Sam's Club service in the electronics department

Today while I was in your electronics department a thin young lady with dark hair was very rude and quite hostile. She asked if she could help me. I said I would like to purchase a fitbit. She replied I can not help you with that but customer service can. She then wanted to share with me the Sam deal of the day and it was down hill from there. She yelled at me for paying too much for my cable services and how could I not have a dvr or two. She yelled at me for atleast 3 minutes about how much my cable bill was. I finally said I was in a hurry and left. She never did tell me how Sam's could lower my cable bill. But yelling at a customer in a judgemental tone is not the way to get my business.

Sam's Club part replacement

I called Sam's in April and submitted a claim. The slide on my daughter's swing set cracked in half. They told me that the part was under warranty and someone would get back to me with in a few days. Well that never happened. I continued to call and call and call. Half the time the representatives would place me on hold and then the phone would hang up. The rest of the time the representatives apologized profusely and said that the situation would be resolved, and yet again someone would be contacting me to finalize it. It has been 5 months and I have not received any phone calls. I am still getting the run around.

Sam's Club customer service

I recently had a bad experience at the Sam's club in Myrtle Beach. I went to the customer service to special order some cases of bubble gum for my service I do with the National Federation for the blind, I buy a lot of candy at Sam's and I always have to special order the gum. Well I went to Sam's for about two Months and every time they said they couldn't find the special order book so to get the gum they went online to Sam's and ordered it for me in my name but when it came to pay it cost me 18 Dollars for shipping and handling because Customer service do there job, Oh and by the way I tried to fax this same complaint to your fax number many times and it came back busy. So as a prime member I should of been taken of with a little more respect. I don't know if there is anything you will do or can do but this has really been bothering me since that day.

Sam's Club items never received from sam's club.

I purchase online and paid in full for a 5 piece bedroom set, 4 bathroom fixtures, baby shampoo, 1 mattress and 1 shredder. I never received my Bedroom set. On the 6th of June i made the original purchase online for items. One week later i started receiving emails stating that items has been delivered to my home. I called Sam's Club to verify if this these emails were actually correct because i never received items. This continued for two long stressful weeks of me having to call Sam's every two days asking them where are my items. Eventually after of complaining many, many times they finally got it right to deliver most of the items except the Bedroom set. I have received emails stating that i will received bedroom set on July 11. I never received and items on that day or had even ever once received a phone call or email that i was not going to received my item which they received full payment for weeks in advance. Today July 15 i called again to Sam's club to find out where is my Bedroom set, and i was told that they no longer have it in stock so they will refund my purchase. I purchase these items 5 weeks in advance because i have my parent visiting at my new home and now they are sleeping on the floor because Sam's fail to deliver as they promised. Sam's Club worthington playset

Purchase the playset online on April 17th. It was delivered the first week of May and installed by Sam's Club provider (GoConfigure Installers) on May 3rd. The set was incomplete with broken pieces, set was partially built. Called Sam's Club and they said that they could only send out a replacement set and the installers would need to pick through for what they needed. I would have to return the remaining parts and should call back for a pick up appointment. It is now July 13th, the boxes have been on my driveway falling apart. I have made over 2 dozen phone calls, no competent support or help to resolve the issue. I am also getting emails saying they will charge me for the 2nd set. I will NEVER buy another product online from them again. Absolutely the worst experience and waste of time I have ever had with a company.

Sam's Club tire and battery service

On July 5, 2017, I scheduled an appointment at 7 am to have my tires balanced and rotated. Upon my arrival the tire and battery service was closed. The tire and battery service desk is adjacent to the customer service desk. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes, the customer service staff stated that someone would be with me in shortly. The manager then came over and informed me that one of her employees did not report to work and that the area was closed and I would have to go to another Sam's club if I wanted tire service, and nothing could be done to accommodate me for my time. I stated that was the purpose for my making the appointment and I took time off from work to get this done. This was very unprofessional and horrific customer service. I have been a Sam's Club member for years and this will definitely make me rethink continuing my membership. Very, Very, Poor Customer Service!

