Samsung slide in range

New slide in range was delivered on September 5, 2019. It is to be installed in a new kitchen counter not yet completed so has not been used. The box showed no signs of damage, upon taking the outer box off of range a dent was noticed in the right corner of the bottom slide out drawer. We called Costco since they sold the range and they talked to Samsung who agreed to send out a new draw face under case # 146248. Now on September 12th we get a call from Samsung that they will not send drawer, that it must have been damaged in transit and will not be replaced unless we pay for a new one. Also Samsung said they do NOT have any service in this area and basically we are on our own! Thank heavens for Costco, as the are sending out a new range to replace this one for a dent in a drawer! Samsung will not even stand behind a unit that has yet to be installed. Entire kitchen counter replacement is being held up because of a simple drawer, as new slide in replacement it will not get here on time. Terrible, terrible customer service on Samsungs part, will never order anything with Samsung on it again.

Samsung samsung refrigerator model number rf261b3aesr/aa

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator online from Home Depot for $1, 396.84 including sales tax, delivery, and installation. It was delivered and installed on 06/12/19.
Two days after installation I noticed that the icemaker was not working. I called Home Depot and the rep transferred the call to Samsung. Samsung sent a technician to my house on 06/20/19 who replaced the icemaker and it started working.
1.5 months later the icemaker stopped working again and the products in the freezer were watery. I called Samsung.
On 08/15/19 Samsung sent another technician to my house. He said that he needed to replace a part and he would come back the next week.
On 08/20/19 he came back for the 2nd time and after 20 minutes came out of the kitchen and said that it was fixed. This was a lie and nothing was fixed. By that time the freezer was warmer than the refrigerator and everything in it was spoiled. I called Samsung again the same evening.
On 08/27/19 another technician came to my house and said that the repairs needed a specialist and that a specialist would come to my house the next week and will fix the freezer.
On 09/03/19 another technician who was Samsung's specialist came to my house and told me and my wife to remove everything from the refrigerator and we did. The freezer was already empty since it was not working. He then disconnected power and disassembled the inside of the refrigerator and the back of the unit and did some work and only then he realized that the gas tank he had brought was empty. He told us that he needs to get it filled and that he would be back the next morning. The refrigerator was left disassembled and all the products were left on the kitchen countertops.
On 09/04/19 he came back in the morning and spend approximately 2 hours working on the refrigerator and then he said that he was 80% sure that everything was fixed. When he left, there were black sticky ashes everywhere in the kitchen. On the floor, on the countertops, products on the countertops, walls, cabinets, and the blind. It took my wife hours to clean it up and I hope that these ashes were not toxic. I have no idea what they were.
On 09/05/19 in the morning before leaving to work, I checked and the refrigerator and the freezer were working. In the evening on my way back from work I went to a supermarket and purchased products. When I arrived home, I saw that neither the freezer nor the refrigerator worked. The ice in the freezer was melted and now the refrigerator was also warm. Not only the freezer was not repaired, the refrigerator was broken as well.
On 09/06/19 in the morning I called Samsung and said that they need to replace the refrigerator or remove it from my house and issue a full refund. The rep told me that someone from their exchange department would call me within 24 hours.
0n 09/07/19 I called Samsung again and said that no one had called me. The rep told me that I was misinformed and that their management did not work on Saturdays and that they would call me within 3 to 5 business days.
During this process I also called Home Depot twice and each time I was transferred to a store manager who took the information and my telephone number and said that he would call me back and never did.
All these events are quite disturbing and extremely frustrating. I now really want Samsung to take the refrigerator from my house and issue a full refund. I am yet to receive a call from their management.

Samsung samsung galaxy watch active - wireless charger promotion

I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy Watch Active during its pre-release promotion. Samsung was offering a free wireless charging pad during the pre-release period. I filed for the promotion and it was accepted on March 23rd. It is now early September and no charger has been received. I have contacted Samsung promotions support several times and they keep acknowledging my submission but state that they have no stock to send out. This is very odd as I can go to just about any electronics seller or Amazon and buy the charger.

Samsung Side by side refrigerator

Hello friends
I had been having persistent problems with samsung side-by-side refrigerator for over six months. Dop march 2015. Issue started with non cooling and initial diagnosis by your local personnel in ranchi city, detected some blockage in pipeline, which was rectified for temporary relief. when the same problem came back, your local personnel (mahato) again found similar problem and filled up gas to get it running again. After few days he had to come back and do similar gas work. By this time we had put up strong complaint to samsung call centre to ensure serious attention to this case. Soon, mahato came back with a compressor and changed it. It seemed to be a long term solution but alas, he had to come back in few weeks. Again filled up gas and set it running.in few days time we had to again request for very serious report to your call centre and none came up.

