone in delhi for longer. They kept ignoring me at the airport.

I paid for a service I expect to use it a lot of good money.in the end I had to pay £439.00 to leave Delhi with another airline, this is all my savings and my families who are pensioners and I was left now in Spain with no money food etc. I was told in sincere don't worry mam you have your return ticket. Otherwise I wouldn't have taken the flight. It was my seat I had paid for.

When asked for the transcripts and recordings I was vaguely told I might receive them, I am entitled to all recordings but I am worried because my faith in both parties are low I am not going to receive them. Infact cheapo air were so rude to me calling me commanding after all that I had been through leaving me in the airport and cancelling my tickets they said they wouln't. I have been told that they might be able to refund me $189 which is random not even half the ticket price and I haven't even receive the money they said 1 to to cycle which I'm not sure what that means. They also say they will call me at certain times and they dont at complete other times like Sundays etc and not the times I ask. On the online chat Cheapo airline I was told full refund would be provided. I am accepting all transcripts to be sent and records, I do not have the times I call from other phone. Also I am accepting full refund if the airline cannot offer new flights. Worth £739 for customer complaints. what I went through and the stress.

good day!
i have to raise this concern regarding there delayed flight of saudia airlines flight SV 862 for 5 hours. This incident happened today 4 april 2019, we received there notice thru text message around 1036 pm that our flight will be delayed from supposed 11:05 pm to 1:10am, 30 mins notice is not enough to arranged our connecting flight since we have a domestic flight. They have change our boarding pass in the last minute ang change the boarding time to 1:45 am. We raised our concern to them but it's as if it is not their concern how are we going to catch our flight. They have a very very bad client service, they can't even provide us the reason of the delay. We left pass 4:10 am of 5 april 2019. The WORSE flight i ever had! They dont even provide any snacks or water for their passengers. They have taken with usnour time to be reunited with our family and our time to be able to relax.
Hope you will address our concerns here, speaking not just for myself but in behalf that they done big hassle to this flight!

Extremely disappointed by your monopoly, I suffered today along with my wife and young 4 kids, I was in the waiting lounge riyadh domestics airport one hour before to departure, suddenly they changed the door number 504 to 508 for tabuk flight SV1543 Dates on 29th March, 2019. As per my screen display it was 504 door, they announced only two time, second time when I noticed they are announcing final call for tabuk at gate number 508, immediately I rushed to the gate with my whole family they said sorry door is now closed, please go to the customer service, and there new war started with mafia chain, went to customer service they told go to duty manager, duty manager go to reservation department they gave me three hours hard time to make me right left with my family and not body accepted their mistake but telling you didn't hear the announcement that's your mistake sorry we can't do anything. Impolite, uncooperative and useless staff, assistant manager Ali Al Hamad, then customer relation supervisor Mohammed Afzal and other all mangers I met but no body listened me as they don't want to accept their fault. I want to claim my tickets which I lose because of saudia unprofessional staff. I kindly request saudia airline top management to interrogate this matter on fair basis and ask them to reimburse the cost or arrange me the next flight for Tabuk.

Hi, I had my flight last march 11, 2019 with saudia airline flight sv860 from riyadh to philippines. I want to complain regarding the poor customer service this flight offered. They were not able to provide enough blankets for the passenger and even though I asked for the kit (toiletries) which contains eye cover, ear pieces and toothbrush. They were not able to privide. Which I think these things should be included when I purchased the ticket. Its so upsetting that a very poor services were provided knowing that this things should be provided first hand. I was not comfortable the entire 9-hour flight, it was so difficult to get some sleeps with all the noise and light. I dont have any proper things to cover myself even a blanket for privacy purposes. And also its a hassle that even a toothbrush and a toothpaste were not given. I hope for my next flight. I will not be able to experience this unpleasant event anymore.

Hi, I got a ticket for my brother Sadaqat khan his departute from JFK to Islamabad Pakistan was on feb 2th 2019 but same day his flight canceled then he went to the hotel and stayed there from feb 27th to march 3rd 2019, hotel charges were $115 per night plus dinner and lunch were seprate out side while he paid $120 to the taxi from hotel to airport on 27th of feb and back form air port to hotel $120, he spent over $1000 in few days, while my father passed and he delayed due to Pak and India war, I called so many time but no one helped me every one was telling me different story, I have request to refund the mentioned above amount I will be great ful thank you.
