Sam's Club My credit card undelivered

I did not received my credit card, meanwhile I have updated my contact address due to relocation.

I have a concern when I have not received my credit card how come am having debt on the card.

I want my card to be sent to my new address: 11450 w mccaslin rose ln, surprise, az 85378.

My formal address was 2465 e heidi loop, flagstaff az 86004

Sam's Club No customer service after ringing up items

Cashier rung up items and then just left them there on counter. Did not put them back in basket. No it was not a self check out register. As you can see in the picture he left items on counter and rung up next customer. That is just a few of my items that I left on the counter to capture a picture. It was 11/19/2022 17:21 tc# 202064842258044432005

Desired outcome: The person need to be fired or supended for a few days

Sam's Club Genie Stealth Drive 750 Belt Drive Garage Door Opener w/Battery backup

I purchased product online 11/04/2022 was delivered on 11/09/2022. When it arrived I opened and inspected and looked at manual. The product was not the same as description of product online. In description online it said the opener had the Aladdin Connect feature allowing for wifi connection to your home. That was the feature I was looking for. I would not have purchased online and waited 5 days without the use of my garage door opener when I could have bought the same thing for less money locally. Called customer service and conveyed my disappointment about the wrong description of product and the response was basically sorry we'll change the description. I am very disappointed in the events of this purchase,I have been a Sams Cub member for a long time. I expect better of Sams than this.

Desired outcome: I really want the product that I thought I was buying. Also customer service assured me that they would have description taken down but that hasn't happened. Deceptive advertising.

Sam's Club Fraudulent charges not a member to sam's club

I had 2 charges on my debit card totalling $849.16 to Sams Club in Bentonville Arkansas. I am not a member nor have I shopped with Sams Club. The first fraudulant transaction was on 11/14/22 at 2:51am in the amount of $109.01. The second fraudulant transaction was on 11/14/22 at 3:02am in the amount of $740.15! I have had to cancel my debit card. But until sams club removes the Pending charges I cannot get my money refunded. Please, I have already submitted a complaint with corporate (incident # [protected]} and provided screen shots of the fraudulant charges. I was told it would be escalated for investigation of charges and that it usually takes 72 hours to resolve. Therefore as of today, 11/16/22, 72 hours later, I am still awaiting my refund.

It appears as you search online and google samsclub, the first things to come up are all the fraud from Bentonville AR. That this is a major problem for SamsClub and should be investigated in itself or better yet stronger security measures installed to prevent this problem from reaccurring.

Desired outcome: to have the $849.16 charges to my card removed immediately so it no longer show as Pending so it I can receive my stolen money back asap.

Sam's Club Order

On November 01 I place order to sams club in the amount of $57.90. On November 03 &04 did received email that my order was delivered in two shipments but I never received any of them. On November 04 I chat with costumer rep who told me that they will check and get back to me with 24 to 36 hours. Never get any respond so on November 10 I call, was told they will get back to me next day, never hear from them again, never received respond over emails or text.

Sam's Club Fenton console

On November 5, 2022 we ordered a Fenton Console that was on sale

with the November Savings Event for $499.00. saving $200.00. It was delivered today 11/10/22 and it was damaged so we refused it. We called right away to see when a replacement would be delivered and were told that the November Savings event is over and we would be charged the $699.00.

Sam's Club Shopper hours

On 11/10/22 my daughter and I went to Sam's in Dickson City to do some shopping for her first apartment. Was planning to purchase several items, ie. pots and pans set, vacuum, coffee maker, futon, along with several other supplies. It was 9:45 when we arrived and was met by a door greeter asking me for my card. I presented my card but the associate stated I was not a plus member and couldn't shop until 10am. I stated I was unaware of the specific hours for different cards and asked if I could still shop since it was so close to 10am. The associate told me no. Since your company did not want my money vs. being 15 minutes early, I went to a nearby competitor( Target) for my shopping needs and spent over $800 for my daughters apt. Personally, I will never shop in a Sam's or Walmart again. If you didn't want me to spend money in your establishment today, I will go elsewhere.

