Samsungservices is worst and not giving value customers time

I ordered a product from amazon.in and that is on 29Sep 2019 and delivered on 7th of Oct 2019 and when I show my product that was not mine that's wrong product is received so I just said this all things to amazon customer service but same thing happning with me they are arranging call back and when I received a call from +35312345
I waited for more than half n hr and not 1 time so many times and till now not solved my problem's but money has been taken at first... What should I do now... my email id [protected]@gmail.com and number is [protected]

    Its all amazon.in customer services fault and whole management

    I have to wait more then 30 mins on call

    services is worst and not giving value customers time
