Saks OFF 5th Never Received My Refund

I received my order on Nov 12th 2020 Order #[protected] with 1 Tote Missing! I immediately contacted customer service, I was given Case#[protected] and an apology and the Rep told me to wait 7-14 Business days for my Refund. I did that! I received nothing. I continued to email customer service in December 2020, January 2021, and February 2021. STILL have NOT received a refund

Saks OFF 5th Customer service- Sales clerk accusation of stealing

To Whom it May Concern.
I am writing in regards to an experience my partner and I had in your Chicago- Rosemont Outlets store on 4/9/21. I have made an attempt to contact Saks by phone, but have only been put on hold. I am hopeful that you can rectify this situation and lodge my complaint.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience- I have actually never had something like this happen to me in any store and was appalled that it occurred in Off 5th. I came to the register with my purchases: A Pair of Valentino shoes ($250) and a pair of Vince suede shoes ($39.97)- I believe that they were the Warren slip-on sneakers. The sales clerk began to ring up the items and then stopped and suddenly left the sales desk. He didn't say why he was leaving, or even that he needed to step away. He just left and walked over to the other sales desk and began talking in low voices with another salesperson, whose name was Jonathon. After 5 minutes, when it became clear that the sales-clerk was not going to return with any kind of explanation, I went over to the other sales clerk (Jonathon) and asked them both what was going on. Jonathon announced, very loudly, that there was an issue with the price tag and that it "didn't match up." At this point, I still mistakenly believed that the two clerks were attempting to figure the problem out and so I offered to go find a similar pair of shoes so that they could take the bar code from those shoes. When I returned with the shoes (which also had the same price label), Jonathon declined to look at them, and instead put his hand directly into my face and said in a very loud voice that the price tags on the pair of shoes I originally brought to the register, were "FAKE."

At this point, all of the other customers in line were listening- they were well within earshot. I asked Jonathon to explain what he meant and he began scrolling through pictures on his tablet- he found a pair of tan shoes (the ones I attempted to purchase were blue) and forcefully pointed at his tablet and (again, VERY loudly) said, "see. this shows me that there is an attempt here to switch the tags to pretend that the price of the shoes is lower than it is. That is theft!"

I was shocked. Not only had I picked a pair of shoes right off of the shelf and attempted to purchase them (with no malintent), I had not even been questioned about them by either sales clerk. Instead, in front of at least 5 other customers, Jonathon accused me of switching tags. I would note that I also had a pair of $250 shoes with me to purchase, so the accusation wasn't even logical. I asked a few additional questions because I was highly embarrassed and thought that Jonathon or the other clerk would at least acknowledge that there could have been an error at any point- that the tags didn't have to have been switched by me. Instead, Jonathon announced to me and everyone else in earshot that "it happens all the time. You think that you can just switch the tags and get things for cheaper, but we check these things." I finally asked directly, "Are you saying that I tried to steal these?" And Jonathon said only, "Not necessarily."

I would like to tell you that this is where the story ends, but it does not. I returned to the original register to pack up my things to leave. I was absolutely humiliated. I tried to explain to my partner what had happened- I felt shaken and had tears in my eyes- again, because I was humiliated by both the accusation and Jonathon's very loud voice. My partner was equally upset and walked back over to Jonathon to have him correct the situation. I then watched as Jonathon picked up a pair of high heels off of his sales desk and began to shake them in her face (she told me that he did this to "show" her that it was impossible to fake the tags). She asked him if he could back up while he explained this to her and he instead pushed the shoes up even closer to her face. She actually stumbled backwards. At that time, another customer yelled for Jonathon to get his hands out of my partner's face.

