[Resolved] Safecartrefund not received

A transaction re a pc program November 5th as well as a pc improvement/internet security obligation November 8th was agreed upon with Reimage, as they claim they will refind you, if you are not pleased with their services.
I referred to the Reimage refund guarantee November 8th and the payment for the Reimage Plus program download was done November 10th, however, NOT the bigger USD 999 sum, which was payment for 3 years of pc/internet services. The transaction of these services was made through the Reimage portal. Followingly, the refund guarantee should apply also for this.
