RoseGal Buyer Beware: My Horrible Experience with Rosegal - Orders Shipped from China, Cheap Materials, and Defective Products!

Holy moly, I can't believe what I just found out about Rosegal! Did you know that your orders are coming from China? Like, not just from some other cool country, but all the way to CHINA, folks! No wonder some of y'all are getting clothes that just don't fit right or getting your orders super late (or not at all). And don't even get me started on the defective stuff they send! I mean, have you ever thought about what kind of janky materials this stuff is made of? Anyone else ever gotten sick right after opening a Rosegal order? I searched and searched to try and find where this stuff was coming from and came up with nada. It wasn't until I stumbled on their legal page that I finally found out the truth. And man, was I ever ticked off when I did!

I'm usually pretty savvy when it comes to buying stuff online, but I was so distracted by all the pretty clothes on their site that I didn't even think to check where it was coming from. And the prices, oh my goodness the prices! They're practically giving stuff away! Which should have been a huge red flag, I know that now. But I was so excited for this Christmas because for the first time in ages we finally had some decent money coming in. My husband found a great job that he loves and we were finally able to splurge a little. And now all I have to show for it is a pile of ruined clothes and a whole bunch of regret.

Listen up, folks, we need to spread the word about this place. It's just not fair that they're still ripping people off left and right. Let's put a stop to it once and for all!

RoseGal My Frustrating Experience with Rosegal's Confusing Return Policy

I want to share my experience with Rosegal, a clothing website that I had some trouble with. I tried to return some items since 11/6, but the first ticket they gave me did not have clear instructions. So, I needed to start a new ticket on 11/9 when I called Rosegal. I told them that I wanted to return everything and asked for a RMA#. But what did I get? A confusing response that offered me partial refunds or a resend of the same item!

They offered me two options for keeping the items and getting a partial refund. I could either get a refund to my Rosegal Wallet (which I had never heard of before) or to my original payment account. For the wallet option, they promised to refund me 10 USD and give me extra points that I could use later. For the original payment account option, they promised the same refund amount. But either way, I would need to wait for up to 14 business days for the transaction to process.

If I wanted to return the items, then they offered me two more options. I could either resend my order with the same item but a different size or get a product refund once they received my returned package. For the latter option, they even offered me a prepaid shipping label, but I would need to pay 5.99 USD for it and have that amount deducted from my final refund.

What annoyed me the most was that they knew I wanted to return everything, but they still gave me these options that did not match my request. Was this their way of avoiding a refund? I am not sure, but I felt like they were trying to make things complicated for me. Despite their offers, I still want to return my items and get a full refund. Honestly, I am not sure if I will ever shop at Rosegal again, especially given their confusing return policy.

RoseGal RoseGal Website Review: Total Scam and Let-Down - Avoid at All Costs

I recently made a purchase on the RoseGal website and have to say that it was a total let-down. I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt and some mats on 11/18/19 and received an email on 11/21/19 saying that my sweatshirt and 1 mat were shipped, along with a FedEx tracking number. I was excited to receive my order, but the 1st order never arrived and when I contacted them via live chat, I was given the runaround. They kept telling me to give it more time and that everything was correct on their end. I didn't receive any updates until 11/29/19, when I got another email saying that there was a shipping delay and that I could get a 15% discount.

I thought this was very fishy, so I decided to check with FedEx. To my surprise, they hadn't even received a shipping label from this company. I was very unhappy with this and requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, but I was told that this was not possible. I eventually found out that they are located in Spain and if I wanted to speak to a supervisor, I'd have to pay for a long-distance call. I finally spoke to a supervisor named Julie, who told me that my orders had been shipped. She created a "problem ticket" that was supposed to be updated every 2 days, but I never received any updates or the 1st part of my order.

As if this wasn't bad enough, the 2nd order that I did receive was a complete joke. I ordered door mats and they were so cheap and thin, that I have bath towels that are better quality. I was so frustrated that I sent another email to Julie, telling her to keep the 2 items that they claimed were shipped on 11/21/19 and that I didn't want to do business with their company anymore. I even told my bank not to process payment.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company, as they are a total scam. Don't waste your hard-earned money on their cheap and low-quality products.

