Sam's Club - customer service

Without a doubt the worst store in the states. Soon will loose business due to terrible greeters by the name of Bria and terrible management of GM Ken Kennedy. Racist employees will cost them a lots of members soon. With new stores of Costco, Joes Trader, Publix, Lindl, target and more quality stores they will suck soon. I feel sad for people who work in bakery because they have been always so awesome. It will be wrong if I say all the employees but yes there is some very racist such as I mentioned and terrible management by just hiring anybody and putting them at the worst spot. This line is for GM Ken Kennedy he must read this to improve his management and people's skills. Greeter means, representing whole store, one who appreciates business, make more members and smile towards them to feel them family and home not disrespecting and showing power at the gate and be rude. As soon as she became rude, disrespectful with me and my wife I went ahead and opened another brand new account with my name and told her I am a retail sales manager who have trained over 100s and will never hire or even interview people like them. The person who opened the card for me started telling he have worked for over 20 years and sams has always had this type of service. CEO should learn more and if this store gets better management and better employees and better training they will make way more business and running this store is a piece of cake because there will be large number of foot traffic more than ever if customer service and customer relations is good. This specific store makes current revenue because a lots of people from different culture and countries buy stuff. I am not white I am not black and employees here should learn what diversity means and what a good human being means. These employees didn't even give me chance to give a feedback to higher supervisor or manager. We even told the lady and gentleman that we are not buying tonight we are ordering a cake for next day and will have the physical card but she said you can't even step in here if you don't have it. Shame on management and people like that who are racist and rude and makes this world uglier. Another shame for careless GM and we order hundreds of cakes every year from this location due to 150+ employees and on every occasions we order from here with no issues and this time such a heartbreaking experience. I know corporate will read my email and do nothing. I don't expect nothing good from sams type store anyway. Worst than Walmart and not long before Costco closes this down with their high level customer service.