I also must point out that I had purchased the Valentino shows in the middle of all of this because I was so embarrassed that I didn't want to call any additional attention to myself. I truly wish that I had not. The problem wasn't mine. It was Jonathon's and as a result, it is Saks'. Finally, I left the store by asking him what his name was. He declined to respond, but his sales-clerk told us and also informed us that Jonathon was the store manager. I am not sure if that was true, but if it is, I advise you to seriously reconsider having someone so abusive in a managerial position. I also realized that our friend had purchased a pair of pants at Jonathon's register only moments before, so I have all of the info about him available:

I am writing to make a formal complaint and to receive confirmation that something has been done. I also believe that I at least deserve a formal apology from the store. I have been shopping at Saks and eventually at Saks Off Fifth for more than 15 years and consider myself a loyal customer. I cannot believe that Saks allowed something like this to happen.

Saks OFF 5th return

Hello, this is regarding order #[protected]
I was trying to return some items that I purchased online to Off 4th store in Northbrook Il, but had difficulties - I was told it's final sale and not refundable
I called manager and confirmed face-to-face that this item still available online and it doesn't say anything about final order
While she said that I can't return in he store, she called and while I was in the store I received return shipping label for all items that I wanted to return
To my surprise in 2 weeks, 2 our of 3 items came back - no explanation. Plus I was charged $9.95 for shipping without informing me on this charge
I went through numerous phone calls and I was offered $10 gift card to substitute for shipping cost, which I refused, sounds like a bad joke
I was able to find another number and documented verbal complaint on 4/5/21. The person I talked to, promised to document and someone will call me back. It was 5 days ago and no one called yet
Overall, very disappointed

Desired outcome: accept return and refund cost, plus shipping cost

I purchases Cole Haan down coat , I paid for it, I received confirmation, and 10 minutes later my order was cancelled

I called customer service somewhere innIndia with strong background noise and I was told that item was defective so your order was cancelled… but there’re more in stock so you can reorder

The question is - if there’re more in stock- why do I need to reorder

Well , I reordered, received the same confirmations with delivery date of 11/30/22

When I followed up where is my order , it said online that my order is cancelled

Called the same India customer support, same very bad background noise

This time the answer was - sorry , it was technical issue , so your order was cancelled

But you can reorder again. The item still available

Well the item was available but the price was higher

Very disappointed overall

Saks OFF 5th Charged Twice

March 28, 2021 - I placed an order with Saks Off 5th on March 27th. The funds were immediately held in my bank account. Today, I look at my account and they have charged me, AGAIN, for the two items separately. I finally received a call back from their customer service, who explained this is because they shipped the two items separately. They said that they would hold the initial amount that I authorized until the second item is shipped. They couldn't tell me when. So, basically they are charging me twice, holding my funds hostage where I can't access them. I will never order from this company again. I have ordered online before where items where shipped separately, and I have NEVER experienced this type of unethical business practice.

On Feb 9 2021 at around 11:00 am as the store opened, I bought a bag at Saks off fifth in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The sales associate, Kayana, did not fully disclosed that the bag has a damage at the bottom. I went back to the store 5 minutes after I bought it. Kayana said it's final sale and she told me about the damaged. I told her that "I just bought it 30 minutes ago and I know it's a final sale but you did not disclose that there was a damage and I did not know what I was buying has a damaged and used". I further asked for the store manager and Kayana said she is the manager (which she was Not), She even threatened to ban me from the store further escalating the issue. Basically, shutting me down. Obviously, Kayana, a sales associate has some issue dealing with customer complaints and she even introduced herself as the manager store.

I've been shopping in this store for a long time and never encountered such a problem especially the treatment that I received from your manager.

