Sacoor Brothers Returning online item

I have purchased 2 items from Sacoor online last month 1 of them was not the correct size
I send an email, I registered online for returning the item as per their steps given but no reply. They mentioned i would get a reply within 4 days but it has been a month now and i am unable to reach anyone to get an answer for this very bad service. I think now i am unable to return my item as its only 14 days return. Worst experience ever with Sacoor brothers and not ordering online anymore.

Sacoor Brothers Purchasing a suit

I would like to report an insedent that happend in taj mall branch Jordan i visited their branch and tried on a suit which liked and bought. The trousers needed a slight adjustment to the length. I left it in the shop to collect it in a few days. I went back today the 29th Dec 2019 a to collect. First they have shortened it more than what i asked for and also noticed the jacket had some small defects, i then informed the sales person that i was not happy with the jacket and if it was possible to exchange it or have a refund? The sales person confirmed that he would try to fix the defect and if not they will provide me with a credit refund. However he then said he should check with his manager to approve! I asked to speak to the manager (Mr.Rami) as soon as i got on the phone his attitude was impolite and aggressive and said the jacket was not ironed properly without being there to see the actual jacket. The suit is a Travel line suite that shouldn't have any creasing issues. Then he said it was my fault to not notice from the start and at this point he cant do anything or provide a refund or exchange. He would only be able to check with the tailor if he would be able to fix it. I am a loyal customer for years now My profile in Qatar is under my number [protected] and in Jordan [protected] However, this is the first time im facing a horrible customer experience in one of your shops.

Sacoor Brothers Stealing

Dears,
I got stolen in one of Sacoor branches in Amman, city mall branch . I had my wallet and gave an alteration receipt to pick up a shirtfront the wallet . I tried some clothes so I took off my jacket after that I wore my jacket back and when I checked for my wallet it was gone . The branch couldn't go back to the Cameras due to technical issues as they claimed . Please I need full attention to this as I will be also heading to the police

Sacoor Brothers Humiliated by ibrahim on collection of goods - ibn batutta

Hi, I have been a member of Sacoor for almost last 4 years. Initially, I loved the amazing experience I used to have at Ibn Batutta branch. I visited the store and made a purchase and due to unpleasant staff, decided to do the rest of the shopping online. Today, I went to pick up order number [protected] and was extremely humiliated by Ibrahim, I gave my mobile number and he asked if I made a purchase online. I said yes and then he replied in a rude tone that why didn't you tell me before. I said I didn't know and then he started humiliating me. I asked to speak to manager and he said he is the manager. I said I don't want you to serve me and requested someone else to serve but he kept on making rude gestures. I called Lisbon on the number given to make complain and he was like do whatever you want. I asked if this is how you treat guest and he said yes and told me to shut up and go and sit on sofa. I was so humiliated in front on a person who was in the store. I felt helpless and heartbroken as this was not the first time I was buying from Sacoor. His actions made me so scared and I left the store without collecting my items.
If a strict action is not taken asap, I will take legal action. There is one thing for sure, if this is what Sacoor represents now then I won't ever buy again and take the strictest action as possible.

Sacoor Brothers Suit

Dear Sacoor Customer Care Team,

Kindly note that I bought a suit from Sacoor Panorama mall branch KSA, and on the first usage the pants got completely tiered with huge cuts, it was very embarrassing.

Anyway I return to Sacoor Panorama mall branch KSA, they took it and said "we will refund you or give you another one, we will contact you soon" but after 8 days nobody contacted me, then I went again and their answer was we already contacted the brand manager to solve this issue but he is not responding as usual and nothing in our hands.

So you are kindly requested to solve this issue the soonest.

Sacoor Brothers Customer service

Visited Saccoor brothers'branch in Dubai Mall on Dec 02 and had a very unpleasant experience.
Although the staff helping me with my clothing were nice and helpful, the staff at the cash counter and the manager (Khalid) were cold and unremorseful.
They should treat their customers better and be far more understanding when an issue arrises. I will definitely not visit this branch again.

Sacoor Brothers 9nline shopping from sacoor

Good morning,
This is to let you know that I experienced one of the most pathetic and vulnerable online shopping experience while shopping on your website.
1st it took me almost 30mins to go to the payment page after selecting and adding my orders and then when finally I managed to enter Rak Bank card details as 526039**********6010 the payment was charged however the screenshot is attached as "Oops, Sorry" and my order didn't show me sucessfull then again it is charged in 2nd attempt and it isn't successful and then 3rd time changed my card to FAB bank 524200************6069 and it's the same, I am again charged from my card however the same is not gone through. What nuisance is this?
And I have almost tried your wats app no.+971 54 307 0861, and the person handling it seems to be real no worth as was so incompetent to help me get the same sorted. Couldn't provide me with a resolution till now.
I did wrote on your social media pages and would try to reach Mr.Mallik and Mr.Hasib and they must be aware of how pathetic is the service provided.

Sacoor Brothers I am complaining about a very rude treatment of your staff at dubai mall.

I am a gold member of Sacoor and has been a customer since 2014. every 2 or 3 months I buy from your Dubai stores several products from shoes to suits, shirts. Just this month, I went Dubai mall to buy specifically two shirts, once casual and one formal. The sales man who handled me was Pedro. I chose the shirts but they didn't have the size at the moment so Pedro told me he will arrange for the shirts to be brought from other stores and gave me appointment for 2 days later. I went to Dubai mall from a far away area as I wanted to buy it from Pedro so that he gets his selling credit. By the time I arrive, Pedro was handling another customer and he told me to wait. I accepted and waited. after some 10 minutes of waiting, as he didn't finish, I asked Pedro to refer me to his colleague to handle my case since I am in a hurry. Pedro told me I still have to wait. I was irritated with the situation given that I ma there with an appointment and with an agreed sales. Also, I am there just to pick the shirts pay and go which any of the staff can help me with.

I asked Pedro again but this time with an agreed voice. Pedro also got irritated and he told me I have to wait until he finishes with his customer. I got really irritated by his response and left and vowed never to return to Sacoor by any means. I wanted to leave you this complaint as I believe you will also loose any other customer with Pedro's behavior.

Sacoor Brothers Ties

Gentlemen
I bought ties from your branch at City Mall five months ago, some of the ties became worn
I checked the branch to inform them of the problem but their treatment was unprofessional and informed me that the company is not responsible for that and that the ties is 6 months old

Sacoor Brothers Retail clothing store

Rip Off Store... the color of all their shirts bleed. The blue tags bleed into the with shirts... I went to the store and the manager rudely told me that they will not "fix the problem" if the purchase was over 15 days old. It was 20 days old ...

DO NOT BUY from this company. They dressed and furnished clothes to the crew of the TV show CSI Miami...

I want my money back

I purchased items on line from UAE store since 16th of Feb, and request return since 2oth due to size issue and could not get serviced yet , they are not responding to emails or phone calls .

We ordered the shoes online and wore them once for the red one and twice for the black one before they were terribly damaged! We contacted the customer care and they said they cannot return / exchange the items because the purchase date exceeded 14 days 🙂
