Samsung icon wireless earphones

Initial email: 
I received the icon x as christmas give in december 19, after a month the headphones stopped working. I returned the headphones to samsung in hopes of exchanging them. After weeks I never received any communication nor did I receive any headphones. After a month of multiple calls to samsung I was finally told that samsung no longer makes the headphones and I could receive a giftcard instead. I did not want a giftcard however after multiple heated exchanges with customer reps I gave in to the gift card only to be told they could not give me a date as to when the giftcard would be issued. I refused that as answer only to be told over and over that is all the information they could give me. When asked to speak with a supervisor I was placed on hold for over an gour before I hung up. I have spent precious time out of my off day to dispute back and forth with customer service over a 129.99 refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service I received was horrible to say the lease. I have never been so disappointed in a product and customer service. I wish I could return my samsung wash and dryer, two cell phones, tvs and tablets. After today I will never buy another samsung product again, and I will be sure to spread the word to all family and friends. To think a billion dollar company would make me jump through hoops for a refund of 129.99 is beyond absurd. The sad part is I really wanted working headphones and not a refund. Frustrated, disappointed, upset ex customer! 

Second email: 
Again this is absolutely ridiculous that I have to jump through hoops over a defective product samsung sold.  the product number is sm-r140nzkaxar.  my ticket number is [protected]. I have attached a screenshot of my purchase on amazon.com. I would really appreciate a quick return of my 129.99 plus tax.  I am so over this issue.  this unbelievable over 129.99

Samsung promotion galaxy tab s4 and get bonus akg y500 headphone

I consider myself a very loyal customer for various brands. Companies search out for customers like myself who lock into one brand once they like a product. I considered myself brand loyal to Samsung, it started off with a cell phone product and from there Samsung made it's way into my household, dishwasher, multiple TV's and audio support. I have purchased 4 phones from Samsung getting the latest S10e and most recently purchasing the Samsung S4 tablet. Throughout my Samsung purchases I've had a few issues but what product doesn't have any issues? I find myself as a very reasonable person and as a loyal brand customer I am probably more understanding then most non loyal consumer when it comes to Samsung.

I recently went into my Samsung account where I register all of my Samsung products and read about new/existing Samsung products. Here is where I read Samsung is offering a promotion of bonus AKG Y500 headphones upon purchase of a Galaxy Tab S4. I thought that is great I just purchased the Galaxy Tab S4, I read that promotion just started but I had purchased the S$ tab exactly a month ago. I understand that promotions are created to generate sales and I was a month out of the promotional time frame. But as I am understanding with Samsung you would think they would in turn be understanding themselves and reward me with the promotion.

Do companies only reward new comers and not reward loyal customers? Am I asking too much? I feel that I am justified in asking for a reward they are currently giving away. It hasn't been a year or months since the purchase from the promotional offer... I just purchased it less then a month prior to the promotion. I personally think it's an easy decision... Samsung would look me up and see I have many registered Samsung products (not even all)... see that I am a brand loyal customer and make an exception. I guess they don't value loyal customers, nor reward them.

All I get when I approach customer service is that I do not qualify and the suggest is made that I return the Samsung S4 tablet to the merchant I purchased it from (Best Buy) and place an order online from Samsung to get the promotional headphones. Tell me that isn't poor customer service, on so many levels! Samsung is basically telling me to go back to the retailer to return my tablet and purchase the tablet again to receive a bonus that they will be giving away. How convenient... NOT. I mean if the end result is rewarding me then why not just reward me without all the inconvenience and show me that you value me as a customer. Not to mention what their customer Best Buy (who purchases Samsung products for their stores) should be feeling... Samsung customer service telling customers to go back to the store and refund an opened item... I just shake my head in disbelief even as I write, so frustrating.

Am I in the wrong? Maybe I am and I just see the partial side of the story as the victim. I feel like a wrong has been done and the fallout will be my search for a new brand.

Dazed, confused, frustrated and no longer Samsung brand loyal.