Desired outcome: First, The sales asscociate and store manager should undergo orientation program again on how to deal with customer complaints instead of threatening a loyal customer. Second, The bag that I bought should be allowed to be returned

Saks OFF 5th 14 k gold. butterfly pendant necklace

I spent $148 in this necklace as a bday gift for my sister. As she tried to put it on it broke before she can even clip it. I returned this necklace asking for a full refund due to damaged/defected item. After several weeks, Saks off 5th sent this necklace back to me indicating that the necklace was damaged/worn. I called Saks Off 5th to ask for another review since it's not right that I'm stuck with a broken necklace that was cheaply made spending $148 for it. The customer service rep told me they would send fed ex come pick up the package since they can no longer create another prepaid shipping label. Fed ex never came. I called again and the second Customer service rep submitted another fed ex pick up free of charge but fed ex never came. This happend 5 times already! I am very disappointed at how Saks off 5th is accusing me of wearing the necklace. The necklace looks brand new except for the broken chain. The broken chain was at no fault of mine or my sisters. I made a huge mistake by buying a necklace from Saks Off 5th. They are ripping me off with a defected/cheaply made necklace and I as still trying to send the necklace back without anything coming out of my pocket and get a refund. Please help.

Saks OFF 5th Card charged twice

I've been charged again this morning again, after my legit order on 22 January. Also I see my order is not complete. I want refund. I don't want to have anything to to with this terrible company. I want my money back. Charging people without placing and order is theft. I want my money back on both transactions. I will never order frol you again and let all my friends know my experience. I canceled my card after this fraudulent transaction and for me it's a major in conve ience since it's my only card. Lost my job and I'm not resident here so to replace it it's difficult or impossible. You don't care about the customer in convenience but this is fraud charging me twice for a transaction and different amounts.

Saks OFF 5th shoes

Never received order and was told mumbo jumbo about an investigation. Spoke with 3 different reps and was told 3 different things. I am disputing with my credit card. Also they don't use fedex as indicated but local post office pick it up from fedex.
Never ordering anything online from them again. Not trustworthy and extremely poor customer service. One of the reps hung up on me.

This company doesn't care about customers.

Saks OFF 5th Order never received and never got a refund even after multiple calls

I never received my order from saks off 5th. The order was sent back to them, I followed the tracking number. It shows the last known address as being in Atlanta. But its been like that for the past 2 months.
Customer service is awful. I have called many times and get the same run around. Last week I did finally talk to someone who said they were going to refund me the money but I never received it and then I got a letter saying it has not been approved!. I used to work for this company too!. Its shocking and disgraceful treating customers like this!.

Saks OFF 5th Canceled order did not occur

An order was canceled by customer service last sunday upon my request, due to the fact that I had purchased the $267 down jacket with a 2 day delivery, and it was going to be delayed by more than a week. I was informed that I was refunded and that it would take 7-10 days.

Then yesterday, I was charged again for the item without being alerted,
Which has left me with a negative bank balance, as I used my debit card for the purchase originally, and am currently unemployed due to covid and on a tight budget.

I then asked customer service yesterday how that could have happened and if I could at least receive a discount on the amount I was re-charged yesterday and I was informed that it would not be possible.

I also received numerous emails from customer service informing me that my issue had been resolved, when it hadn't.

This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I am shocked at the dismissive attitude and callousness.

What is the point of offering 2 Day delivery when you cannot guarantee it?

Saks OFF 5th Covid19 concern

I was at the Saks Off 5th in Ontario Ca. The only reason I felt safe to go is because it had an outside entrance and I didn't have to go through the mall to enter the store. It was 2hrs before closing and a store employee told my daughter and I (with 2 babies in tow) that we could not enter through those doors they were exit only for the first time ever. I tried to reason with him. Explaining I was not comfortable going into the crowded mall, I was only shopping for something specific at that store. He refused to let us in, saying we had to go around to this weird garbage entrance in the back and then go through the mall to get into the store, those 6 doors to the outside were exit only (never before was it that way). So now we enter the super crowded Ontario Mills Mall and attempt to make our way through so many ppl. When we left this supposedly security dude was nowhere to be found. Should my daughter or I have been exposed to this virus? In 2 weeks time we will know for sure. I have record of me testing negative on Nov 25th. You will be hearing from my lawyer. This was unacceptable and made no sense whatsoever. There was no line to enter the store so they definitely didn't have too many ppl inside. No I didn't have to go to the mall, but your store didn't have to make it so much more dangerous than it already was by 100x.

Saks OFF 5th Refunds

I placed an order on september 29, 2020 for 5 pair of pants I only received 2 pair. after numerous phone calls for a refund (because they charged me for 5 pair) this issue has yet to be resolved. I do not understand what the problem is with them I just want my money money back. it is not right to take someone's money for items never received. when I called in august I was told it would be 7-10 business days those days passed and still no refund. the second, third and fourth call went the same way. it is almost december and i'm at my breaking point. their customer service sucks the only thing they do is lie, lie, lie! I also placed a second order a few weeks after the first order in which I ordered 2 pair of pants and I had to send them back due to sizing issues. I requested a refund and I printed out the return label. I sent them back at the same time in the same box but they only refunded one pair. I really hate this store I wish I could sue them for pain and suffering!

Saks OFF 5th Stuart weitzman shoes

On the evening of 10/29/20 I placed an online order for a pair of shoes with the understanding that they were a final sale. Within 5 minutes of placing my order with PayPal, I realized that I ordered the wrong size. The site said that I had 20 minutes to cancel my order. I called within 5 minutes and received a recording that the system was being updated. I tried multiple times (to no avail) to reach them. As I was unable to do so, I called again the next morning and spoke to a customer service representative. I explained the situation and told her that I still wanted the shoes, but in the correct size (size 6 instead of 5.5) She said she could assist me by contacting the warehouse from where they were being shipped to cancel them. In turn, she would order the size 6. Further, she told me that I would receive a return label for the original order in case they were shipped.
I followed up on this today as I received a notification that the original pair is scheduled for delivery on 11/4/20. This customer service representative told me an entirely different story. She said that since they were a final sale, I would be receiving both pairs. I explained that I did not put in an order for the 2nd pair, but that the original customer service person did with the understanding that the original was cancelled at the warehouse. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for 25 minutes. I was then told to stay by the phone and the supervisor would call me within 2 hours. Well, that did not happen either.
Can you please help me resolve this? I have never experienced something like this.

Saks OFF 5th Roberto coin 15k y dia drop hoop earrings

order # [protected] My name is Nancy Wolfe and you can verify by my order number. I ordered these ear rings and received them and I was shocked how I received them. I know Roberto Coin product because I have bought them from Las Vegas to Mexico to Philadelphia... I love them and I know how they should arrive. These ear rings were by no means inexpensive... they were over $2, ooo. oo. When mine arrived the came in a plastic bag and in a box with cotton. Tacky. It looked like something I bought from The Dollar General Store. No Roberto Coin packaging. These ear rings had a chain with them.. very unique.. it's a wonder it wasn't tangled. Not very tasteful and I wonder how the designer (Roberto Coin) would like how his merchandise is represented. I've gotten jewelry from Neiman Marcus and it's never arrived like this. Saks OFF 5th Company acknowledged system issue but declined to give refund

I ordered 2 items from the store mid July - didn't fit and I decided to print a shipping label from the site early Aug. The return label (which was printed from the Saks Off 5th site and asked me to pick the items I was returning) said I had until Sept 15th to return my items. I returned them right away mid Aug and was delivered to them end of August.

I got my items back with a notification saying they couldn't accept returns beyond 30 days. When I called customer care (3 times after waiting for :30mins each time) they acknowledged that the Sept 15th date was given to me in error by the system (umm excuse me?) and that they cannot issue a refund for me. I have an email as proof with the date I was given.

I'm assuming there is likely a class action suit that could follow since I'm not sure it's not just me that was impacted by this issue. I need my refund ASAP.

Saks OFF 5th Michele watch

I purchased a watch and saks mistakenly it was sent to the wrong address. I'm now being told that I have to wait for my order to be investigated before I get a new watch. Why do I have to wait due to a mistake on the stores end? I'm being held accountable for what they did. This is crazy all I want is my watch. They don't have to worry about me ordering from them again!

