Rotita.com Beware: Rotita's Clothes are Cheapy & Disappointing, with Poor Customer Service & No Refund!

I gotta be honest, Rotita's clothes ain't worth the money. The material is straight up cheap and don't look nothin' like the pictures on the site. I'm pretty sure the model pictures are photoshopped because who the heck has a perfect body like that? Not me, that's for sure. And I ordered clothes that were supposed to be for curvy people, but they made me look like a rectangle. Ain't no shape to these clothes at all. Plus, the sewing was shoddy, like it was done by someone who didn't even care.

And don't even get me started on the delivery. I ordered these clothes at the beginning of November 2019 and didn't get them until January 11th. That's just ridiculous. And when I tried to ask about my orders, customer service didn't do much to help me out. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

But here's where things get real bad. If you wanna return any of this junk, you gotta pay the shipping yourself. And even if you do return it, there's a good chance you won't get your money back. They won't accept returns after 30 days, but it always takes longer than 30 days to get your order in the first place. How messed up is that?

To sum it up, I ain't ever buying from Rotita again. The clothes ain't worth the money or the frustration.

Rotita.com Rotita Review: Delayed Shipping & Tracking Issues; Mixed Quality of Clothing

So, I bought a couple of tops from Rotita on April 17th, and they were quick to process my payment. They sent me a tracking number that said "Label created, not yet in system". I was supposed to get my tops between May 2nd and May 9th, but today is May 14th, and I still haven't heard anything from them. I checked the tracking number, but it's still not in the system. It's almost been four weeks since I ordered, and my stuff hasn't even shipped. I'll keep you posted if I ever actually receive my merchandise or get a refund.

After I posted the review, the tops finally arrived two days later. I followed the advice in the reviews and ordered a size up, which worked out for me. However, I'm not a fan of the material used for the tops. That's just my personal preference, though. I do want to give Rotita credit for actually sending the items, but it would have been nice if the tracking information was a little more up-to-date.

Rotita.com Adjustments Required: Review of Rotita Swimsuit

I just gotta say, I bought a swimsuit for my adult kid from Rotita and whilst it looked great, we gotta make some changes first. My daughter hates plunging necklines, so we got a two-piece swimsuit with a bra inside. But let me tell ya, there's no elastic on the back and it ain't doing a good job keeping the bra against her chest. So we gonna glue an elastic on the backside, side to side, so that the bra ain't gonna go anywhere. And my girl may need to put some darts in the bra to make it fit better.

Now, the short pants that come with the swimsuit top, they might as well have had better elastic on them. It doesn't fit super snug around her waist, but thank goodness for the long top that covers it up. I mean, the fabric and stitching look alright, but dang, poorly designed.

But you know what? We gotta make do anyways. The style of the swimsuit is exactly what my daughter wanted and it ain't worth the hassle to send it back. So we gonna do some adjustments and wear it with pride!

Rotita.com Rotita Review: Terrible Customer Service and Incomplete Orders

This here company called Rotita shouldn't even be in business, I'm tellin' ya! I went and ordered myself 16 different things, thinkin' I hit the jackpot. But oh no, not even close. I get an email sayin' that it might come in separate packages. Alright, I can deal with that. But then I get seven items, two came in one package, and the others came in a package all by itself. No explanation why the rest of my things ain't showin' up. So I go and put in a message to their customer service, and they tell me that I'll be gettin' a response within one business day. Five days go by and I hear nothin' from 'em, so I try contactin' the chat service. And guess what? They say that I gotta wait another darn 15 days before the rest of my order arrives! What kinda nonsense is that? I tell 'em it's unacceptable, and they lower it to 10 days. Still no good enough for me. So they say that it'll come in two days. And you know what? It still ain't come! Then, outta nowhere, I get another email sayin' that my order is gonna be divided into separate packages. The clothes that I did receive aren't no good, I tell ya. You can't even tell what kinda material they're made out of from lookin' at pictures online. I probably gotta return all of 'em. So, in the end, don't even bother messin' with these folks at Rotita. Save yerself some headache and stay far away from their online shop.

Rotita.com Buyer Beware: My Frustrating Experience with Rotita Clothing

So, y'all, let me tell you about my experience with Rotita (rotita.com). I was on the hunt for some cute high waisted shorts with a pretty floral design (I mean, who isn't, right?) and stumbled upon the Rotita website. They had the exact shorts I wanted, advertised as being made of 82% nylon and 18% spandex - the perfect combo for form-fitting yet comfortable shorts. I quickly added 6 pairs to my cart and eagerly awaited their arrival.

Now, when the package finally arrived, I was excited to try on my new shorts...until I looked at the composition label. Instead of the advertised nylon-spandex blend, the shorts were made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton! I was pretty ticked off, to say the least. I mean, I specifically selected those shorts for their advertised composition, and now I was stuck with cheap polyester-cotton blends? No thank you.

