In March 2021 they took my money at the same moment that I placed my order for an ultra-premium rug pad. After two emails and two calls to an answering machine that will not be answered, I still have no rug pad and, unfortunately, have lost my money.
Seems like a scam
I received a notification from www.rugpadcorner.com stating that my order was cancelled. I contacted them to ask why was my order cancelled and when will I get my money back. Their rep said that they were not able to tell anything at the moment and said that someone from RugPadCorner will contact me back later. Gave them a week and nothing. I sent them a message and asked about my money but they did not reply. Seems like a scam.
I have to agree with the designer here in that we have also been dealing with Rug Pad Corner since 2010 and we have nothing but great experiences. I do know that they moved a few times for expansion reasons and during each move they encountered unexpected issues however, on normal basis, this is a very solid company to work with. Sam and staff are always accommodating and never allow us to wait more than a week for our order delivery.
It's always a great idea to give a merchant a chance and contact them to know what is happening. I am sure there is some misunderstanding and good reason as to why you feel you had a less than quality experience. Good luck and best wishes.
If this is a sincere complaint, then something is truly wrong here! I am an interior designer and myself and all of my associates deal with RugPadCorner on w weekly basis for our clients and there is no better company to work with online! These guys go above and beyond for every order I place and when there was an issue once when my customer changed her mind last minute, RugPadCorner picked up the pad at its expense and actually issued us the refund before even receiving the return! What you describe is not the RugPadCorner I know, so give them a call, I'm sure there is something misunderstood, either by them or you.
Their customer services agents are awful and no delivery
I bought two pads from www.rugpadcorner.com. I waited 4 days and still no info about my order. I contacted their customer services, but the agent was really stupid. He told me to wait and within 30 minutes I haven’t heard from him. After that he returned and told that he couldn’t find my order. I told to return my money, but he refused and told that he needed to speak with manager. He promised to call back, but of course he didn’t.Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with this company.
Hello, since I have purchased more than 15 pads in the last 2 years from RugPadCorner.com, I felt the need to address your complaint by stating that I and several family and friends have had nothing but excellent service and experience with the company on all fronts.
