Ruby Tuesday rude waitress #1098

May 10, 2018 my husband and I were having dinner (as we regularly do) and the waitress that waited on us the last time we were there and was non-attentive then was just down right rude this day. First was she took our order for drinks and never brought our drinks to us then waited on another few tables. I had to say to her "we didn't get our drinks ". We finally got our dinner served, and to cut steps I put in our order for desert when she picked up our dishes. She was at another table and i asked had she put our order in and she turned around and said, "yes I did and when it's ready I will bring it OKAY"! I held my thought until she was back with his desert (which she brought in 2 dishes and the pineapple cake comes with ice cream on top). I said to her, I was going to speak to your manager but I'll speak to you and not involve your manager. As I said back to her what she had said to me and how i thought she was rude, She said "yeah, that's the kind of day I'm having"! I said you are never to give it to you customers and she said would you like to speak to my manager? The manager came out and basically apologized for her behavior and said he's surprised caused she been there for ex amount of time and no problem. But how she handled me was a problem! My husband and I and my church family are regulars there and I would hate for this incident to stop me from going to one of my favorite places to dine.

Ruby Tuesday my whole experience was horrible

My family and I went to one of your restaurants today for Mother's Day and our experience was not pleasant... I'm going to start at beginning. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a lady with nose rings and open acne bleeding on her face. She was a bit rude and acted like we were bothering her coming in her store wanting a table. We were seated in a half booth table with no silverware, the menu was lacking any drinks other than alcohol (no soda or teas) our waitress came by asked how our Mother's Day was going, we said well she went on about how hers sucked and she was working a double. Our drink order was a mess from the start she kept talking to a near by waiter and I said it 3 times before she got it right 2 kids cokes adult coke large bud light, she brought a bottle bud light we ordered a large draft. So she took bottle and came back with a small draft. When she finally came back to take our food order she sat down at the table next to ya ( there was a family there too ) and rushed us threw our order like she was in a hurry. Our appetizer came it didn't look like what was described. It was a kids pizza crusts cut up and sauce and cheese in a bowl. The kids food came they ate and were done before our food came. We had to go to another table for silverware, and the plates on the salad bar were dirty I told a passing server and he started going threw plates right there and handed one to me and said "here this ones clean" and walked away. My husband got the petite steak and shrimp steak was burnt and smaller than our sons slider hamburger I got chicken fresco and my chicken was burnt and zucchini was raw. We had to ask for napkins, she brought us a stack crumpled and they had ants in them. LIVE ANTS! Were crawling in the napkin. Our waitress was very unprofessional anytime she came to the table she stuck her body between my husband and me cramming her breast in my husbands face. As I was waiting for our food I noticed another waiter taking pictures of an attractive customer at another table then a waitress came around a corner buttoning up her blouse and straightening herself. We payed $65 for dinner that was not worth $25. I don't know what is going on at store #3385 in West Columbia, SC but we will not be back.

Ruby Tuesday manager

I would like to mention the way that I have witnessed the manager "Piper Beckett" talk to her employees is completely ludicrous. She was very demanding in front of all the surrounding guests while talking down to her employees is extremely inappropriate. I honestly felt bad for the servers. I'm just saying that there is already more than enough managers who treat their employees like they are lesser and can never amount to any standards and would like to see this change. And to exhibit this exchange in front of guests then continue to put on a fake smile and facade. I don't buy the friendly attitude after what I saw. You have to give respect and talk to others with respect to earn it in return. Very disappointing.

Ruby Tuesday menu and price

We went to lunch at Rudy Tuesday May3.2018.. They gave us a menu when we went order, we were told they didn't have these specials any more. We question why we where give those menus and asked to speak with a manager.This was the special for two people for 24.99. Salad entray and desert... The manager can over and was a complete idiot... He was so ugly to us I really wanted to make a seen.. Our waitress was so good and apologies for the manage. I am think of write about it in Facebook. I can not get over him. There is so much ugliness in this world but you would think a manager would be understanding and try to make the customer happy. Even if free tea... This happen at Rudy Tuesday's on Columbian Drive in Columbia sc. The sad part is we eat there at least 6 times a month and never was made to feel like dirt. Also my steak was so tough I didn't even say anything. Did not want to deal with manager again.