Sam's Club Processing rotisserie chicken

On October 31st I went shopping at Sam's Club in Kannapolis, North Carolina. One of the things I enjoy about this club is the rotisserie chicken that is sold near the meat department in the back of the store. I am not the only customer who appreciates this feature. On this particular day, I went back to the warming shelves where the chicken is normally available only to find there was nothing there. (I could see two machines with numerous chickens, rotating, cooking.) However, there were other customers waiting around the area. When a young lady employee appeared, I said, "Excuse me, can you tell me when the chickens will be ready?" The woman did not answer, merely stared at me, and began throwing cooked chickens onto the shelves of the warmer from some place behind the counter. The chickens were time stamped as having come from the oven at 10:20 am. I checked my watch and noted it was then 11:52 am. I think the store probably lost several sales of the popular item during the time lapse of an hour and 32 minutes. Since chicken is a perishable food, I am also concerned about the condition of the chicken when it was put up for sale. I realize this particular store is low on staff, but apparently someone was able to remove the chickens at 10:20 from the rotisserie. An hour and 32 minutes is too long to have the cooked chickens sitting on a shelf unseen, particularly as all of this occurred within a very small space where it required very little time to transfer the chickens to a place where the customers could access them. I would appreciate anything you can do to remedy this problem.

I believe companies are liable to standing by word of advertisement, per FTC laws.

There is currently a price discretion with this product as advertised for a $3.00

Instant Savings [offer ends November 23,2022] for Online or Store Pick-up and local Store (8480 US Hwy 64, Bartlett, TN 38133) taken today November 07, 2022.

Note: This item is in stock, despite the "Out of Stock" claim.

There apparently is a misprinted advertised price on the official Sam's Club website (Instant Savings) and the price posted in my local store.

The manager of my store witnessed the $9.98 advertised price and suggested the Instant Savings Price $9.98 price would adjust at checkout, but it didn't.

Sam's Club Customer Service - San Marcos TX store

November 7,2022 8:30AM

First off the organization that I serve has been with Sam's since 1993 - we have been a loyal customer for all these years.

This morning I went into Sam's to pickup supplies for a lunch we were serving for about 50 people - I pickup a case of 30 cupcakes - iced at the cost of around $20 along with other stuff - and I went to the car - and pickup the container of cupcakes - which folded in the middle and they went all over the side of my car, me and the ground. Needless to say I was mess, shoes, shirt and pants -I had other customers offer to stop and help - but what made me angry was the Sam's guy came out to the carts and I told him that container was flemsy - and he just looked got his carts from that side went around and got the carts from the otherside, never said one thing, never offered to help just pushed his carts back toward the store. I gathered my cupcake mash up(cause that is what it was now) - and got to where I was going - so I called the store - after 60 rings - this woman answered - I told her my story and her respsonse was -"Well what do you want to do about it?" I will be honest I was irrate and I told her that I was ticked and that it was not very customer service , she said we will talk to him and hung up.

I'll be honest - I have never had such shoddy customer service - from a large corporate store.

If Costco was closer I might would consider going! So that being said - I am through!

Desired outcome: Hopefully some better training for both employes involved in the matter. No offer of help, clean up or anyting.

Sam's Club Sam's Club #6307

11/4/2022 Went to Store 3:35pm. no shopping carts in the store. 2 Electric Scooters both labeled out of order.

I am physically handicapped. I walked into the store and there were carts.

I went to the customer service desk and asked where the carts were. I was told that they fired the person doing it and there were no carts available. I asked about the electric scooters and was told that they had three and none were available.

I asked if would be possible for someone to go out to the parking lot and bring one in for me and was told that was not her job and there was no one to help.

I have been a member for over 15 years. I had to turn around and go back to my car and go home.