Samsung samsung tv/ after sales and warranty problem

I have tv samsung 55 inch curved in warrenty and I found it broken suddenly
As per customer service handling very bad attitude that I should pay and its misuse
I asked advice and no one help they just only saw the pics
So for now what can I do specially I will go to governmental institute to customer protector
Finally added information that I have some one know him just online have same problem and same place and way of broken which is not normally happened to have 2 tvs broken with same way and I dont know him before
I have attached 2 photos to different tv. S with same broken place

I talked to someone of this forum but she did nothing. So please do not give this to kruthika.
You can look a history, and I know know for a fact you knew about this problem and the person above knew abou the problem and I am really pissed. You have a class action lawsuit pending. So youy knew you made junk and you did not care. I think samsung on appliances is where japan was in the 70's junk.
So tell some one to get a free repair service and make the contact by this coming tuesday. My alternative is to join the class action lawsuit. Your washers are crap too. Cheap plastic cover part broke 15 times.

Samsung dryer

I purchased dryer from Home Depot on 3/24/19, got delivered on 3/28/19. A couple days after I received, I noticed the dryer would shut off after 3 minutes on the normal cycle. I have called 5 times and I am still waiting for someone to call and schedule a service call. I got the ticket #[protected] I received on 3/15/19. This is so unacceptable business practice. Also, the third caller was a man and he purposely redirected me to have it serviced at Home Depot so he did not have to deal. Real nice. The gentleman from Home Depot was laughing because he "got" me. For all I care, you can come and take this piece of crap back. I will NEVER buy another samsung product. You know when things spread by word of mouth, especially with all social media, if you donot take care of your customers, this will be made public. My right

Samsung washing machine & dryer; wa50m7450aw

Piece of crap machine! Don't buy it! Been fussing with repairs now for 5 months! New transmission, motor, rotor, control board and shock or stabilizer deal to keep it balanced and it still doesn't Work. I will never purchase a Samsung product not will I purchase from Conn's. Totally disgusted with this whole process. Many hours spent making phone calls, money to go to laundromat, time from work costing me money and vacation time, frustration from buying a faulty piece of equipment and time missed with my family. Washing machine won't drain so I have to do it myself. Hose came off after one of the repairs and my ceramic floors are coming up which cost me thousands of dollars 2 years ago and my electric bill sky rocketed because the washing machine cintinues to refill if it's not balanced... Or should I say... The computer says it's not balanced.

Samsung manufacturing fault in j7max

Sir/madam, I purchase a device galaxy kumar on 16/april/2018. After 4 day many issues come in this device . I visit 13 time on service center but they can not be able to give a proper solution and in device display many white dots come again and again and the device display be change be change 3 time but the can not be give a proper solution.we complain in customer care against this problem but they do misbehave with the customer

Samsung refrigerator

Had a water leak on my samsung refrigerator, on the top of the unit. Contacted samsung premium care and they sent a technician out, he looked at it and said it was nonrepairable. He brought no parts and was not in the least interested in repairing it.
It is leaking at the top of the unit at the connector where the water line runs into the door. all the info has been submitted to samsung premium care now comes the waiting, its been over two weeks and I am still waiting for a decisio. When I call I have to repeat the whole story to the analyst and every time they cancel the old ticket and request a technician to come out and look at the unit again. not sure where to go with this as I cant get ahold of anyone that will do something.

Samsung over-the-range microwave

This is in regard to the defective Samsung over-the-range microwave unit I purchase from Lowes Companies Canada ULC on 4 December 2018 in the total amount of $207.90.

Not long after the defective microwave was installed it stopped working sometime in January 2019. I called Sumsung Support and on more than 3 separate occasions in a period of 2 months, Totem Appliance & Ref. Ltd. ("Totem") was sent to try to repair the unit. Unfortunately, they were unable to.

Then, on March 6 and 8, 2019 I received 2 emails from your Samsung's Ms. Barbara Glen approving the exchange or replacement of the defective microwave.