I wrote to ceo service team, after which suddenly there were lot of attention given to resolve this case on priority basis.
A different personnel came up for expert advice/ checking, to say that there'll a local personnel coming up next day to work on it. Next day mahato came back to check something and went off saying that now it's a corporate matter and they will provide solution.
Yesterday I got a call from mahato's team head (nawab) who stated that it's not repairable any more, hence samsung will arrange to pay me some meager amount as compensation. He said there's some internal leakage which is beyond repair.
I failed to understand - a) if mahato could check something in his last visit to declare this a irreparable, then why did not he check that few months back when he repeatedly kept filling gas? 
B) why did mahato keep asking for money in every visit? initially we kept paying for whatever he asked for. Later when this became a repeated affair, I check with samsung customer care, and as advised we stopped paying. he said that his seniors insist to take money, hence he did so. even while changing the compressor (within warranty) he asked for compressor money and other charges. When I wanted to speak to his senior who insisted money, he disconnected and walked out peacefully without money.
C) I need a proper treatment to this matter and want a justified solution, else I have all details to raise this matter to relevant forums through media connections that I work in.
D) all efforts from national levels, get funneled down to ranchi service centre by design/ default. Please note that samsung ranchi service centre is not capable to provide this standard of service for this product. Please work out something differently, which will not involve local service centre. Otherwise all these efforts will against go down the drain.
I had been a continuous user of samsung products for last 30 years across multiple product verticals. After this experience, a loyal customer like me has started thinking of other brands in next purchase decisions.

Kindly treat this as a very serious complaint/ concern that needs special attention.

Samsung repairs with valid warranty card and bill

Dear
I bought Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on 17th September 2017 from La Défense, Paris and my phone never got dropped from my hands so far. It still has warranty period. I went to Samsung authorised service center champs elysees, Paris for few times and I gave them my warranty card with other necessary documents but they never repaired my phone. They told me that they will call me when they will receive my phone's damaged parts.
Its been two months now since I even can't use my phone. I bought a new Samsung wireless charger and I did everything I could to use my Samsung phone but it has become worse now that even I can't hear while making calls.
They (service center) told me that they gonna change some parts of my phone but they never did and they said my phone has some problems with functioning.
I can't wait anymore.
If Samsung fails to either REPAIR or EXCHANGE my phone as soon as possible, I would go to EUROPEAN CONSUMER COURT before switching to a brand iPhone 11.
I have been a loyal Samsung Customer over 15 years now and I never faced problem like this before.

Please kindly do something before falls into legal action.

Samsung samsung lottery

Please on behalf of other people whom might have been scammed by the company name SAMSUNG LOTTERY, I appeal hard to fine solution to the problem of scammers making use of your company name to fraud people's money. Please help us. I actually paid #800 for the delivery services but never get the package, please send my money or my package or look into it to never happened to anyone else. Its the right thing to do .

Samsung fridge

Dear Sirs, ,
Samsung Egypt has the worst CS & maintenance team !
You are talking to robots, not human beings !

Our Samsung refrigerator RT50K6340SP which we bought less than 3 years ago, suddenly stopped cooling !
Even for 1 bottle of water.
We called the CS hotline, they sent someone who said this is well known default in this model & they need to change the board & thermostat.
He gave us an appointment & came & changed them & promised it will work.

It started to cool after 24 hours, we said it's fixed.
Traveled for few days to come & find all food got rotten & again, no cooling !

We called again & i added to the complaint that the motor seems is not disconnecting & asked for another visit to do tests & measure the fireon to identify exactly the problem cause for 1 month am throwing food.
The same technician came again with ONLY a thermometer.
The temp. on the fridge board was 1degree while his thermometer inside the fridge recorded 13 degree !
He was trying to convince us this is normal & it will get down !
Nearly 30 mins & it stayed the same, he made some calls & was asking someone on the phone what to do !
The easiest answer was take the fridge to the fridge for check up & repairs !

I asked for how long, their exact words were 48 hours repair, 24 hours test & you shall have it the 4th day.
That was on 20th of August & till now nothing.

Calling the Technical support rep.who called me to schedule the fridge pick up, he doesn't answer my calls.

