Im contacting you regarding a follow up from a warranty replacement of 2 front spindles that led service department ordering upper and lower rear view mirror covers missing. I had checked the price of them both at a dealer in Ohio that had them in stock for $20.71 shipping included. After no one notified me of their arrival I checked today. The parts man asked me how was I going to pay the $40.00 plus labor cash or Credit. I was offended since I did not tell them to order them in the first place. When they did. I assumed it was a warranty issue and did not order myself. I recently ordered the $20.71 ones mentioned. I am very disappointed with Royal Oaks. This is not the first time they have duped me and my wife but it will be the last. I will drive to the next Cadillac Dealer if it 100 miles.

Donated a computer monitor today 11/29 thought it was going to go to someone unforfunate not to have one and watched the guy take my monitor and put it right in his vehicle, I was pulling into parking lot to shop at another store when i saw him put my donated item in his personal vehicle so i walked into the store in royal oak MI to find out this guy is a manager and his name is Tom. I will never donate anything to this store again and i usually always donate nice stuff for those in need not some guy just taking the stuff i want donated home for himself. This made me sick to my stomach, i will be letting every news channel know about this

My dentist referred to Dr. Ghaname for a root canal treatment. I had a consultation which I do not know what as we both knew that I needed to have root canal treatment. Dr. Ghaname went over my options, and explained the procedure to me. He wasn't quite friendly, but wasn't obnoxious either.

I went in for my treatment. He injected the anesthetic hit a nerve. The intense pain made me scream and groan, but all he did was try to shush me instead of retrieving and repositioning the darn thing, and trying again somewhere else. I felt his lack of empathy extremely distasteful, and when I told him about it, he did not want to admit fault and tried to brush it off. He never apologized and that will be the last time I'll be seeing him because of it. On a positive side, my case was a bit difficult and he asked another endodontist for a second opinion who had a microscope. I suggest someone else.
