I'm not happy with the treatment l got from Sasol garage by Goldreef city, as a client l thought to relieve myself just to pee is part of the service. But clearly l was wrong this guy saw me going in and 2 minutes when l get out Tumi was at the door waiting for me to pay 3 rands, l did pay it when l ask for slip he said there is no slip for the toilet but l paid. I didn't have the problem with money but his attitude towards me he is very rude please try to train some of your employees.
The staff are rude. They are the worst i have ever had to deal with. I am not sure why you would want your brand displayed by them. I rather travel an extra 2 kilometers to be serviced bt Caltex.
On Sunday at about 13:40, got to the garage to fill up. Was never attended and decided to leave after about 5 minutes. Some of the activities I noticed:
1. Two attendants where busy chatting with one motorist
2. Inside the shop, I saw another attendant busy with a call inside the shop
Have used Sasol for a long time, I have never experienced this
The service at this gas station is very poor. The Attendants are sitting around while vehicles are waiting at the pump for service. x4 Drivers hooted to ask for service while a few of the Attendants sat around just watching. This is very dissappointing, being a loyal Sasol Client.