Calling customer service so far 3 times asking for a feed back & making complaint, all i receive is promises to call back, so far nothing.

Worst service ever & incompetent technicians.

They choose terrible timings to come over & every time we have to leave work or take days off to receive them.

No respect for client at all.

I hope to deliver this msg to Samsung Korea.
Hope someone guides me how.

Samsung Samsung smart tv 50” ru7470

Dear Samsung,

Hope you are aware of the complete issue of my new smart TV mentioned in previous emails.

I am really very disappointed with the reply from service head office; As the TV is under warranty period and confirmed it's not "Physical damage", it's informed on Wednesday that TV panel will be repaired based on service engineer visit happened on last Sunday. Yesterday again it's informed that only 25% will be covered based on further reply from quality team.

I asked the person (Mr Kamlesh), one who spoke over the phone to give detailed report or email stating the facts (No physical damage yet warranty cannot be covered 100%), as I wanted to highlight this next level in Samsung Korea and file a case in consumer. But nothing has received yet.

Hardly this TV has not run for 24hrs, why this defect has happened which is not clear to service engineer as well. He said that it might be defected since shipping but noticed very late.

We cannot accept this 25% coverage in warranty, which is unfair and would like the TV to be repaired fully and functioning normal.

Really this kind of approach will lose the hope on Samsung products and will continue to be the customer of Samsung if the issue is amended.

Samsung Network service

Dear sir
I would like to inform you that, I'm a Samsung user and full family members are Samsung user, my all Samsung Galaxy phone service very good and very much satisfied for this, I'm a customer service manager st BRAC BANK Limited, but recent I have bought a Samsung A20 from Samsung showroom Aktaruzzaman centre, Agrabad, Chittagong, Bangladesh this phone is network very weak, and there is no network at a time my other Samsung phone network is full, so I took Samsung service centre after 2days give me back my phone but very sorrowful my phone network problem isn't solve.
Customer service officer Mr. Iqram confirm me when delivery my phone if this problem can't solve you will be replaced your device but can't solve my phone problem.

Here I have attached my phone network problem shoot.
Please take necessary action for solve my problem or please replace my device for this solicitation your kind consideration.

Samsung galaxy j3 star

Dir Sir the problems with this smart phone seem endless they build and build I'm having problems answering my calls all the time, in my testing of messages some times it freezes up sends letters across text page or it changes screens and you loose you're texts, sometimes it wont let you answer questions or in the middle of something it chooses to change pages and even complete sights, every couple of seconds it throws up system failed wants feed back or wait, this phone is so stressful I watched unruly children I would rather watch them
I turned in my other phone because it had been compromised, yes it had glitches and small problems but not like this phone this phone I called on its problems was told to take it to u brake I fix for diagnostic test they told me to report diagnostics would not even show up on screen this phone has always been slower than most of my other phones I have owned a few phones this one the worse I feel that I had been mislead and ripped off this phone in no way is worth the price I had to pay for it, I also feel I was lied to because i was told different reviews than what's out about this phone something needs to be done if we ( the public )are going to keep getting gouged and charged these sky high prices for these electronic gadgets dont we deserve to have them work for more than a few days or hours
That's my complaint so now I'm not sure what to do with this phone it's not even good enough for a paper weight thanks R.M.D.

Samsung (refrigerator) regarding your samsung product complaint (samsung rt28m3743ut/nl, bearing serial # 0ab54zak300105l)

Hi There,

This is to notify you that I purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 9th Sept 2018 and from next two month of purchasing, I am facing some or the other issue with this refrigerator for which I have complained you N number of time and N number of times your engineers visited to me to check the issue and every engineer has given me a different reason, every engineer excepted this that there is issue going on with this refrigerator, at last I got the conclusion that the refrigerator is working fine, but the issue is same as it was earlier.

Below are some list of visit and reasons given by the engineers:

