Rotita.com refund/exchange

This Company is horrible. I ordered 3 dresses about a month ago and I returned them to exchange for a larger size and now they are trying to state that I have stains on my clothes so that they can only give me a partial refund and not refund my money or its change my clothes at all. The customer service department is horrible you can never speak to any person and you always have to email them and wait for them to contact you back. Please be careful ordering from this company

I ordered a dress nine days ago now 10 days ago and I still have not received it I paid extra for the dress did it come fast how long did it take for it to get to you

Rotita.com product returned

on the 4th January 2018 I returned a dress to Rotita for a refund, as of today I have had no confirmation of receipt of the dress and no refund to the card that I paid with.
I would much appreciate this matter being resolved as quickly as possible and your assistance in this matter is appreciated.

I have already e-mailed them on several occasions with no response, although they still keep sending me e-mails witrh money off coupons to entice me to purchase more goods from them.

Rotita.com dress ordered

I purchased a dress from Rotita.com on January 21, 2019 and $33.62 and money was deducted through PayPal through my Chase checking account. I received an email with the PayPal information but I never received and order number. In addition, I have checked the site on my account and no purchase of the dress is anywhere. I also have sent messages through their site and Facebook account and no one has responded to me. This is disgusting and sad. Not a Happy customer.

Rotita.com their shady business practices

I placed an order in December for jewelry and have not heard anything nor can get any concrete information. finally spoke with a person @ Rotita and he stated the order did not go through, but I explained to him my payment information was submitted and it did go through. either send me the merchandise I ordered or refund me my money because after seeing all the complaints from various customers futher actions should be taken.

Rotita.com I order a dress that did not come with my last order received on 12/20/18

I ordered and paid for 3 dresses on my last ordered that was received on 12/20/18. I had ordered the dress previously but was too small. I re-ordered the dress and paid for it with my last order. I have sent the small dress back along with another dress that was too small.

The dress I am missing is the beige and black "flare sleeve bowknot embellished split neck priced at 30.66. I ordered it a xxl

I have only ordered from you twice this dress was on both orders. You should have received the xl back by now. Please send the xxl asap.

Rotita.com didn't get my whole order.

I sent in for two different orders on December 2. Available customer number on invoice W1812030348493615, This is the number for the transaction [protected] and another transaction ID 6HF87360AA806945V. please take this and find my order. I only received four items which included a lite jacket which I ordered a WWW3 and it came XX, Christmas top, pants ordered a XXX and they came XX and they are even to small for that size that dont fit which they are impossible to wear. My two orders were paid by PayPal and I am thinking of notifying them on this horrible order. I was warned about ROTITA that it is a scam, fly by night and they steal your money and you dont get your product. I did like their line and would of been a regular customer but not now. Rotita.com not receiving order

I placed an order an paid for expedited shipping to receive my items before Christmas. Not only have I not received the order but I am struggling to get answers and get compensated for what I have ordered as well as the extra money I spent for expedited shipping.
This is just one of 3 emails I have sent:

As I have stated before, I paid for expedited shipping on all my items that were supposed to have been received well before now. As a new customer I am very disappointed. Not only did I not received the items during the time I paid for and were promised, but I also see that one item has not even been shipped. I feel I should be compensated for the extra money I spent for expedited shipping and for the trouble I have gone through. Not only has this ruined my Christmas holiday, as I thought a reputable company would keep their word, especially if a customer paid for it. I would have NEVER ordered anything from your website had I known you would not be able to deliver the items as promised.

Hello,

I've been experiencing the same thing. They told me that it had been shipped out last week when I ordered it and paid for it 12/16/18; they assured me that they were putting a rush on the order and I still don't have it and FedEx states that they have not received the package as of yet and to contact the vendor!

Rotita.com items returned, but no refund has been issued to me. it is very difficult to correspond with anyone at this company. help!

I ordered 2 sweaters in October 2018; received order in November and they did not fit. I followed instructions and requested a "ticket". Finally was able to get that; returned items Dec. 3 and sent Rotita the tracking number. I was told I would receive half of my refund once they received my tracking number. USPS sent me confirmation that my package was delivered to their agent at 11:46 a.m. on Dec. 5. I have not received anything from Rotita. I have had many experiences ordering items on line or by phone, but this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any business. The merchandise is inferior. In addition, I cannot directly log into their website--it continues to send me to Facebook or Twitter in order to log in.
I returned package to: Chen Wei, 8555 Tonnelle Ave., Unit 301, North Bergen NJ 07047, per their instructions. My order # is WWW1810162301458558.

Rotita.com quality of the product, customer services, and refund request.

I ordered a dress from Rotita.com

The order arrived late.
It was poorly sewn, the materials was cheap, and looked very ugly.
I never put it on...and quickly shipped it back.

I went back in forth with the unknown -online Rotita customer service representative requesting for a full refund because I was disgusted with the entire process.

I finally received my refund.

I will never order from here again.

Buyers - Beware! Also review the other online ratings. I can relate to the other complaints that are posted online.