I am quite annoyed. I pay for a membership and can't get a cart. My membership expires I believe in Dec., and I am seriously thinking of dropping it and just stick with Costco and BJ's

Desired outcome: Basic needs such as shopping carts & more scooters 4 the size of store. If U can't accommodate challenged customers,put in writing & don't make them unnecessarily have 2 walk in & out

Sam's Club Brooksville Florida Store 03 Nov 2022 Bakery Manager and Store Manager

My husband is a small business owner of a Lobster Roll Food truck that has been doing business with the SAMs club for 10 Yrs. We recently relocated from Ft. Lauderdale FL to Crystal River FL so he had to change the store that he was purchasing his supplies from. He was shopping for an upcoming local event at the SAMs club in Brooksville. One of the supplies he purchases at SAMs is the rolls for his lobster rolls. In Fort Lauderdale he was able to call the bakery manager to order a number of bags of rolls to be picked up on a certain day. When he called the bakery at the store in Brooksville Fl to order bags of rolls, he was told that this store "doesn't take orders". That he would have to come to the store and purchase whatever was available in the size roll he needed. So on 03 Nov 2022 my husband went to the SAMS Club in Brooksville Fl to do his shopping for our weekend event. When he got to the bakery, he started taking bags of the rolls he uses from the shelf and placing them into his cart. He was then approached by a woman who stated she was the manager of the bakery and that he could not empty her shelves. My husband told her that he was a small business owner and that he used these size rolls for his business he pointed to his tee shirt that he was wearing that had the logo and name of his lobster roll truck on it. He left his cart to go grab some hamburger rolls that he also uses on his truck and when he returned the bakery manager was there with a local sheriff that she had called along with the store manager. My husband explained to all there that he was there to purchase all the bags of rolls in his cart for his business as he has done for the past 10 yrs. The sheriff then asked the bakery manager if the bags of rolls were for sale. To which she stated "yes". The sheriff then explained to bakery manager that there was no sign stating that there was any limit on the number of bags of rolls my husband could buy so he was perfectly within his right to buy all the bags on the shelves. The store manager just looked at my husband and stated, "I am sorry, but I don't know what to do". The sheriff then proceeded to follow my husband to the checkout, watched him as he rang up his supplies and paid for his purchase. The sheriff then walked out to the parking lot with my husband. Telling him that he would see him at his lobster truck on Saturday. My husband was completely humiliated and dumbstruck as how this could have been allowed to happen.

Desired outcome would be for disciplinary actions taken against the bakery manager. Managerial re training at the least for the store manager that allowed this to happen. An apology for the pain and humiliation caused to my husband. The ability for my husband to be able to call in an order to the Brooksville SAMs Club with a designated point of contact (other than this bakery manager) ahead of his events to avoid this type of an issue from ever occurring again

on 12/16/2022 I was in Sam's Club in Brooksville, FL. I was walking around the corner to get some soda and I fell in a hudge puddle of water. I have a hudge bruises on my leg , my left hand and my left head. When you shop at Sam's please be very careful where you walk I was almost killed. God was watching over me.

I contacted Sam's Club online chat for many times and working with them for last 12 days or more. They are just sending me emails that back office is working on it. No one is working anything and just sending emails to me.

This is ridicuous as I ordered this item for my grand son's birthday and they did not deliver it on time neither they care to deliver it yet. I tried to call few times at [protected] and the customer service person is answering the phone from home and informing me that they are doing some maintenance so call them back after couple of hours.

What a great service from Sam's Club! I am Sam's club member for more than 20 years and I might be giving up the membership soon as there is worst customer services. Ther is incident #[protected], Hopefully someone from supervisor or managers office will call me ASAP. Call me at [protected].

Finally was able to speak to supervisor but she also said she cannot help me for processing the order. Only back office can do it and there are no back office contact email or phone number. Finally I gave up and cancelled the order and reordered the item. When requested to get someone call me back for this kind of problem, supervisor said no one will call you back and there are no options.

Seriously thinking to cancel the membership though I am 20+ years plus member and never expected this kind of worst services. Most horrible worst services sorry I don't want to be rude but this is not acceptable.

