Samsung French door refrigerator model rf236beaesg

I am very disappointed with the samsung french door refrigerator model rf236beaesg. The door bins and drawers are very poorly made with the cheapest plastic possible and not for family use. 1. The cool select pantry drawer has been glued in different places due to multiple cracks. (not much is kept in the drawer but cold cuts' and cheese) 2. The bins on the french doors have come flying off the door causing breakage of pricey condiments. The baskets do not have proper holders (what is there is very brittle) to keep the bins attached to the door. The bins do have heavy duty tape holding the clear part of the bins to the white part of bins. Still the clear part of the bin comes open. I would appreciate this issue resolved in a timely manner. It has put a bad taste in my mouth regarding samsung products. Our tvs and phone are samsung and have had a high regard for samsung products until now. (refrigerator was purchased december 2018.)

Samsung TV

I have filed a complaint about my 40" TV not working on 2nd May 2021 No:[protected] again followed up on 4th May. Person came home, told us that the mother board is gone, said he will come with the same but never returned. does not respond to phone. filed complaint again on 15th May No: [protected]. Was shunted to 4 differenct persons. Each time put on hold and later a different person would speak. Have to start the whole thing again. Staying at home due to covid without TV is extremey difficult. Please help

Samsung Q60 TV

We have a Q60 TV which was under warranty when we reached out to Samsung about issues with it shutting off, buffering excessively and turning itself on after we turn it off. Technicians were out to our home twice, replaced parts and the problems continued, even when the technicians were still at our house. Twice Samsung took remote control of the TV and the problems happened while they had control of it.

Samsung case management was contacted. They said they would replace the TV but that model was not available. They indicated that they would consider moving up to the next level, but they delayed too long and that model was not available in our area either at that time. They would not go up to the next model.

In the end they only offered to reimburse us with story credit at BestBuy for the original cost of the TV. Remember, the same model and the next model are not available. The next model up is double the reimbursement amount.

So, Samsung did nothing for us. Reimbursed us for a TV that never work properly and I have to now buy a new TV that is double the price than the one that was defective.

Besides all of this, they never called us back in 2 days or 3 to 5 days as they indicated from time to time. We called them several times and had more than 5 "ticket numbers" from them to address the issues.

This is the worst customer service I have every experienced and will not be buying Samsung products any longer. I am making arrangement to trade my 4 Samsung Smartphones in for iPhones.

Desired outcome: A replacement TV at whatever level it takes for Samsung to supply.

Samsung note 20 promotion

I made a purchase of the note 20.
I contacted costumer service (or what ever department) and tried to get head phones per the promotion that requires you to call them and give them your receipt for confirmation of a phone purchase.
this was on april 19. It is 5/13/2021 and still no head phones.
I have been on the phone for 5 hours, have spoken with 11 different people in several different departments and am still on the phone for some F###### 30$ headphones.

not a single person has answered or resolved any of my concerns and I am going on hour 6 on hold.

Samsung Samsung washing machine

My 4 year old washing machine rusted so badly from the inside that it will not remain balanced. Also the door hung rusted so badly it came apart from the unit. Samsung refuses to do anything about it. Customer service just sends me in circles to different representatives and won't let me speak with a manager. The use Service Quick as their "repair" specialists and they are even worse than Samsung. Totally incompetent; rude, dishonest, and unreliable. I will NEVER buy any Samsung product again and will make sure everyone I know also does not. Terrible terrible product, service, and customer service l.

I have been experiencing problems with my television for a few months where it does not turn on and when it does turn on, the screen has issues.

To resolve this issue, I have called several times to Samsung and no one seems to be able to resolve this issue. I have called and spoke to different representatives for numerous hours.

Samsung has reached out to their technicians in Vancouver, CA and I had to arrange a time out of my work day to accommodate them. They came over and set up a work station in my living room, and started diagnosing the issue at hand and concluded the TV is unfixable. I was told to contact Samsung. I then reach out to Samsung, and they need to have another technician come into my house again (during covid19). The first time technicians came by, I had to sanitize my own personal home, and now I need to do this all over again. I took time off work to have these technicians come by in the first place, and Samsung insists that I take time off work again. This is unacceptable, as they are not the ones that pay for my living expenses. Most importantly, this television is still under warranty, and I am being directed in circles. As a consumer, I paid good money to have a good product, but I was wrong, I purchased stress and for a disaster.