On 6/30/2017 at 18:36 pm, my husband and I purchased a 5.1 Chest Freezer along with the warranty. We asked if someone could assist us after the purchase. The cashier informed us that someone would be outside to assist. The young man that placed the freezer on the flat bed said the same. We went outside and there were two young men, SAMS Employees, sitting and leaning on the wall. I asked if they were the ones to assist with the freezer. They informed me to go inside to ask for help. I went back and talked to the lady who checks the receipts. She stated that the two young men were supposed to assist, that is why they are out there. The lady asked the service desk to send someone out. A few minutes later, another young man came out and stated that he was on his break and he would get the guy who was gathering the carts. No one came. My husband who has had a prostate cancer procedure, along with diabetes and carpal tunnel, had to lift the freezer by himself and load it on the truck. I had a bout with breast cancer and cannot lift the freezer. I went back in and informed the lady who checks the receipts that no one came out to assist my husband. She informed me that she sent the young man out there and he was not on his break. She apologized for the way we were treated. My husband could have been injured trying to get the freezer onto the truck. None of these 20 something young men wanted to assist my husband, even when he was struggling, these young men watched and did not budge! Their behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable!

Sam's Club samsung un55ks800df smart television

Product is not performing and service is being withheld or delayed.
About one month ago started experiencing issue with the blue tooth smart remote pairing to the television. Bought TV 11/23/2016 from Bentonville store. Samsung has sent me a new one connect box, then sent mea new smart remote. Now pairing does happen but usually within 2 hours it is no longer paired. To get it to pair we must pull the power from the set while it is turned on and then after 30 seconds we can turn it back on. Then we must take batteries out of the smart remote and hen hold the power button for 20 seconds then reinsert the batteries and then try to pair the two devices. After one month and now waiting on another smart remote, I asked where was the closest repair technician. I was informed the DKC in Harrison was the closest. I contacted them and was directed to talk to Wes at [protected]. He informed me that he thought it was the blue tooth receiver on the TV but, since they have been paid so poorly from Samsung, they are no longer servicing Samsung TV. I have called back in to Samsung asking for a different provider and they said they had none. This product has a one year warranty but a lot of good it does your customers. Something needs to change. It was last Saturday that they were sending me a new smart remote. I called yesterday and the agent said it had not shipped, they have 5 to 14 working days to send out parts. Thus for the last month I have owned a smart TV that only receives 1 channel and I can't control the volume unless I get lucky and pair the remote that has sometimes dropped the pair within 2 minutes. I still have my sales slip. I contacted support from Sams Club and they said since it was past 90 days I had to work through Samsung. We are not proud of my purchase through Sams Club.

Sam's Club threatened by club manager - (louis)

They stopped me from coming in through the exit, and made me go all the way around unnecessarily. After informing the head manager of what happened and how the rules are getting in the way of customer service, he literally said "rules are more important than customer's happiness", then threatened to cancel my membership if I came in through the exit next time.

Sam's Club cranberry super seed granola clusters

I have been buying cranberry super seed granola clusters for some time just to learn that you have discontinued this item.

Are you guys nuts?

This is one of the best quality products you have ever offered. The product is outstanding and is also healthy let alone delicious.

I contacted the manufacturer and they imformed me that they even had a special package and name for sams.

I also spoke with the mgr. At my local store and he was also dismayed at the decision to dc the product.

Please bring it back. It is a great product and it's healthy.

Sam's Club incompetent and unprofessional behavior.

Date of Incident: June 26, 2007

I have been calling the local Sam's Club located in Tupelo, Mississippi for about a week trying to get information about a tire purchase. I was extremely frustrated and after dozens of attempts finally reached Sheila. I expressed my frustration and was met with grunts, sighs, and moans in the phone rather than an offer to take care of my problem. I simply wanted information. I became more annoyed with her lack of concern and apathetic attitude and told her there was no customer service there anymore. She hung up. I called back and reported this to the assistant manager who helped me and answered my questions.

I want to make this purchase in the amount of $644.00 but I do not want to encounter this individual in the automotive department when I schedule installation. Why is she still representing Sam's Club and seeing your customers?