RoseGal Rosegal Review: Long Delivery Times & No Refund, Would Not Recommend

I tried out Rosegal and ordered two leather jackets, but I was quite disappointed to find out that it took almost 3 months for them to arrive. While they do offer a quicker delivery service at an added cost, the delivery time was still unacceptable compared to other online retailers. It seemed like the clothes were coming from China, but even then, the wait was horrendous.

The jackets finally arrived, but they were both too small. It happens, so I returned them, with tracking, on the first of February. Rosegal promised that my money would be refunded within a week of receiving the jackets, but it's already the 30th of March and I still haven't received my refund.

According to the tracking information, the package has already been received by someone named Shuhui JIang at a specific address, but when I contacted Rosegal, they said that they had not received it. I also tried contacting the delivery company, and they said that the package had been delivered, but they also mentioned that there were over 52 deliveries made to this particular business park during the week. This has left me confused and frustrated, and I definitely would not recommend using Rosegal again.

I've seen other reviews suggesting that Rosegal might be a scam, which I can't confirm or deny, but their service has been so terrible that I'd rather not risk it. They appear to run an amateurish operation and have left me feeling like I'll never see my money again. If they continue providing such terrible service, I doubt they'll be around for long in this competitive market. Unless you want to risk losing both your money and clothes, I suggest avoiding this company altogether.

RoseGal Returns

This is rediculous that this company refuses to work with me. I will keep sending these messages & tickets until something is done This has been going on for over 2 months now & it is appalling the way way your company does business. This is no way to conduct a legitimate business.

If something is not done I will have no recourse but to boycott your company & pursue legal action.

Desired outcome: I need the return address today & full refund before I pursue legal action.

RoseGal Return policy, Not receiving my order

I placed an order for Halloween and the order was delayed, and eventually returned to customs. When I asked for a refund, Rosegal asked for my address and then their next response was that my request was denied because they are not responsible for the address being incorrect. I checked and verified my address at shipping in the ordering process. I can't go to California to get the order or China. This is my final purchase from this company.

Desired outcome: Please refund or resend the entire order to me.

i placed an order on 8/6/2022 for the above mentioned item. Today is 8/20/2022 and still have not received the item. I attempted to log back into my account and the account is no longer there. I checked my bank account and the charge posted 8/6/2022 total charged $25.02. This item is a birthday gift for my daughter. I would love to receive this but if not, I need a refund. Shake and bake barbecue

I’ll never buy those products again I do not know what you did to it but it is not the same it doesn’t stick to the pork chops or chicken and it taste terrible if you bring back the old stuff I will buy it.

Don’t understand why you change something good. Can you please give me the answer.

It just like having plain pork chops and chicken just not right at all. Please bring back the old bbq so much better.

RoseGal Service

Called yesterday about old address showing up on shipment despite address change. They assured me it would be changed to the new address. Received yesterday's shipment confirmation to see it had been shipped to the old address. I called my old apartment complex to try and get them to hold it and call me but they said they must return it to the sender. With international shipping charges showing up on my bank account I'm afraid both packages will never get to me.

Please call me about my 2 most recent orders. I see they were shipped to my old address at Sesco Drive. I called my old apartment complex and they said the packages will be returned to the sender. Is that out of the country, since my bank account was charged international fees? I'm afraid I've wasted over $100 for which I will not receive my merchandise or a refund. I have changed my mailing address on your system and actually typed my present address of 248 Albany Dr, Hampton, VA 23666 on my order page, but the shipping evidently defaulted to the old address. RoseGal hoodies/sweaters

I placed an order for 3 sweaters/hoodies about 3 weeks ago, and I have yet to receive the clothes. I have now called three times to request a refund and have been given every single BS line in the book. This company is a SCAM, so AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They have the entire ripoff playbook: Mislead. Confuse. Ignore.