Ruby Tuesday salad ordered

My complaint is with the Lithia Springs, GA location and the food ordered. I have ordered the Kale Caesar salad on multiple occasions and the salad is never made to its specifications stated online. In most cases it is made with crisp or slightly spoiled iceberg lettuce, however there is nothing online about iceberg lettuce being included. In addition in most cases the broccoli is left out unless requested, why is this? And the last straw is today I ordered the salad and it contained eggs, croutons, tomatoes, bacon, avacado and corn. I have pictures if you like. I love this salad when it is made correctly so good job for adding it to the men, u but it would be nice if this location would make it the way that it should be made. Won't be coming back for awhile.

Ruby Tuesday service at ruby tuesday-scam attempt

Please upgrade your staff and review dress codes and manners. At your Portsmouth VA location there was a $5 salad promotion yesterday between 11am to 3pm. I told the server I wanted that promotion. People were there using the promotion. She over charged me. My mother ordered the half rack ribs she was given a full rack and told that this was what she ordered. In order not to cause a scene she didn't protest. The check came, it was incorrect. I advised the server. She said, "You wanted that little promotion?" Yes, I had told her already.I asked her to correct the bill and bring back both receipts. She corrected the bill and refused to bring back the original receipt. She was trying to scam us, No doubt. Too many mistakes here to be simple server error. I'm cant be the the only one.

Ruby Tuesday racial profile unjust treatment

On Friday, April 20, 2018 my elderly father and I went to have dinner at Ruby Tuesday's in Middletown, NY 10940 and was racially profiled. When we arrived Jillian Gill told us the wait would be only 5 to 10 minutes and to have a seat, which we did. Another group of people came in she explained to them about waiting five minutes, but had some take them right away, like we wheren't even sitting there like we were invisible. I asked what happened, she said her computer had a glitch, we were the only people waiting until the other group came in. Then we were escorted all the way in back. Passing various empty seats, I asked can we sit in one of the Available seats that we passed and was told they were unavailable only to turn and look as they sat A white group in the seat I had just asked about. I'm very unhappy. I don't think that We should have been treated unfairly because of the color of our skin. My money spend just like anyone elses. I'm a human being as Well as my dad. we Didn't deserve to be treated this way just because of the color of our skin. We're very depressed and disappointed

Ruby Tuesday bad service

Yesterday, 4/19/2018 we went to dinner at the Ruby Tuesday in Lenoir City, Tennessee. We arrived around 6:15. The restaurant was crowded. We were seated at a table by the hostess. We sat there for 20 minutes and watched several waitresses go by and no one even looked at us. Finally, a waitress came to get out drink order. She apologized and said she had asked them to not give her any more tables and they gave her our table anyway. She took our drink order and said I'll be right back. She went by our table numerous times but still we did not get our drinks or were we able to place our order. After 20 minutes, she finally brought our drinks. We had ordered diet Coke and unsweet tea with lemon. There was no lemon. She took our orders, we ordered Hickory Bourbon Chicken and substituted our sides with the Garden Bar. She told us to go ahead and visit the Garden Bar and she would put in our orders. We got out salads and returned to the table. We ate our salads and waited on our food. She went by our table numerous time and did not once ask if we needed additional drinks or the status of our order. After an hour of being there and still having not received our Hickory Bourbon Chicken, the waitress came by and said "Are we ready to order dessert?" We said no, we are still waiting on our food to be served. Apparently she had not even put in an order for our food. After being there for over an hour, we decided not any longer. We were very unhappy with the service. i do not know the server's name, only that I heard her tell the table next to us that she was originally from Florida. I'm not sure if she was new or what. We were very disappointed in the service. We are frequent customers at this site and this kind of service leaves a bad impression and doesn't make you want to return. We were a party of two and it seems that she was more interested in the larger parties of 4 or more. I don't usually complain but this was the worst we have ever been treated.

Ruby Tuesday was a former employee, poor training.