Sam's Club eyeglasses

To say I am disappointed with Sam's Club optical is an understatement. I ordered top of the line lenses with crizal anti glare. When I ordered them the lady couldn't have been nicer. Once I got the glassses which I ordered the same type of lense as the previous year, they looked like they had no antiglare. Before going back I stopped a another optical store to get their opinion. They said before I got the question out that there were absolutely not correct. When I went in there were excuses and it was clear that Sams does not stand behind their glasses. They said we don't cover the lenses but will email to see if they will be covered. Keep in mind I had just gotten the glasses. But she said they would send the frames from the store and gave new lenses put in. I thought that was great. When I got the call they were back two weeks later I was told tha it was only the lenses. The lady on the phone was so hateful! I dreaded going in and dealing with them. Unfortunately I ended up with the same lady when I went in. She was incredibly hateful. I do not understand this type of customer service. It was my second pair of glasses from Sams but now that I know they do not stand behind their product it will be the last. They say they are wholesale but they cost about the same as Lenscrafters since I can use my insurance there. Plus they will fix, replace, or refund when there is any provlem at all.

Sam's Club no receipt at self checkout

I did a self checkout at store #8290 on 6/20/17, but did not get a receipt. I asked a rep for help but was told someone would help me. After waiting a while, I tried to leave without the receipt, but could not get through the door without a receipt. I asked for a manager, but no one would get a manager. After waiting for about 10 minutes, someone brought my receipt so I could leave. Store needs to be able to help customer on a timely basis for a situation like this one.

Sam's Club almonds

I have been a very loyal sams club customer for over 20 years. I have also purchasing almonds from there for my household use for many years as well. Just last week, as usual, I purchased one bag of almonds. By far, this is the worst quality almonds I have ever purchased from sams club. As you can see in the pictures, it is clearly visible that the quality is pathetic

Sam's Club customer service

Your customer service is terrible. I called the number on my card to inquire about 3 small charges on my sam's club mc account which may or may not be an online purchase? I don't recall making them? After waiting on hold for an extended period of time, the synchrony bank representative was unable to provide any information regarding three charges at what appears to be the store in bentonville, ar, which I believe is where your home office is located? She transferred me to a sam's club representative who seemed very confused from the beginning of the conversation? When I asked to speak to another representative, she indicated she could not transfer me, and told me to hang up and call back? I called the store in bentonville, ar and spoke to a representative who was unable to provide any information? He was rude. He provided me with a different number for synchrony bank? I then called that number and reached what appeared to be an automated survey line which began by asking my age? I called the store in bentonville, ar again. I was placed on after asking to speak to a manager. After again waiting or an extended period of time, I hung up. The charges in bentonville, ar were small amounts. I guess it's okay if I have bought small items for some stranger in ar? But what if they decide to use my card to say... Buy expensive jewelry... Or furniture?

Sam's Club tires

I purchased 4 tires for my toyota Corolla car in 02/2013 and got installed.
Odometer reading at the time of installation is 52112. Please see the attached pictures which odometer reading.

Date of incident - 06/10/2017.

I use the car for travelling long distance between Houston and Dallas, do get oil change and tire rotation not at a fixed shop .

The current odometer reading is 86, 000 Miles.

No.of miles kept on the tires are around 30, 000 Miles. The front tires are worn out and thread depth is 3.

Took the car to the SAMs Club at katy, Manager is very rude and asking to bring Tire rotation history. he offered credit of $10 for new tires.

As advertised New Tires should last atleast for 55k-70k.

After this bitter experience, how can I trust for SAML club and buy anything from SAMS. Nowhere in the warranty document mentioned that the customer/I have to maintain rotation history records.

Sam's Club meat department

I talked with meat cutter there and made it very clear I did not want any rib eye steaks cut over 7/8in -1 inch thick nor any steaks over a pound, for no one can eat that much and it gets thrown away. He assured me he understood my directions...So, I purchased a 15 pound ribeye $148.00, and he cut it into 11 steaks.? what an idiot, , , every steak is nearly 1 1/2 pounds and almost 1 3/4 inch thick.. That's nearly $5 thrown away of every steak.$55 in the trash, , , because of your poorly educated apprentice meat cutter, ,
SAMS Club, this is the second time your meat cutters have done this to me in the past few months, I will be buying all my meats at Costco for now on, this idiot should be fired!
I know any kid over 14 years of age can tell the difference from 1 inch cut of meat to a 1 1/2 inch cut of meat and if he does it everyday, he had to have been laughing at me as I walked away, knowing each steak was 1 1/2 pounds, , but it all comes back to you Sams Club Management, I'll never buy high end quality meats from your store again. This person needs to be replaced!