1. On first visit, the engineer confirms that it's a moisture issue and we need to keep the refrigerator open for next 5 hrs without an electricity, and the same has been confirmed by the customer care executive at the time of trouble shooting with this issue which I did but no result.
2. On Second visit the engineer confirmed that the circuit board of the refrigerator is heating up due to which the problem is there and he replaced the circuit board.
3. On third visit the engineer confirmed that due to the voltage the problem arises so we need stabilizer for this refrigerator, however it has been mentioned clearly that this is a stabilizer free refrigerator also the same has been confirmed to me at the time of purchase.
4. On forth visit, the engineer confirms that the refrigerator pipe at the back is chocked with ice and they need to open and clean it.
5. On fifth visit, the engineer confirmed that this is the issue of excess cooling and he open a panel from inside and minimize the cooling, after which the cooling completely stops .
6. On sixth visit the engineer visited and open the cooling panel as he also confirmed that the fifth engineer that visited auctioned wrongly, but the same issue occurs again.
7. On seventh visit the engineer came and he only takes the temperature of the refrigerator and confirmed that there is some issue with the refrigerator, but later we have been confirmed that the refrigerator is working fine
8. On eighth visit the senior engineer visited and he takes the temperature of the refrigerator and confirmed that this is the issue of excess cooling as the refrigerator is doing reverse cooling due to which there is less cooling at the upper side of the refrigerator but excess cooling at the lower part of the refrigerator, then he applied an electric tape to the cooling panel to minimize the cooling which is still there, he also clicked the snap of the same.
9. Then another two visit happened in which they have only taken the tempreture of the refrigerator .
10. Then I got a call and mail from Mr. Shantanu (mail attached FYI), where he stated that he is from head office and the person is going to visit from head office, However after that the two visit happened, where the engineers came only to take the reading of the refrigerator

After these many visit the problem is still same and the engineers keeps on disturbing for each and every visit as I always get late for the office. Apart from this I have shown the conditioned of fruits and vegetables to every engineer in every visit.

After a long time I received a call from Mr. Shantanu that your refrigerator is working fine as per our report, However Mr. Shantanu keep me updated that we are still in process to have a decision what to do after a regular period of time.

According to the engineers & Mr. Shantanu, if the refrigerator is working fine, then why are the parts got replaced by engineers ?, why the electric tape has been applied as jugaad method to stop the excess cooling, is this kind of quality service that you are providing to the customers after purchasing Samsung product.

The attached pictures of the vegetables has been taken today, as I bought these vegetables two days back, just see the condition of the vegetables and decide that is my refrigerator still working fine ? as, according to you on paper its' working fine, but you are not admitting it in reality.

I haven't asked you to give my money back, but I request you to please get the refrigerator replaced as I have been fighting with the issue from around last 10 months and if you think that the refrigerator is still working fine then please provide the record with the number of visit that happened with date and time also please provide me the complete details and what are the actions taken in each visit, which I previously asked with Mr. Shantanu but he denied to give me saying that he didn't have that, unfortunately he did not have the complete record and on the basis of that record he is committing that the refrigerator is working fine.

Samsung samsung front loader washing machine

Hi, I have made three calls and sent one email in the past week regarding my washing machine. Each time I am told a technician will contact you but no one does. My washing machine shows that 3E motor error-call foe service. My motor is still under warranty. Model number WW12H8420EX and serial number 06SU53AFB00017V. ref for calls [protected] and for email is [protected]. I am unable to do any washing. The clothes just stays in the machine. I end up removing them out soaking wet. This is not fair. Previously when the machine was still new and it gave me trouble I had the same problem in getting a technician.

Samsung samsung mobile on6

Hi Team,

It's really very disappointing to share my experience with the services and product that I purchased from Samsung(order ID:OD113473077306164000)
I purchased Samsung On6in September 2019.The reason why I purchaced Samsung product is due to it's good will, quality, brand and type of aftersales service it provides.
But from the day I purchased the phone, I am experiencing lot of breakage and voice issues in the phone and the service center personnel are not able to rectify my mobile's problem.
Irony is that despite of 5 visits the service center guys are not able to resolve my mobile issues.

The last visit was on 24th July 2019. The service center executive told me that the problem was due to third party apps installed.This was not acceptable to me since I have purchased a smart phone not just a normal 2 G phone.Despite of uninstalling all the apps and executive confirming that I will not be experiencing a problem any more, I once again suffered the voice distractions the next day.I immediately informed the executive(Jaspal) about this problem.

Below are sequence of days that I visited the service center:

1. Feb 2019:Intimated about the issue and about the charger problem.
Resolution provided: Formated the mobile.Issue did not got fixed
2.April 2019-May 2019:Intimated about the issue two times.They once again formatted the mobile.Issue did not got resolved.
They have also not logged any incident for these visits.

3.17 July 2019:The service center changed the motherboard.Issue again did not resolved.I Shared them the recording showing the issue.
4.24 July 2019:The service center changed the mike and committed that the issue will never occur again.
The issue did not got resolved and I face the same issue the very next day.

