special ordered michelin 265/65R 17 tires on august 21st. made appointment for 7 am august 28th . showed up and was told they couldnt install tires until 10 am. the reason was they made a mistake when writing down appointment. no notification tires had arrived. tires were there. dismissive uncaring behavior. i will not return for tire install because i dont trust them now to screw in a lightbulb.

    Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

    Mistakes happen. Have you ever made a mistake? Of course you have, Martin. They informed you they made an error. I wouldn't necessary ask them to screw in a lightbulb because they would be a rather odd request to make from a tire specialist. One mistake you'll never have to worry about making is a becoming a successful stand up comedian. You'd have a much better chance with your experience and expertise of being a professional idiot.

    Oh my; Not sure whether "Biggus Dickus" is an official SAMs resource; but the reply to the Customer is indeed rude; especially given the fact that the fault was with SAMs.

    Yeah. I am pretty clearly not affiliated whatsoever with Sam's Club. If you aren't sure about that your intellect is about on par with the original poster. That is to say there is not much of one to reference.

    I fail to see any dismissive and uncaring behavior. The original poster declined to include any relevant evidence that would have shed light on that. Also, your unnecessary addiction to semi colons is unnecessary.