Sam's Club florals

I ordered $755.00 worth of flowers for my daughters wedding. I made sure to call and speak with floral department to time the delivery perfect for the most fresh flowers. Was told by both customer service reps to have order delivered no more than 2 days prior to big event. I did this. My flowers unfortunately were delivered a day early! My florist is concerned that the roses will begin to wilt/look old by the day of the wedding! It has become apparent to me that I will not get the customer service that I paid for. It was Sams clubs mistake in delivering my roses too soon, and now after speaking with 5 different customer service representatives including a supervisor named Bradley who stated he'd call me back by 2pm yesterday with a resolution and never did? I still have not only no resolution but horrible customer service! We trusted Sams club on the special day of our daughters wedding! Word of mouth is pretty key in sales and unfortunately I will not have positive things to say in the future! No attempt at all has been initiated by your company to reach out or even return a call. I should at the very least be reimbursed for my $755 spent! If my daughters wedding is ruined with wilted flowers you will surely hear from me again.

Sam's Club employee service poor

My name is Don Cotton, I have a Sams Club Member since 2007, was a member prior to, but let go of the membership due to unhappy with service in 2004. And once again will drop my membership when it expires. I have a in store Sams Credit Card and a Sams Master Charge Card, shop at the store at least 2 to 4 times a week and know a lot of the employees

This is the incident,

I’ve purchased 9 items, according to the receipt, spending more than $116. 1 pack of Baby back ribs. For $28 is the highest and 9 tubs of Chef Shammy Butter All (Garlic Parmesan) at the Chef Shammy Road Show for $19.98 for 3 (three), $19.98 3 times on the receipt. 1 pack of breakfast sausage links for $9, Bananas, strawberries, grapes. Potato chips.

Checking out at the Exit Door met by a middle age white woman employee, with no common sense at all, and also no reading skills. She looks at the receipt and saw 9 items on the bottom. I attempt to explain to her, that the Chef Shammy Road Show was selling the butter for 3 at $19.98 each and they should be counted as 3 items because I had 9 and also had a Large barcode sticker that read Buy 3 with Chef Shammy on the sticker describing the item. She could not understand what’s going on about butter, and keep stating but you have 9 items. I told her to look at the amount I spent. She still couldn’t understand. The woman at Entrance Door that she called over. Knew about the Road Show and tried to Explain to her, but she then took a very bad attitude, stated “well Iam not gonna check him out” and told me to shut-up. It was very hard for me to hold my composure.but I did. Looking at my face, knowing that I was getting pissed off, the woman on the entrance door checked me out with the recipe along with a young black lady from the service desk.

The woman at the exit door needs a different job or position where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. She has no common sense. Better training. Not earning her money.
I also brought 3 Hotdogs at the deli Togo and they would not wrap them up, wish I would have knew that before I purchase the hotdogs.

Shopping at Sams wasn’t pleasant., but most of the employees are very nice.,

Need to weed out the bad ones. I enjoy shopping, but refuse to spend my money at such a place, that doesn’t respect the customers and their money.

Sam's Club member's mark natural pecan halves 2 lbs bag

We purchase a bag of these each week and love them on salads, snacking, etc. We have noticed however in the last number of bags that there are more shells in the bag. I don't know if it was when you changed to the Member's Mark Brand if you changed suppliers, but it has become a problem. I am just thankful we have had no dental issues concerning these hard, very undetectable pieces until you crunch down on them.

These were our last two bags purchased from the Waukesha, WI Sam's and we had shells in both bags. Both had the same info:

We would love for the problem to be resolved, and we knew that you would want to be made aware of this to deter any further complications from many patrons. I can understand an occasional shell, but not multiples in every bag. I just threw away the pea sized shell from my counter yesterday so I do not have any pictures.
I am sure we have had 8 bags that have been troublesome and would love for any compensation in the way of coupons for this product in the future would be greatly appreciated.

I have been buying Natural Pecan Halves for years, but the past 2 years the pecans are not fresh and crunchy, a lot of the are black and bad not fit to eat. These pecans are not cheap and I have to pick thru them to find descent ones fit to eat. I am not sure what happened, but if you are using a new company, you need just pour out a bag of these nuts and see for yourself what you are selling the customers. I will purchase my nuts from another vendor from now on...very disappointed. I posted a photo below and hope you can see just a few of the nuts I took a photo of. Over half the bad was not fit to eat.
