Safe ID Lock review: Unauthorized payment 1

A random charge for $24.95 showed up on my account after I signed up for free information. When I called they said I couldn't get a refund because it had been more than seven days since the charge. I told them I had just gotten my credit card statement, so they agreed to a partial refund. I asked to speak to a manager and of course the woman I was already talking to was the manager (yeah, right), but they never answered why they charged me without my consent in the first place - there was no where that it said I would be charged and when I asked the woman to send me a screenshot of the page where I agreed to the charge she said it was not something she could do. After looking the company up I see I'm not unique and this seems to be the way they make money - hoping no one will notice the $24.95 charge on their account or it will be too late when they do. Evil company that provides no service whatsoever - do no sign up for a "free" trial.