The miss for the interview was a fantastic manager and worker, the guy that ran the show was kind of a inconsiderate.. I was hired for dish and was training for prep, got thrown to the wolves my third day in there and I had a second job I was late to trying to finish their prep. I did not return to work after my third day, I tried to call today to figure out if I had a live check waiting for me due to my bank not having their deposit in it. I called the first time they said they were in the middle of lunch rush and to busy and to call back in a half hour, 45 minutes later I called again and got told the exact same thing but to try an hour later. So I got a ride and went there right after that, needless to say they had at least 6 people standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking. After a few minutes someone asked if they could help me I said I needed to see about a live check, they said okay and showed me to the back. The female manager remembered me and I told her the same I was checking on a live check well she comes back out with a pay card and tells me that's all she has. No big deal my pay will be on there when I activate it. I activate my card and there's no money on it there's still no money deposit to my bank from them and apparently there's no live check waiting for me either... So after I done left with my card and activated it when I got back home and realized there was no money on it I tried to call again and got put on hold and about 30 seconds later got hung up on, so I waited too 30 minutes till close and called again and he said he didn't know what to tell me and to call in the morning. I don't very much appreciate how their handling my money...

Ruby Tuesday manager complaint taking hours

The manager at 6 state park rd. Greenville sc 29609 name is gregory have been taking hours from me and he put my time in early
I've been over hearing that he likes hiring ppl that doesnt knows what they are doin to take advantage of them. I started on the 5th of April but it all started around the 7th or 8th i asked him over and over about it and he acted like he didnt hear me but then he only gave me an hr back i just want the hrs back he took from my name is jaravias mayes. Ruby Tuesday service

This is not a complaint, but a comment, my name is Plutarco Viteri, my wife and I love your restaurant, we always had such a great experience eating there, we don't mind the drive since the food and the service is great, last Saturday we decided to go to the location in Delk road, few miles from home but worth it, my wife and I enjoyed the salad bar and the dinner meals, after we arrived the hostes took us to our table and then we wait and wait and wait for about 25 to 30 minutes and nobody came to our table, it was around 8:30 pm and the restaurant was not very busy, finally I decided to ask the hostess were was our server and she didn't know so she end up taking our drink orders then we wait and wait to the point that we decided to leave, seems that the hostess was doing everything since the salad bar was missing several items and people were getting frustrated, we left hungry and my wife wanted to go to another location but was getting late, we end up missing dinner that night very hungry and disappointed, next time we may try the location at Kennesaw it seems more friendly.
Im sharing my experience and disappointment because I love your restaurants and will keep going there, maybe the next time will be better

Ruby Tuesday e-gift card (digital)

I purchased a e - gift card (digital) from you guys and paid for it to be immediate. Was told I should recieve a email within 30mins and at the latest 24hours. I was a gift purchased for my fathers birthday. Well I have not received it yet and its been two days! His birthday is over and I was planning for him to have dinner on us for his birthday. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with ruby tuesday! This is very poor customer service. Can someone please contact me back either by email or by phone asap! $30 completely wasted!

Ruby Tuesday unattended bar

I ordered Ruby to Go a baby back ribs platter and steak platter. When time to pick up I sat at bar for 20 min and was never acknowledged me. The bartender walked passed several times without greeting asking if I would like a drink. Finally manager came over and asked if I was being helped. She then go on back to get my food and come out with a container for my salad. Then I'm assuming an employee out of uniform goes in bar and began making their own drink.

Ruby Tuesday server

I have been sitting and waiting on just my drinks for 15 minutes and my waiter has gone by my table countless times just empty handed asking tables for new drinks and such. His name is Brooklyn at the Kokomo Ruby Tuesday. He is slow with his service and other tables are complaining also. But the food is decent, i've just been sitting here for 20 more minutes after my food and waiting for it. My Food doesn't look like the photos either.

Ruby Tuesday pulling advertising from laura ingram show

Myself and my family are frequent guests at Ruby Tuesday in Bloomingdale Illinois. Love the burgers and especially the sweet potato fries. Well that will now come to an end since you decided to pull the advertisement from the Laura Ingram show. There are more people who believe in the 1st and 2nd amendment rather than the lefts poster child David Hogg! Good luck! You will now see declines in your business!

