I regularly purchase and use Member's Mark Real Crumbled Bacon. My last two 20 ounce bags have been of less quality than usual. There is much more gristle throughout the bag than ever before. Sam's Club never received my refunds

I returned my items, they allowed me to get return labels, when I requested my refunds I was told I was high volume and would not receive my refunds!
A manager has refunded some of them, but is not refunding the remaining ones!
My point is if my account was "flagged" then I shouldn't have been able to get labels or mail my merchandise back! They have my stuff, I also have other return labels that they allowed me to return, if I send them in will I get my refunds? Of will they keep my refunds on them too?

Sam's Club serta mattress and box springs

Sams club needs to use a different delivering service. Ordered mattress sams said it would be delivered by december 16th
Suppose to be delivered 12/19 9 - 2:30 no one showed (took off work!)
Finally got ahold of xpo was not put on truck did not have room! Could have called me!
12/26 suppose to be delivered 1030 - 230 no call no delivery
Next day tracked shows delivered (no delivery here) come to find out driver showed delivered but was not

Sam's Club unlawful termination

my name is Traci Waltermate, I work in the cafe and last night as I was going on break I was venting my frustrations to a fellow employee about the day shift never getting their job done before the night shift comes on and I told the other employee one day im just going to quit because of the lack of team work and manmagement not following through getting other people to do their job, another manger heard what I said and went and told another manager. I was then called into the office and was told I no longer worked for sam's because of what I said when I was venting my frustrations and I explained to the manager Mary I didn't say I was quiting, I was just venting and speaking my mind like other employee's have done and do all the time. Mary told me I quit my job and I was no longer employeed at Sam's and then had me escorted off the premisious before I could even get my personal stuff out of my locker. This is wrong, every one vents at this store and other employees had vented talking about quitting so why was I terminated for this over hearsay from people I wasnt even talking to? This is an unlawful termination. I will be speaking to a lawyer about this and looking into either getting my job back or my options as far as sueing the company for unlawful termination. I will also be looking into what charges I can press against Mary for her biased and unprofressional behavior as she needs to be let go from the company for violating laws she knew she could not act upon but did anyway. You can not go up to an employee and just tell them they quit because they dont like you and remove them from the store, this is illegal.

I'm sorry to hear about your termination. It's unfortunate and worse even within the holidays.

According to Sam's Club, your store number places you in the state of Florida. Unfortunately, Florida is considered an "at will to work state, " which gives an employer a lot more power to terminate anyone they wish. There are limits, but according to your recounting of what happened, it doesn't sound like you'd necessarily fall within that category.

A work union might be able to help but, whereas you didn't speak of one, I'm assuming you're not a part of one.

Take it as an opportunity to find a job you're more happy with. It's never a good thing to work at a place you hate.

Sam's Club refund

I purchased a laptop online on Cyber Monday (December 2). I was sent an inferior product that was not worth 1/2 of what was ordered so it seemed to be a bait and switch situation. I sent it back the same day I received it (December 6). It is now December 18th, and I have still not received a refund. Of course they said they did not have the item I ordered. I have contacted them approximately 6 times to get the issue resolved and at this point I will have to let the credit card fight the battle as soon as they can. It's the holiday season and this is totally unacceptable. First to do the bait and switch and not have the item advertised and then to hold the money hostage. Of course because it was a Cyber Monday order the item can no longer be replaced because of of the Cyber Monday deals elsewhere are no longer available. I would never recommend anyone to ever make an online order. If we had sent this as a gift to someone we would have never known that they switched the item.

Sam's Club sams.com website

First of all, the websites for both Sam's and Walmart are IMHO the worst websites on the internet and have been since they began. The store experiences are much better. There are always issues with the websites although they frequently change. That indicates to me that new errors are introduced every time an old one is fixed. As a (retired) programmer/analyst I am appalled that they are the kind of errors that a good software development process should have weeded out before any of it went online. My general recommendation is that you incorporate a sound software engineering process that includes extensive testing before releasing any updates.
Specifically I have two complaints at this time.

1) I do a "click-and-pull" order monthly. I create the order before my monthly check comes in so I can pick up the order as soon as my check deposits. I want the ability to "pay in store" however that is not an option. In order to make it an option I have to "game the system" by choosing one of my credit/debit cards that will be rejected. At that time I get a message saying my card was rejected and one option given then is "pay in store". I believe that the option to pay in store should always be available. Also please note that when changing the payment source the first one remains checked effectively splitting a payment. If people do not notice that they may be unhappy later.

2) I have actually been putting in feedback regularly although not always by my name. Last time a representative called me about my feedback about issue #1 but after playing phone tag and never actually talking we both gave up. I hope the following complaint was not something done intentionally. If not then there is a major problem with the software changing users' locations.

I did my usual order and went to Sams to pick it up but it was not there and the staff could not find it. As it turns out something, not I for certain, had changed my store from the Lufkin, Texas one, where I have been for 16 years, to a Benton, Arkansas one.

I am enclosing screen shots of the issues I have addressed. One thing that you will see in the screenshots is that before I log into Sams, my location shows as Lufkin, Tx because I regularly log in and that much is saved even though I still have to give my username and password.

I went to buy rotisserie chicken at Sam's today and I got to tell you it is raw it is not cooked the outside may look like it's cooked but it's not and I bought some potato salad for the first time to swell and it is nasty it tastes so bad that it made me throw up something needs to be done about this

Sam's Club customer service representative.

On 10/16 /19 we made purchases at Sam's Clearwater FL totaling over $240. Arrived home in Oldsmar about 7pm and on scanning the receipt noticed 2 charges for one package of lamb chops. The following evening I returned to Sam's customer service and explained the error the cashier made.

I was told I should have returned the same day "How do we know you didn't buy 2 packages of lamb chops" (I said 2 packages exactly same price?) would I drive all this way to beat you out of $13 after spending $240? He just continued to treat me like a child who needed scolding. I'm 87. He finally relented, gave me the credit with a warning: If you do this again (come in late) we won't give you the credit.
I thought customer service meant help the customer. I felt I was just interrogated by the Clrwter. PD.

Sam's Club members mark olive oil mild flavor

The cap will not come off of the product. There are no directions to remove the cap. I tried simply twisting it off, pushing down and twisting, pulling up and twisting, and even squeezing while twisting. The darned thing just won't come off. Since I was in the middle of cooking and needed the oil, I ended up having to cut the top off and pouring it into another container. What is up with your caps?