So I did what any reasonable person would do - I returned the shorts for a refund. But that's when things got even more frustrating. After numerous online chats with Rotita reps, they refused to fairly pay for the returned shipment, keeping a random amount of $35.80 from my refund. Like, what? I did not ask for different material, y'all. That was their own "error" (if you can call it that) and I deserved a full refund.

I came to the conclusion that Rotita, like so many other Asia Pacific clothing companies, clearly has no integrity or values. They're just out here trying to scam us and take our hard-earned money. So trust me, folks - when you see any ad for Rotita, RUN. Don't waste your time or your money. Shop wisely and avoid this corrupt company like the plague. Trust me, your bank account (and your sanity) will thank you.

Rotita.com Rotita Review: Terrible Customer Service and Product Quality

So, I wanted to get some new clothes for my upcoming vacation and decided to check out Rotita. I bought a couple of bathing suits and a cover up, but it took weeks to get here since it came all the way from China. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed to find out that one of the bathing suits didn't fit and the cover up was too small. Since there was no return info included, I decided to start a ticket to begin the return process.

I've had some pretty frustrating interactions with customer service before, but this was something else. It was incredibly difficult to communicate with them and I found myself getting more and more frustrated as time went on. I received an email about my issue and clicked the link to view my response, but I couldn't find anything. The website said I didn't have any open tickets at all! I looked for a customer service number to call, but there wasn't one. The only option was to start another ticket, which was really no help at all.

After trying repeatedly, I was finally able to find their response to my ticket. It was just a question, but I answered it anyway. However, once I received an email that there was a reply on their end, I was once again unable to find a way to get back to the ticket. It was beyond frustrating - how does a company stay in business when their customer service is this bad?

I've decided that I'll never order anything from them again, and I'd advise anyone else to stay away as well. The whole experience was a complete waste of my time and money.

Rotita.com Warning: Stay Away from Rotita - Terrible Clothes, Difficult Returns, and Disappointing Customer Service

This website called Rotita is really not great for ordering clothes from. I decided to purchase two tops for my daughters as Christmas gifts, which finally arrived on Friday, December 23rd, and I was excited to open them up. However, to my dismay, when I checked the tops, they were quite large and didn't fit well at all even though I ordered both of them in a large size. It was a bit of a downer since it messed up my gift giving plans for my daughters. So, I thought it would be simple to request a refund to return the unsatisfactory items. Unfortunately, it was really difficult to do so.

I had been trying to get in touch with someone for a refund and to get a return label to send the tops back. But, getting hold of someone from the company is worse than having teeth pulled! They informed me that I would have to pay for the return label at 9.99 and then a restock fee of 7.99. It's a big headache since you only receive 60% of your refund money. I felt like I had been scammed, and it's not the best experience for my first time purchasing items online. I was always cautious about shopping online, and this just confirmed my hesitations. It's disappointing to see how a company can operate in such a dishonest manner and get away with it.

I am upset with this company because of their ridiculous return policy. In fact, I'm curious to know how many other people may have been scammed and how much money Rotita has made by being dishonest. I would never recommend anyone to order from this company. I am planning to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. They need to be held accountable for their actions. It's sad, in this day and age, that we still come across companies that operate in this manner. In summary, this site has terrible clothes with weird sizing, returns are not easy, and customer service is non-existent. Stay away from Rotita!

Rotita.com Bathing suit

I purchased a bathing suit and my bank statement records that purchase.I was never given a tracking number or order number.My name is Evelyn Good 10 Byron Ave. Ansonia Ct. 06401 [protected].

This a is the second time we have tried to get this resolved. The first time I WAS TOLD THE SUIT WOULD BE MAILED OUT PRIOITY MAIL.STILL NO SUIT.IF I Ihave to I will call the bank.

Desired outcome: Please send out the suit priority mail.The suit was the two piece multi stripe with a black bottom both size 2x.

Rotita.com Received empty packet

I ordered a dress on 12/29/22, my current was debited on 1/3/23 for $52.94.
I received an open packet from Jane, 371 Little falls rd Ste 4, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009 via USPS, which I suspect is for the ordered dress.
Unfortunately, the packet was torn open with no dress in it. I have a picture should you want to see it.
I have no way of contacting you. I tried a phone I found online, [protected], and ran continuously.
Please help me resolve this issue.

In your first email to me you mentioned a %10 off coupon being sent to my email. I did not recieve this. Is there any way that you could make it 20% off. I'm trying to return 2 tops info above. They are huge and look horrible on. Been trying to get info to return since Saturday Dec 23rd with no luck. U have my money and I have ur product that I have no use for. Please send me a mailing tag to send back. I'm finding this company not to reputable. Read many reviews that's having the same problems I'm having. Please send me a mailing label so I can get my full refund! I saw where people can only get 60% back this is not right. Desired outcome: To get shipping label for return of 2 large tops that fit like a x large. And my 100% refund. No 60% back. Not my fault clothing sizes aren't true sizes.

Rotita.com A shirt that I bought from rotita off the internet. My e-mail is [protected]@yahoo.com.

I purchased a shirt from a company called Rotita. Order number W2209190612478382. Tracking number 92144902816707800011807797. I ordered a 3X because that is the size I wear. When I received the shirt it looked very small. I could not even get the shirt over my head. I was shocked at how small it was. At best it would have been a regular Large. I can't even order a larger size, because of how small the 3X was. A 5X wouldn't even fit. I checked the label and it did say it was in fact a 3X. I can assure you, this is not the case. I went on the rotita web site. I was concerened there was no phone number. So, I filled out a form stateing my problem. A page came up requesting a one dollar fee-and in return you could chat back and forth as many times as you like. After the one dollar fee, the cost would go to 74.99 a month. Needless to say I was shocked. Clearly, I thought, this is not a reputable company. This is all the information I have on them I ordered the shirt a couple weeks ago and got it the week of September 26, 2022. I would appreciate any light you might have on this company.

Desired outcome: To be able to return the shirt and get a full refund and not being charged to ship the item back.

Rotita.com Spin to Win

First time to the site and I got 50% off, YAY! Right ? Nope. It made me subscribe to get it, which I did, then it wouldn't process. I used the chat feature to ask for help, the person sent me a link that didn't work and asked me to give them a thumbs for her help. I told her it didn't work and she said she'd get back to me in 1 business day... but I asked her to expedite my issue because I wanted to order today, she didn't respond. I even sent them the Screenshot, it kept coming up 50% off after I spun it, not letting me spin again.

Rotita.com Returns - Refund

I bought 3 swimsuits from Rotita; I sent all three back in one package just like I received. Once I had the shipping information, I updated the ticket for the return. UPS gave me an expected date of 07/01/2022. I checked the delivery tracking through UPS, and it was delivered on 07/01/2022. SINCE Rotita can't process returns within a timely matter or stamp the return when it was received; I'm out of my refund because it took the 19 days to process which put my return over their 30-day policy...what a bunch of BS! Not my fault they don't document when the package/shipment was actually received/delivered when they get it! DO NOT WORRY...I OR MY FAMILY/FRIENDS WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I'll definitely get the word out; especially now since people are stripped with budgets.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate my refund since it was in Rotita's warehouse before my 30-days were up!

Rotita.com Swimsuits

I will not be ordering from this company again. LOUSY return/exchange policy.

Even though I ordered all my swimsuits in the same size, two were way off and way too big. That's it! Do not order from this company! I would not mind paying postage to get them returned. I would even settle for both of them exchanged for a size smaller. It just shows that their sizing is not the same, even though the tag says the same size. If one, If all my other swimsuits fit in that size, why don't these two?

Rotita.com terrible service, false information, lousy product

Used their sizing chart & a tape measure. Bathing suits. Bottoms too large. Tops to small in middle but straps fell off even on the tightest setting. Took forever to arrive & when we missed the return cut off by less than 24 hours they didn't care. No phone to talk to a customer service person. "Live chat" English was not first language. Not using again. They said too bad.

Desired outcome: Since all were wrong sizes, they should have at least exchanged them, their sizing and material are horrible.

Rotita.com Swimsuit / verified email I paid may 29th & they're saying may 30th!

The swimsuits I ordered one of them they are saying was a flash sale and that it is unrefundable and cannot exchange it for any reason, even though the size they sent me was wrong! The day I ordered it on May 29th there was no flash sale it didn't take place until May 30th. They keep denying that I paid on the 29th even though I have email confirmation from them stating I paid on the 29th! My shipment was late and I paid for expedited shipping! They would not return the $21.97 I paid for expedited shipping back to my bank card! They only gave me store credit which makes no sense because why would I place another order with a company that can't get my order right!

Desired outcome: I want my expedited shipping of $21.97 put back on my bank card andThe refund for the swimsuit they got wrong as well!

Rotita.com Not receiving my complete order.

Dismal disappointment when only a third of my order arrived. 2 swim tops with no bottoms and 1 bottom with no top. The (2) one piece swim dresses which were also ordered were not even in the order that was sent. If you want to be ripped off this is your spot. I implore do not order from this place, save your money and time. What was sent took six weeks to get here and was wrong.

Desired outcome: Send the bottoms to the tops. And a top for the 1 bottom sent. Also send the 2 swim dresses if they even really exist😡🤬😠