When a company or business publicly declares it is no longer going to sponsor a radio program because the host of that program, using her right to free speech, called out an immature, misinformed, media-indoctrinated, snot-nosed kid, there is something going on in the corporate offices that should not be. Supporting one side of a political issue over another due to nothing more than the personal political leanings of your corporation leadership, which is obviously the case with the decision to remove sponsorship from Laura Ingraham's show, is amazingly stupid. How many times has Ruby Tuesday removed its sponsorship from a TV or radio show known to regularly support the liberal viewpoint in ways that are rude, dishonest, anti-conservative, anti-Trump, anti-Christian, and more often these days, in lewd, crude, foul-mouthed, mockery? I don't recall any Ruby Tuesday boycott of a left-leaning program, because there has never been a boycott of a left-leaning program. With a well-advertised boycott, your corporation's real intention is to punish an individual or business for their political idealogy. For instance, when a corporation's hierarchy sees an opportunity to knock a popular conservative off of the air a boycott is soon announced and put in effect, while other liberal-run corporations quickly take notice and are only too happy to follow the shepherd in the usual manner - like sheep, without a care or reasonable thought. When you buffoons realize that there's a massive army of consumers (say, 50% of Americans) supporting Laura Ingraham's right to free speech who are willing to do a little boycotting of their own, you'll come to see that your corporate boycotting will not bring the feeling of satisfaction or the kind of rewards you expect, but will result in a lot more harm to your bottom line and reputation than you counted on. I stopped eating at Ruby Tuesday years ago because of the lack of good service and the low quality of the food. So you see, I have been boycotting you, but in a legitimate and fair way. I see that I'm not the only one, as I read you're losing business at a fairly fast clip. Frankly, I hope you go out of business. But if your service or quality ever improves, I could possibly come back - if you've learned that punishing people and business entities unfairly and unethically because you don't agree with their politics is not good business.

My family would go to the Warrenton, Va Ruby Tuesday at least 2 times a month. I was sorry to hear this company cavin to student activist David Hogg in pulling their advertisements from The Laura Ingraham program on Fox News. Because of this we will not be patronaging your restaurant anymore. You have offended many of your customers. From what I am hearing they won't be visiting your restaurants anymore.

Ruby Tuesday hamburger

We took my mother out for lunch age 84. She got a hamburger thinking this would be easy for her to eat. When I pay that much for a hamburger it should be fresh. This was a darn patty that tasted like [censor] that she wasn't able to eat. Ask for medium cook but when it's that flat hard to do. I sent a complaint to that restaurant the next day so far no response from them.
So I'm complaining to you. I think McDonalds hamburger taste better then what we received there.

Ruby Tuesday food and service

5 friends and myself ate at Ruby Tuesday's in Jasper Alabama Friday night. March 29th. It is normally one of my favorite restaurants and my friends and I were really looking forward to Friday so we chose there to eat. When we got there the lady at the door was very nice but after that it all went downhill.
1- We told our waitress that we had 2 more coming so we could order drinks and wait on them before we order. They arrived as she was bringing our drinks and she started taking our order. I asked her to come back after our friend had a minute to look at the menu. She stood against the wall with her arms crossed and watched while she was looking at the menu. So we just went ahead and started to order.
2- My aunt asked her if she could sample a tast of the soup and the waitress said she had to pay 4.00 for the soup and could not taste it. She ordered it and it was really bad soup. It should not have been served. I really believe that it was old.
3- The table was broken and my other aunt had a really hard time eating because she had to make sure that her plate didn't slide off the table.
4- The waitress was not nice and I believe that she just didn't like us.
5- I normally take my steak home and eat it cold the next day but it was full of fat and grissel. I had to throw it away. My friend had to throw her chicken away.
6-The salad bar was empty of several items and when I mentioned to a lady that was standing by the salad bar she just looked at me and walked off and came back with some eggs and nothing else like cheese, carrots etc. and the bar was also very messy. It was 6:45 PM.
I guess that if our tickets were combined that we spent around 160.00. That may not be much to some people but enough to us that we have decided to not return to this restaurant.

Ruby Tuesday service

My wife and I visited a Ruby Tuesday's in Slidell, Louisiana on Easter Sunday 4/1/18 around 2:00 PM. Were were seated for at least five to ten minutes and no one ever came to our table to service us. Subsequently another family was seated one table away from us and received immediate attention at wich time their order was taken. This was the first I have ever patronized one of you establishments, and will definitely be the last. The service or shall I say non-service received I considered unacceptable

Ruby Tuesday management

Hello my name is Ebony Myricks. I work for the ruby Tuesdays in Montgomery So Eastchase area. Since I have been there( started in December) management has been terrible. Today, Easter Sunday, we didn't have a manager anywhere on the floor to help with anything. Tables were leaving, food was taking extremely long to come out, etc. I really love working for the company but I can't handle the pressures of working at this location. Managers leave the store all the time to get high and it is highly unacceptable. I will be remaining to keep in contact with any and everyone from corporate until the issues are resolved.