Rotita.com two blouses and one sweater = 3 items ordered from rotita

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is the worst online ordering experience I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED HAD TO DEAL WITH! Today, in the USA, it is Friday, 12/14/2018. I ordered these three (3) items from the USA on November 21st, 2018 AND PAID FOR THEM! I have STILL NOT received these items, NOR any communication from this ROTITA company as to when, where, NOTHING - NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!. I managed to pull in my order(s) to 'track' them and for the last week, it has said "IN TRANSIT". WHERE ARE THESE ITEMS COMING FROM? Did you guys just take my money and run? I have certainly learned one good lesson from this experience = I will NEVER, EVER order anything else AT ALL from your Company = ROTITA! And, I will never recommend your Company to ANYONE at all! And, I will report you to the Better Business Bureau, OR someone in charge of online retail sales & distribution!
This is just TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE & I will be seeking CORPORATE help/advise from someone that is above the Company ROTITA to issue a full/unsatisfied experience!

HERE IS MY ADVISE TO ANYONE THAT WISHES TO TAKE THE TIME TO READ MY COMMENT = 'DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY'! 1) They take your money; 2) it takes WEEKS to get your item/products (if you even get them at all; AND 3) there is absolutely NO communication between customer and the Company! STAY AWAY FROM ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROTITA! So unfortunate & disappointed, as now I have three very special people in my life that will not have these items that I ordered WAY IN ADVANCE for Christmas gifts...

Rotita.com return problem

I talked with someone on the chat line regarding my return. (The top I bought was too small.) The order number is: WW1811130151433611. The tracking number was: [protected]. I was told to check my email for an email from you containing the return tracking number and photo of the postal receipt. I was also told to select "no signature required" at UPS.

I have not received that email from you. I have carefully checked my junk mail. Please help.

Rotita.com order cancelled — charge on card statement

I do not have order # or tracking--- Told I needed to send picture of credit card or they would cancel order--- I responded with--- I WANT all orders cancelled- and I do not deal with company that did not give phone # and you could only ask for tickect certain times of day(which is very little) ---- I did receive credit for one charge but not the other---- IRONICALLY I received 2 UGLY shirts same day as credit card statement

Mad how long it takes for something to be delivered? Most companies take 3 -5 working days if you do not pay for next day delivery. I ordered this on the 11/10/18 and received and email saying expect your parcel between 31/10/18 - 08/11/18? How is that acceptable? I need this dress for the 2nd november, you would think id of ordered it with enough notice as it was 3 weeks in advance! Will never order from rotita.com again!.

Rotita.com product not received - money not returned

Hi
I was chasing up delivery, when Rotita advised me that they had cancelled my order. Instead of refunding my money into my bank account they advised they have given me a store credit, which I cannot find on my account. Other than email there is no way of contacting them. Why did it take three weeks from payment for them to cancel order and why? When you order and pay you expect to receive your order. I just want to be paid the refund not a store credit. I did not even receive product so why would you give a store credit. Please do not purchase from Rotita.

Rotita.com scam!!!

They know the items are trash so when you request a refund they start negotiating with you. I never seen anything like it. First they offer you 20% back to keep the items. if you deny, they will offer you 50%. if you deny that and say you want a full refund and will be returning... they offer you 80% back to keep the items. of course you will take it because who feels like paying $26 to ship to CHINA and wait forever for a refund! And obviously they still make a profit. But goes to show you it's all a scam. The clothes are horrible! looks like they were sewn by a bird! DO NOT BUY FROM ROTITA!

I wish I had read these complaints before I ordered a blouse from Rotita. The supposed button up blouse had the front sewn shut, no button holes, and the buttons sewn on top of the closed placket. I am getting the idea I won't get my money back.

ordered bathing suit on June 14 2018 lastest to be received July 11. today is July 28 and have not received yet checked tracking number LY310595554cn states in transit.

I have a case at ther USPS Hq [protected] THEY HAVE TOLD ME THE SAME THING IN TRANSIT .

THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE MY VACATION Vacation is now over.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Rotita.com lack of return information or invoice with package

I need to return to swim suits that I purchased on July 2nd and received last week. There was no invoice or any information as to how to process a return. Neither of the suits fit and I would like to return them. It is Invoice ID WW1807031259167298 Trans # or240609gm341. I have sent a request to you through the PayPal app on 7-17. I will give it a few days for a response before I dispute it with PayPal and the credit card company. Rotita.com dresses I ordered and am only getting a partial refund after 30 days of fighting with them.

I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding in May. I paid for extra shipping to get them to me ASAP. I received them 9 days after I ordered them which would be AFTER the wedding I needed them for. I sent them back with the receipt asking for a full refund. After many emails and much negotiation they are issuing me only a partial refund. plus I had to pay for my own shipping costs.

Rotita.com refund request

I am complaining of the lack of response from Rotita in sending my refund check for order returned by USPS around June 11th on order # W 1805211922066368. Basis for return was not package was not delivered timely for an event. Package was never opened and was taken to USPS per Rotita's instructions. USPS wrote on the package "rejected" since package was not tampered in anyway.