Sam's Club Credit Card

When I was approved for my credit card I was issued $600 credit limit, I noticed my credit was reduced by $100 after making months of on time payments. I called customer service and was rudely told they could not tell me why the limit was reduced and I should wait for a letter! Canceled account and will no longer do business with Sam's. Going to tell everyone to go to Costco! Terrible customer service, and what a way to treat customers that shop weekly!

Sam's Club S. Pellegrino variety 24 pack

Just received a FedEx delivery of S.Pellegrino variety pack. One box arrived fine. The second was soaked due to a busted can. It was totally soaked and moldy. I believe it must have been packed wet given the stench and mold which had formed on the individual boxes and some of the cans. I have photos of the mildly boxes and cans. The smell could make anyone cringe.

Desired outcome: Replace the one 24 pack of S.Pellegrino variety pack.

Sam's Club Customer service desk

On 8/2/22 I shopped at store 6452 and spent 45.68 which was mostly my $45 promo gift for signing up. I later found that one of the yoga pants was defective with a seam unsewed. On 9/27 I entered same store to return or exchange. Betty was helpful and offered a refund so that I didn't have to stand in line again at the service desk. I then shopped and purchased the same item without defects. When I saw my credit card statement, I was refunded only .45 cents. The item was $9.98 I again returned to the store today 10/13/22 and asked customer service to make it right. Today I spoke with Lolita who explained she could not refund my purchase since it had been "free". I told her it wasn't explained at the time of return/exchange that I would not be refunded. The original customer service agent attempted to do the right thing by refunding. Lilly the store manager was called over and also said that she would not refund the item. Nor would she credit when I asked. Both Lilly and Lolita were very brusque when I continued to ask how they could sell a defective item and not make it right. I couldn't understand their logic. Had I purchased $45 of meat and found it to be rotten when I brought it home, would I be out the $45 promo also? I kept my two receipts and as I turned to leave with the original receipt from 8/2 they yelled at me loudly that I couldn't leave with "their" receipt. I returned "their" receipt to avoid further harassment.

Desired outcome: Customer 69010190735417471Issue a credit for the amount of the defective yoga pants and an apology in writing from the customer service agent and manager above. "Customer service" hardly described the attitude I received today.

Sam's Club Sam's Club West Palmdale CA - Meat Department Bad Management

The month of October 2022, at 1:30 PM no cooked Broiled chicken available

for purchase in Sam's Club West Palmdale CA.

Look at the image attached, almost 2:PM, a lot of people are waiting for cooked chicken, but management does not care to see this long line of people.

Also, the chicken is not fully cooked and other times burned.

Other Sam's Club close by they have chicken by 11:AM ready so no waiting in line.

Desired outcome: Cooked Chicken should be available by 11 or 11:30 AM every day.Whoever is the Meat Department Manager should be investigated why cookedchicken is always late at lunch time this month of October 2022.

Sam's Club Member Mark Vitamin D Milk

Hi my name is Dana Sanchez,

I'm reaching out regarding two gallons of milk i purchased from Sams Club Store Number #8248 Address 9461 Webb Chapel Rd Dallas Tx 75220. I poured a bottle of milk for my son last night around 9pm and the milk looked perfectly fine but this morning my son woke up throwing up milk and I went to go check the milk to make sure it wasnt expired but the date was fine oct 23 was stated on the gallon but when i began pouring out the milk it was very thick and chunky at the bottom and i checked the second gallon and it was just the same. I would like for you guys to do an investigation to make sure this isn't a continuous problem and would like to be reimbursed for my money and scare i had this morning especially since my son is autistic and can't communicate with me very well, so it was hard to really pinpoint why he was feeling sick.

Sam's Club Flame Grilled Angus Choice beef patties

Purchased the above product at your Jeffersontown Kentucky location. I had purchased another product that I was highly satisfied with but your buyers apparently dropped it and replaced with the Don Lee Farms brand, huge mistake. That product has an inferior taste and an after taste that lasts for quite a while. The box comes apart and the plastic bag won’t reseal. I had purchased Quick ‘N Eat brand, Fully Cooked Angus Choice beef Pattie’s for years and they were great. Please restock these. I won’t be buying the Don Lee brand ever again.