The case number is [protected], this is also a reference number to my recorded phone call with Gilbert, employee number 501991, whom claims to be an executive customer service member. He was unable to understand my issues and my situation. Which, defies the roles of being a customer service representative. I am very disgusted and dissatisfied with this entire procedure.

I will Issue a formal written complaint as I feel very mistreated as a customer. I have spent enough effort and time to be directed in circles over and over again. There does not seem to be anybody that I can contact over at Samsung to resolve this issue. If this is the type of customer service that is available, I will make a voice about this and raise some serious concern.

Samsung Refrigerator

Freezer and icemaker quit working in less than seven years of purchase date. Service Quick company has been to our house 5+ times and nothing has been fixed. Samsung offered to pay for the parts and services then told us it can't be fixed... Complained that refrigerator should not break in under seven years and have asked for a refund. After much pursuing I've been on the phone for hours collectively over the last three months trying to resolve this issue after being promised a refund and then having it canceled by them 3x now. HUGE issue with the lack of integrity. That is what I'm fighting for.

Our company needs to be reimbursed for the 3/4/21 visit for a duplicate fee of a samsung ice maker. This was a rip off from Samsung and product to be charged twice within a three month period for the same replacement. It should have been no charge for replacing the ice maker the second time.

Samsung Refrigerator/ice maker

We have had our Samsung refrigerator for less than a year Ice maker works 4-6 weeks & then stops. Replace water filter & it works again. Last replaced was March 23 & it stopped yesterday.
This is getting expensive to replace monthly. Please help

Samsung Refrigerator/ ice maker

I have had multiple issues with our refrigerator freezing up as well as the ice maker not functioning. Samsung has offered to replace the ice maker but will not fix the cooling towers that freeze up. Their customer service is awful. I have been in their customer service chat 2 days in a row for over 4 hours. I just want it fixed. This issue has been replaced previously.

Samsung Refrigerator RF23J9011SR/AA

I am extremely upset with the icemaker in this appliance. It worked great for the first year and now it gets continually worse. My warranty, of course is up and by what I have researched this is a known problem and Samsung is unwilling to correct it. I have tried everything suggested in the troubleshooting guide as well as everything suggested by other consumers...nothing. The ice maker freezes up so badly that the only thing I can do is thaw it at least once a week with a blow dryer just to get it unblocked for another week. I have had many people ask me about refrigerators and I always tell them do not purchase a Samsung.

I have had this problem since I bought my refrigerator and have had a repair person come on three separate occasions. Had the ice maker replaced at the last service call and it still freezes up monthly. I have now decided to spend every bit of my retired energy letting potential customers know that Samsung refigerators are a piece of junk.

Samsung Service at Rivonia Customer Service Centre

On 26.04.2021 I went in the customer centre by Rivonia to have my phone checked as it was overheating and being a phone bought on 17.08.2020 it truely falls within the warranty period. The lady serving me asked for the proof of purchase and all I had was the contract that I had signed by the Telkom store which she refused to recognize well and fine that's protocol . But on the second thought I really felt she was playing with my mind and that irked me badly and I just decided I should leave the phone with Samsung till it is fixed cause already you have spent R20 000 on a faulty phone which the brand does not want to take responsibility. Nonetheless if you visit their competitor Huawei the actually give you an umbrella for the visit. So when I got home I called her to give my details and she said she will not fix the phone till I get that document. In this day and age Samsung cannot track a mobile phone that was produced less than a year ago i really felt if I had my way out I would change brands.

The phone is a S20 which is overheating and its a known fact by Samsung that their phones were defective. I think as Samsung they should improve'

Samsung Refrigerator/RF265B

My Samsung, 3 door refrigerator's ice maker has frozen over at least 4 times and 2 of those were in less than a couple of weeks. The refrigerator is less than 3 years old we are afraid that this problem will increase the older it get and we paid too much money for this quality.
I've called the company and all we can get is the support people that claim not to have corporate's number or email address. Is there anything you can help us with?