On March 12, 2018 I replied to Ms. Glen and Ms. Amos Coichel asking them to proceed with the replacement of the defective microwave and to contact the tenant of the property, Ms. Stephanie Corey, where the defective microwave is installed to coordinate the delivery and installation of the replacement unit. I did not receive any response.

On March 30, 2019 I again sent an email to Ms. Glen and Ms. Coichel instructing them again to contact Ms. Corey and schedule the delivery of the replacement unit. My second email was likewise ignored.

It bears stressing that it has been more than four months since the defective microwave had broken down, and until now it has not been repaired or replaced, and until now no one has contacted myself nor the tenant despite Samsung's emails and our requests. Not only has this caused our tenant tremendous inconvenience every day for the last four months, but the manner by which we are being ignored has caused us great anxiety and disappointment as well. We are left with no other choice but to purchase a replacement unit ourselves.

In light of the foregoing, final demand is made upon Samsung to refund the total amount of $207.90, which I paid to purchase your defective microwave, within ten days from receipt of this letter. Should Samsung refuse or fail to heed this just and valid demand, I shall not hesitate to exercise any and all my rights under the law.

I hope that you will give this matter your preferential attention.

Samsung refrigerator

Dear Sir
Sub:Manufacturing defect - Handle (Refrigerator)
We purchased samsung double door refrigerator about 16months back from a nearby Reliance Digital store Delhi. Two days back the handle of the fridge came out of the clamp while opening the door. A complaint was registered with samsung Helpline Call centre on Registered mobile number with Samsung ie [protected].The mechanic checked in and told that the two plastic clamps holding the handle are broken and the whole door will be replaced telling a big amount of 7000 Rs for the door.
Sir this is totally unjustified that the handle that has come out on opening should be charged for such a big amount only after one year of use.Our other Godrej and LG refrigerators handle has no problem even after 35year of use.
Sir it is requested that the defective plastic clamps holding the handle should be replaced or door will be replaced free of charge seeing the reputation of the company and the high cost of refrigerator that we paid only a year back.
Hoping an early resolve of the problem

Samsung samsung s8+

Recently (March 5, 2019) a Samsung upgrade was downloaded to my phone S8+). I've owned a Samsung for the last 10 years but I'm absolutely disgusted at this upgrade. Ridiculous changes from icons, layouts, and I'm sure you have had a myriad of complaints about these and other changes. Everyone seems to feel the same about this upgrade. I hope you offer something to fix this problem. I'm about to upgrade my current S8+ but if this isn't fixed, my Samsung days are over.

Samsung samsung front load washing machine

Date of incident: Feb 2019
Date of purchase: 10 June 2018
Price paid: $1, 279

In Feb 2019, the washing machine stops functioning. Called Samsung and they said will send someone down between 9am to 12pm a few days later. Took half day and waited for the repairman. Repairman called around 12pm that day to say he is coming. I had to work hence we told them to come another day. On 25 Feb 19 when the repairman came, late by more than 3 hours from the time promised by Samsung. We told the repairman that the machine burnt 2 of our plugs in the service yard and requested for Samsung to compensate because it was caused by the machine. Repairman indicated that customer request for a compensation of the plugs and took pictures. However, Samsung denied the compensation stating that it was not stated in the report that the plugs were burnt. Samsung should not be penalising the customer by playing with the words used in the report. This is not professional and I am worried and concerned about the washing machine exploding. Now I have to use extension to my living hall just to use the washing machine and I have my 9 months old crawling around! Very disappointed with the service Samsung provide. Now is already April 2019 and this has yet to be resolved. Not to mention I paid so much for a washing machine for it to malfunction in 8 months!