I am quite frustrated now with the quality of service that is being provided to me.Due to these frequent visits I am not able to concentrate on my office work and I have wasted lot of time visiting the service center.

I would request you to look into the matter immediately and replace my mobile phone.

I am attaching the bill and service request tickets for your easy reference.

Samsung model# rf28n9780sg/aa

CONSUMER BEWARE DONT BUY Samsung refrigerators! The ice maker keeps freezing up and stops making ice. The inside of ice maker has a sheet of ice on top of unit and floor of ice maker it just stops working. I've called Samsung several times and now was told a case manager will call me back in 1-2 days my refrigerator is only 11 months old and I still owe $2500 on it! It is such a shame that Samsung is not being cooperative with getting a solution to an ongoing problem that apparently are not just the old models but the this new one with the family hub as well stay far away.

Samsung qled tv (qe657fnau); serial number: ru89bn9412954pa601m3l0008

On 29 June 2019 - I have purchased the new QLED TV (QE657FNAU) in L'viv, Ukraine (Shop "ELDORADO" str. Chernovola 65). Price 64, 000. GRV (equivalent to appr. $2500).
On 27 July 2019 - the long stripe along the screen appeared. TV stopped working.
On 28 July 2019 - my wife called the hotline service center. But we were told that the TV will not be replaced, only repaired.

That was the most expensive TV in the shop. Whilst purchasing, we were told that if something goes wrong, broken, etc. the TV will be immediately replaced as its price is $2500. In less than 1 month after purchase, it got broken. Needless to state our disappointment. Honestly, for this price I don't want to use the repaired TV after 1 month of purchase. Needless to state, that the seller does not want to replace the TV or refund me.

Samsung clothes washer

bot a samsung washer from the brick after 2 months of use product was not working properly, called the brick they had a no return policy after 2 days ( which is terrible ) they told me to call samsung, i called samsung they sent a repair guy who fixed the problem something to do with a computer chip and wiring, the washer worked breifly then broke again, called samsung again saying i would rather get a new washer than have washer fixed again, samsung said there is a no return policy only a fix policy, they sent another repair person who this time fixed a motor part, washer worked for a while then started to make a loud noise, called samsung to complain about washer and that i wanted a new one, they said once again no return policy and sent another repair person this time it was the drum bearing, so if i heard right from the repair person samsung probably payed the repair place close to $ 2000 parts and labor to fix my washer 3 times instead of just replacing the washer, im am now waiting for the next part to break, they have lost a customer for life, terrible return policy

Samsung cellular phone s8

Good morning,
This is my first Samsung product, I have all apple products.

The phone was purchased approximately a year ago. I was just starting to use it and noticed the battery had swelled.

I contacted your office and they said I have two choices 1. Take it to Ubreakifix or mail it to your Texas office. No one told me if I mail it in the battery might be replaced at no cost.

I chose the one that was only 5 miles away, believing they would honor the warranty. The cost was $84.79, which I don't believe I shpuld have absorbed this.

There is no water damage etc because I have not used the phone just yet.

I spoke to #77014 (July 19/20) and he was not offering any help. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth for Samsung products

Samsung 75” samsung 4k new tv

I have had this tv for approx 5 weeks. Which happens to be 3 weeks past the return policy for best buy. Samsung is refusing to replace or repair my tv because from pictures I sent (per their request) it "appears the damage is internal physical damage! Hummmmmmmmm doesn't that sound like something they should fix?! It's a brand spanking new tv... It's internal damage is not my problem! I will never purchase a samsung appliance again. This is the worst customer satisfaction company I have ever witnessed. $1300 down the drain... For their problem! 🤬

Samsung samsung galaxy s8

The forced update on my S8 this past week rendered my phone incapable of hands free texting through my car's Bluetooth connection. Prior to the update the phone had functioned well (although Bixby was at times inconsistent in connecting). My cell provider Verizon spent an afternoon trying to help me in the car and online. They were unable to provide an answer other than there was nothing they could do as it appears to be a Bixby issue. I went online to Samsung Customer service today and was advised to clear my "cache", which I did. This did not solve anything. I am at my wits end. The phone is useless to me without hands free texting as it is illegal to text when driving otherwise. In addition, the hands free phone interface connection is awkward and leaves me unsure if a call is truly going through.

What have you done to my phone! Bixby isn't functioning. If this isn't remedied quickly I will be forced to abandon Samsung as the hands free calling and texting was a prime decision in purchasing this phone.