Samsung Refridgerator, Stove & Microwave

I purchased brand new Samsung black stainless stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave from Lowes with the extended warranty. All of them has the black stainless peeling off. They are all spotty and horrible to look at. l went on samsung consumer page and there are tons of other people claiming the same thing so to me that is a poorly made product. I have contacted Samsung on more than one occasion only to be left to feel discouraged by Samsung's admittance of how terrible my issue is due to their defective product but there is nothing they can do. They claim it is due to not cleaning the equipment with water.

This problem with the finish clearly constitutes a manufacturing defect. Samsung knows this is a problem for all of their black stainless appliances; the finish is a film so thin they cannot possibly have expected it to last. It is completely irresponsible to manufacture it in this way.

A previous class action lawsuit was filed in Florida, Ferris v Samsung, based on the false marketing of appliances as stainless steel when they are in fact just a thin film over top of a non-stainless material. Sadly that lawsuit was voluntarily withdrawn with no settlement benefiting the larger class.

Samsung TV

Purchased a Samsung Smart TV April 2019, in April 2021 the screen developed a 7" wide shadow running from the top of the screen to the bottom making it difficult to see the picture. I contacted Samsung customer service and was, very unsympathetically, told I should have purchased the extended warranty.
The TV is 24 months old and impossible to use as now 1/2 the screen is totally black. The TV is obviously defective and the company should accept responsibility for the defective product regardless if the warranty had expired. It is unfathomable that a consumer is expected to purchase a product, have it work for only 24 months, without the manufacturer taking any responsibility for the product.

Samsung Gas Range Refund and Lost Exchange In Range

I purchased the Gas range through theinsidersnet.com On November 9th 2020.
Order number... range-wave3-16
After waiting for months my range arrived. It was a trade in promotion. The Drivers first loaded my range and the unloaded the Range I ordered. Once unboxed the Range was badly damaged and had to be returned. We thought we would get a replacement in a timely manner but instead got an email on April 7th 2021 stating that Samsung was no longer manufacturing that model and offered a refund.
After Contacting Samsung I was told that My range that the drivers took with them couldnt be located and that I needed to contact theinsidersnet.com for a refund.
I have called Samsung support about three times and they cannot help me. Ive asked for a supervisor to call me back on two off those occations and havent received any calls back to try and resolve this issue. Ive sent out around three emails to their contracted company Theinsiders.net and no one from their will not return my emails or phone calls.

I feel Samsung was paid for the Range and should issue me a refund. Also they have lost my perfectly good Range that was a trade in for one of theirs that I never received. So should send some kind of compensation for my range that they have lost.

Spent 2600$ on fridge here in Costa Rica.
My freezer, ice stopped working exactly 1 year aftwr my warranty at price smart was over.
I need some one to xome and get my fridge and give me a refund. I have had several people come to try and fx, spent lots of money on transport.
Samsung is the worst appliance I have ever bought.

Samsung TV Warranty

Bought a 50"samsung smart tv in june 2020... Started malfunctioning early april 2021. Called samsung... Easy... We'll send out a repairman next week. He called me and confirmed the problem - confirming he had the parts in stock. The day of, I got a call from the tech telling me the ticket was cancelled - samsung was going to call me within 24-48 hrs to discuss a replacement tv.

They did not call within that timeframe. I called myself, and was told I could get a refund, or an e-coupon to samsung. I explained that I did not want an e-coupon or a refund of the base purchase price, because either way, to buy the same tv today, I would be $20+ out of pocket. Not able to get further. Round and round. Was told it would be escalated for further review and would be contacted in another 24-48 hours.

Got a call tonight, and was unable to answer in time. They immediately closed my ticket. I called back within 30 seconds of missing the call. Now i'm back to square one with the same bs offer. Waiting on hold for a"supervisor"that will never materialize. I'm not getting anywhere. My expectation is that they repair or replace my tv. Not"give me a refund or e-coupon". I want my tv replaced. It's that simple.

Thanks.

Desired outcome: Replace my TV without the need for me to go shopping again - and spend money out of pocket to get this resolved.