We are trying to get an engineer for repairing our Samsung dishwasher ... But nobody is coming and when we are insisting the engineer to come he is telling Us to put up a complaint against Samsung also I'm the consumer forum they are not afraid of anything
Everybody is lying that you will get am engineer soon but nobody is coming and harassing the customers like this ... This way Samsung electronics will never survive

Samsung s10 shipping

I preordered my S10 on March 5th. Was scheduled to recieve the device on March 19thm package comes and no phone in the box. Sim card and wireless charger are there. I contact Samsung to let the know of the issue. 2 days later into the claim. I am told I have to file a police report. Huh and police report for something that I never physically received. That's very much impossible. So I simply as for a refund on the money I spent on the phone. Until the issues are addressed on their behalf with the phone being missing. Package was sent out weighing 1lb. I recieve package with shipping label reading 0.9lbs so the discrepancy there is between them and the shipper. Still I am without my phone and the money I spent on the phone. I am not able to see if the phone has been activate. But I am sure they can see if it has. But still I am treated as if I am trying to scheme and get and extra device. To what avail I have now clue. But no one can do anything with a blacklisted phone. I am not spending hours on my time on the phone with them just to get a free device. It's not that serious. All I want is what i paid for or my money back. I feel as if they are robbing me of my finances that I put towards the device. I am a Samsung guy. But this may have forced me to test Apple.

Ticket number: samsung/bvd/3q... I have already filled in the form with heading samsung promo requiring my details and address. The correspondence started on the 15th of december. Time 16:39 sa time zone then resumes yesterday where I was supplied with the samsung promo form to fill in. I have since done that but I am requested to arrange for security escort fee of 1100 pounds.

Samsung the new pie update for samsung s8 and above

This is the worst possible thing. This update is horrendeous. Now they have it for S8 as well. Everything about it is bad. Everything is all over the place and my phone seems as if it was built for someone handicaped.
If this is a ploy to get people to replace their phones, I will have you know that I will never buy a Samsung again. Nor an Iphone. Because I know that these two companies are in Kahoots. Not only that, if no reversal option is going to be given for this clusterfuck of a disaster, I will change my phone within the week.
I am beyond annnoyed and cannot comprehend what has brought about this colossal mess.
Get it together Samsung!

Samsung washing machine

We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot in October of 2018. It was delivered to our new home on November 21st. For the first two months we were pleased with how it performed. The washer then began to fill with water and agitate but would not continue to the spin cycle. It would take 2 to 3 hours for a load to finish. It finally would end at the fill and agitate cycle and would not spin at all. We ran the required diagnostic to see what steps could be taken to correct the issue...Nothing. We then called Customer Service who had us complete the steps 3-4 additional times. This did not correct the issue. A Service Tech was then scheduled to resolve the issue.
The first solution was the electrical board had to be replaced... Nothing
The second solution was that a part had to be repaired within the internal float valve...Nothing
The third solution was that the water floats had to be repaired...Nothing
Two technicians and 4 four service calls nothing has been repaired (both technicians spoke very limited English and could not understand questions or explain what issues they were trying to correct)
After 3.5 weeks we are still without a washing machine. I have spent over $100.00 at the laundry mat.
Today I contact Samsung Customer Service and they provided an alternate company to make the repairs, but now we begin from the start in trying to find out what is wrong with the washer.
Issues:
• The washer is not 3 months old and running into these issue
• The Customer Service agents with Samsung have no understanding of what is taking place when they assign the technicians to make the repairs
• The technicians to date do not seem to know how to make these repairs
• After almost three weeks we are now starting over with an alternate repair company due to the first not having any idea on how to make the repair. At this point a refund was approved
Week 4:
Numerous forms are sent and a request for a copy of the sticker located on the washing machine is required. This information was submitted 7 times. On 3/2/19 we receive confirmation that the forms have been received and the refund it being processed.
3/6/19: We receive a call from Samsung asking if the washing machine was billed to a credit card. The answer was yes. It was billed to our Home Depot credit card. We are then told that Home Depot must now process the refund. After a three-hour conversation with Home Depot - the Home Depot Warranty department - and Samsung there is not resolution on who is responsible for the refund. We were then given an alternate number to contact. A recording was received "due to high call volumes, please leave your telephone number and you will receive a call back within one hour." It has been four hours and we have yet to receive a call back.
Week 5:
No one will take ownership of the refund and this has gotten out of control. We speak to Samsung and each agent has a different request. When those items are provided Samsung now shares it is the responsibility of Home Depot.
