I applied for a loan o line and got a call from samedayloan.com saying it had been approved but they just needed the first payment upfront because I didn’t have good credit history. Once I paid I got a call saying they wanted another 462.88 within 10minutes because of tax law. I said I hadn’t got another penny and they said that I am not getting a loan and put the phone down.

I applied for a loan over the phone to the company called Same day loans. They said i got the loan but needed to go to the western union and make a payment of £99 to a Francis Appleton in India and then they would put my loan in my account including the refundable amount of £99. I did this for them to then say i had to go back to the western union and deposit £148 tax fee for them to transfer my loan plus £99 pound and then the £148 would be returned too. At this point i ruffled them by saying i was not notified of this £148 at any point and didnt trust handing over that money they then said ok no loan then and were not refunding your refundable £99 pounds have a good day now and put the phone down. I have tried contacting the company by email to no avail i have tried phoning too and the number they phoned me on can not be connected. Please help.