Saks OFF 5th 2 items came damaged that you no longer carry

I received a hugo boss hoody with the tag ripped half way off. There is no way it happened in transit bc of how well it was folded. I also received a rex rabbit shawl scarf that had makeup stains on it. I was told to ship back the scarf which they no longer carry and they will ship me another if it does come back into stock. Sooo you want to take my money, send you the item back, not get a refund, and wait in vain on something that you no longer carry?!? Um no thank you. "ok we'll issue you a couple of gift cards that takes 24-48 hours to process". 5 days later i'm on the phone with them again explaining how I never received the gift cards to my saks account and I was it was further explained that after the 24-48 hours it takes an additional 10-14 business days to process the balance to my saks account. Yes you read that correctly 10-14 days! I had to file a complaint, wait 2 days for the complaint to process, then wait an additional 10-14 business days for gift cards because they sent me damaged items? What business on this planet would ever expect to succeed with this as a resolution. I have never been more offended by the customer service provided in which is outsourced to countries that barely speak english and don't even understand the problems I am calling about. Oh and did I mention I had to call 4 times to reach this conclusion? Oh and did I mention you can't send complaints directly via website or email? So I had to call 4 times because there is no supervisor, and I just have to keep calling back until I get someone on the phone who isn't brain dead, then wait roughly 3 weeks to have my damaged order fulfilled with gift cards, receive zero follow up no communication, and receive tons of adds about great service when there is literally zero. This company is absolutely unbelievable. I have never experienced such poor customer service in all of my 34 years and they will not be getting another dollar from me.

Saks OFF 5th Ordering policy and poor customer service

I have on 4 sperate occasions place orders with off 5th ave and have had my orders cancelled without reason on explanation. I have verbally contacted written and email off 5th avenue with no response. The only thing customer service can do it forward an email to tje verifications department which they have advised me they did or re submit the order which is a waste of time and has cause me to have holds on serveral of my accounts as a result. The lack of response and the fact that is is continuing to happen makes me not want to order or do business with saks again.

Saks OFF 5th Haven't received my refund for multiple orders and had to call multiple times

I am not a happy customer with Saks off Fifth and spoke to multiple customer service agents since March about an issue on multiple orders that still hasn't been refunded to me. Each time I had to wait on hold for over an hour to get an agent and called about 10 times to explain the issue with multiple orders to Saks. Each time they addressed that I would see my refund within 5-7 days and I still don't have it. I need this corrected or I'm contacting the BBB and filing a claim.

The issue once again is I have shop runner which you participate with ( Showrunner is free shipping and free returns) I've placed multiple orders with Saks off fifth and when I returned my items you charged me the $9.95. One of the orders an agent told me I was charged TWICE the $9.95. Saks is basically stealing money from me and I need this refunded immediately .

**Issue for the above 4 orders was resolved by [name removed](Supervisor) and he stated that i will get a gift card of $39.80 which i got in the mail however there was no pin associated to this? I tried contacting customer service, was on the phone for 3 hours wait then THEY hung up on me after putting me on hold. ALL i want from this order is the phone number to the gift card department so i can get a new gift card since mine was defective without the pin. I tried contacting phone number [protected] and couldn't get through multiple times.

now for order [protected]- Customer agent said they charged me TWICE for return shipping when i have shoprunner. Also looking for the refund on this item.

(I have ONLY received a refund of $9.95 to my PayPal on May 15th )

Still waiting for my refund of $39.73 to my original form of payment for incorrectly charging me for return shipping and for my refund of the purse i purchased and returned 3 months ago.

I have a similar problem, the own me over 500 for returned merchandise from december 2020. i haver called over and over again and get the same response that they are putting in the request to the back office and that someone will contact me. its now almost april 2021 and i still have not gotten my refund! any pointers on what i should do?
