Rwanda Air review: Flight cancellation/lost luggage

We booked with Rwanda Air from LA to Entebbe, but they lost our luggage on arrival. They recovered it after 4 days after L made and a number of phone calls to airport managers and spending countless hours at the airport. On returning to LA, they returned us Rwanda airport and abandoned us. There was no airline to take us to Doha so we could connect to back to LA. We spent 12 hours in the airport with no flight out. We scrambled and bought new tickets on KLM flight to JFK and then JetBlue to LA. The whole staff was rude and inconsiderate. This airline should not be in service and do not fly anywhere using this airline.
