Rytek Electric Columbia SC review: Refund of fan

Rytek electric installed an attic fan that they provided in my home on Oct 4, 2022. The fan completely ripped out of the ceiling and was banging against my attic roof for hours on October 6, 2022. The fan was barley installed with one screw and the plastic was completely broken off base. It was installed right into light with no off switch so I had to cut my power to get the fan off and prevent attic damage or ac damage. Rytek refuses to refund me because they claim I ripped the fan from my own attic ceiling. I’m a young woman, can’t even reach the attic stairs and have never been up to the attic in my life. It’s an absolute joke and they refuse to take responsibility for the bad craftsmanship. They could have caused a fire or flood to my home and they refuse to refund or apologize.
