Rural King - service

I ask this gentleman to help me find some items that are (I believe) on a current sale and he took me to where they were and showed me exactly what I was looking for but told me that it was not the right number or item that I showed him on my phone.
I asked him is it possible that they're on an end cap somewhere or display and he got irate with me saying "you're not listening to me I told you we don't have them" and started yelling at me and then he walked away on the radio very loudly saying somebody better get up here and help this guy before I lose my job over him and he was saying that so loud that I can hear him 30, 40, 50, feet away as he kept walking away. He came back when I chuckled at him being so ridiculous and so irate so quickly, over something so simple and said that I'm lucky he doesn't lose his job over me. I said you know what if you would go ahead and call the manager, I then just blew him off and ignored him. When the manager did finally show up I asked him if it was possible to file a complaint and he said yes, we went to the front he and I we're talkin all the way up there and then he started getting upset with me because I wanted to file a complaint and I said "I'm on the verge of calling the police"and he said well I don't know what good that would do I said the man basically threatened me by saying if somebody doesn't get up here he's going to lose his job over me and the manager told me that was ridiculous in that police wouldn't do anything like that. I asked him for the name of the guy and his (the Mgr.'s)
name and he told me that I was being violent and that I needed to leave we walked out front he was yelling at me I asked him about a complaint form again he said he didn't have one all he was going to do was give me a piece of paper or else tell me to go home and do it online. Long story short I'm a individual that is a event chairman for charity fundraisers and such and I buy a lot of prizes from Rural King which is about $1, 000 a month. it's bad enough to be treated this badly but we told by the manager that they didn't want my money and they didn't need that $12, 000 a year was not only disrespectful but from a business standpoint that's not something you want your managers telling customers. It happened at about 10:15 or 10:20 a.m. on Friday April 5th. Please roll back the tapes to the electrical I'll wear the long power strips and the retractable power cords are and hopefully you have sound on your cameras in Tennessee and hear how this gentleman was to me and I was very polite to him initially until he started raising his voice at me because I asked him the second question about a second item and he started yelling that he already told me they don't have it and I hadn't even had a chance to ask him about the second item yet every time I started to say something he would cut me off and started yelling and that's when he went off on the radio tirade walking through the store so that everybody could hear him. What did you do anything to this gentleman or not is up to you, but I would definitely talk to the man and tell him he needs to learn how to talk to people. He lied and told his manager that I was very belligerent with him initially and that I started all of the the disagreement and that's absolutely not true. As I said feel free to bring up the tapes he walked away and found some guy that was all the way up in the front of the store another customer service person and said that he was his witness and he had three people that heard me say all this stuff that he's saying I said and I just didn't say it. as I left and I was talking to the manager and this guy was still yelling at me I told him if he didn't like his job he shouldn't do it and he went on to tell me that he's retired and he loves his job and I said all I can see that I feel the love obviously he was being very disrespectful and I am never ever like that in a store I've never been treated like that in the store and had he not raise his voice and started getting upset with me before I even had a chance to ask him about the second item I would be fine I mean I understand you can't find it that's great he didn't have to be rude about it. I did call the store while I was sitting in my car filling this out to get the manager's name which I'm told is Andrew, by (I believe) him on the phone, and he went on to tell me that the for a person who was so irate with me was named Bob. I asked him if there was more than one and could I have a last initial or something and he said no and that he was the only Bob. Please do not disregard this based on their statements without at least looking at any and all of your security tapes to see that what I'm telling you is true. And yes I did get upset later on but that was after I'd already been yelled at and threatened by someone on your floor I believe anybody in that situation would be upset by being threatened by a salesperson in a store that I spend $1, 000 a month or more for charities & prizes. I realize how much money I spend is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things but to be treated that badly By someone with no regard for customers I would think would be a very big deal. Even if I had gotten rude (which I did not, initially) he should have been better trained and have a calmer disposition in order to have a job dealing with customers. I don't know what was happening to him today that made him be that way, I fear that if he's always that way that I'm not the first person that complained about him call my back if I am I just wonder what he's going through in his life that would make him treat a customer that way with a little to no regard for their questions or needs. thank you in advance for your time with this matter if you'd like to reach me my name is James Smith my telephone number is:
