12/7/17: Package arrived after in poor shape. Merchandice inside was broken beyond repair:Durable Vintage Enchase Smoking Pipe: item ZKO4000 STOR NO [protected]. Shipped from Dept CA#42 18551 Arenth Ave City of Industry, CA [protected].
12/30/17: Walmart Customer Service notified.
12/31/17: Walmart Customer Service returned reply (Company data is NOT on the website. All sales go through WalMart.com). "Your Message was sent to Rosemart Inc: Request Refund."
1/30/18: Dear friend, I was trying to apply the replacement for u this morning, but was informed that as the return policy is within 30 days in our store, you have exceeded already so the application was denied by our supplier. I am so sorry i cant help u to get the refund or replacement . Have a nice day. Rosemart Inc [protected]@relay.walmart.com
2/1/18: I have been trying to get this taken care of since 12/6/17.I think for customer satisfaction you can do better than this. I have gone through 3 different customer service representatives for Walmart.com, and I have sent photos of merchandise on how it arrived in a mangled package, picture of the pipe broken into 3 pieces, a close up where it broke off the tip making it impossible to repair it, copies of my receipt with purchase order, the item number/store on the package scanning bar, screenshot of the web page where the ordered product came from, and copies of numerous emails back and forth between Walmart.com and myself. There was NO disclaimer on your product or on the Website when ordered. I believe this is your company's way of getting out of a refund for a faulty product they sold. That is poor business practices, and unprofessional behavior toward your customers. At this point, its not so much as the refund but the principle of it. The Website states, "product isn't even available any longer". Is it because you got caught selling faulty, cheaply made merchandise?
2/1/18: Walmart.com CSR responded: From: [protected]@RosemartInc.onmicrosoft.com, Sent: Thursday, February 01, 2018 1:53 AM, Subject : Vintage Pipe arrived broken-refund request:
" could you pls give us the correct order number dear?"
2/1/18: My response: I'm at a loss of what you want from me now. I have given you everything you asked for and then some. I've even told you how to access the same information I did, so you can see what I see. It seems, I've done all the foot work for your CS department. Either figure it out or get someone who can accomplish the simple request, it's not that difficult. From here, I will file a complaint with your Corporate office and then the BBB. Well, I happen to be the owner of RoseMarT, Inc. We have been in business since 1997 developing specialized software applications. We have absolutely nothing to do with Wal-Mart. Never have, never will.

What you are experiencing is what happened when someone, The [censor], hijacked my company name, RoseMarT, to sell products at Wal-Mart. The [censor] are totally a fraudulent and corrupt company. I received so many complaints that I finally had to have my phone disconnected. That is why there is no phone listed for RoseMarT.

This case has been turned over to the Minnesota Attorney Generals office 2/7/17 (over a year ago). Wal-Mart keeps promising to respond to the MN AGs office, but to date, just promises. Feel free to contact the MN AGs office [protected] and refer to file number EMS/2017/5296992/C.

If you would like some real frustration, call Wal-Mart at [protected] and reference incident # [protected]. Wal-Marts service is even worse customer service than The [censor] that hijacked my company. Wal-Mart just doesn't care. They profit from The [censor] sales. They have no incentive to resolve the issue.

And it isn't over. The [censor] keep on advertising HTTPs://WWW.wmtsellers.com/rosemart-inc.

Which Better Business Bureau did you contact? Please provide me with the phone number and case number so I can respond.

OK, we both have had a chance to vent our frustration with The [censor]. They assumed my identity. They have cost me a lot of time. Unfortunately, you have also lost money.

I had a better name that The [censor] but my wife did not want me to use *******s in my response.

Please feel free to post any actions that you take to resolve your issue. I would gladly let you use this forum. Maybe, it will lead to a resolution of this issue. Satisfaction for both of us