In my latest phone call, I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor 25 times (I recorded the conversation) and was told (lied to) each and every time, that no supervisor was present. I was also told (lied to) that it was impossible for the rep to process a refund, and that I would have to first return the clothes I ordered ... You know, the clothes that NEVER ACTUALLY CAME? (For the record, they do this to further frustrate customers. Since you are responsible to pay return shipping, their ploy is to sell you garbage quality clothing, that will now cost you a bunch of money if you want to send it back)

So yep, avoid this company like the plague. My next step is to report them to the BBB, PayPal, and the credit card agencies they work with that are IMHO complicit in robbing people! I'll send them the recorded conversation if I have to. This is utterly ridiculous. If companies like Visa & MasterCard continue to do business with scam-artists like Rosegal, then they should be sued at this point ... they ARE JUST AS GUILTY. Just take a look at the reviews across the internet! Every single review of Rosegal is a rip-off complaint, yet the CC companies apparently only care if they are getting their cut of the scam. How very sad.

RoseGal did not receive my package

In november 2018 I have ordered some christmas dresses and such. The tracking system didn't work. I recieved one dress, packaged in brown paper and a lot of tape, by februari/march 2019, I was told after some calls and emails:

''Please kindly wait for 7-15 business days, we are checking with our colleague.We will give you the solution once getting reply.''

After waiting more months and no reply or refund I tried to get into contact.
This seems not to be possibe. The Rosegal support centre works on order numbers.
The company deleted my order numbers in my account.
Also the telephone number nobody awnsers. Email contact is not possible as I only have noreplyemail adresses in my inbox.

I have never had anything like this happen before in my life. I paid after ordering, and I never received my package. Or any note from the postoffce to collect my package.

RoseGal a dress I want to return

I am sick to death of being ignored by your company.. I have sent endless emails and was told to submit a ticket. I tryed yo do this but it days my email and password don't match.. But they are correct. So I want a refund on the dress as it's the most horrid material cheap.. Even tho it looked nice on the picture.. This is my mobile no..[protected]... For u to call to arrange a refund.. U say 30 days.. Bit if if my emails carry on getting ignored then I will then be told I won't be able to have it... Im very annoyed with it company.. Ms foley

A blouse which is poor quality, earrings that are not as shown on the web page and some balloons. Really not happy with the company's products.

Hi,

My first complaint is that I ordered my scratch map on Dec 3rd 2017. I emailed on Jan 7th- a month and 4 days later, to query the delay and was told to wait as it was International Shipping. The package did not arrived until Jan 17th 2018. That is just crazy!

Secondly when I finally did received the package it was damaged!

I would like a refund or another scratch map sent to me please.

I order these things on the 17 of dec and now it's the 3rd of January and still nothing I either want my money back or the things I order thanks I will never order again off online because of this!. I've been. Waiting for this long and I made sure that I posted and got the insurance as well I really don't care about the site of any of this I just either want my money back or something because this fake [censor] site will be posted and sent to the cops if I don't get my money or the things I order period!

I order two clothes pieces for Christmas on 5 Dec 2017, I was pay for extra delivery 15.02 $ to recive it in 3-5 working days and 1.82 $ for insurance and now (on 29 dec 2017) the DHL put my order on hold cause they expect me to pay them 17 £ for Duty and VAT. I'm sorry to tell you that I don't need any more the clothes cause first - the Christmas is over and second - I was not agree to pay 17 £ extra for DHL delivery. I already pay for extra delivery. Please contact them and get your clothes back and give my money back as you fail to respect our agreement. Thank you. DUMITRU CAZACU

RoseGal christmas tapestries

Was supposed to receive order of 28th November, paid extra to have shipping within 8-10days, have left several messages even one requesting refund for postage and response was to be patient, am really not happy with service and if don't receive order in two days will request full refund. Have since seen many terrible reviews online and am considering legal action. Will never order anything from you again😠😠😠😠😠😠

RoseGal lack of communication and still haven't received my order

I made an order of two bikinis from your website on the 21st of November, it is now the 6th is December and I still have received my order. I have contacted your Facebook messenger a total of 8 times since Saturday and I have had no response! Even though you have on your page that you reply ‘instantly'. I have tried the online chat on your website and can't get through to anyone, and when I call your customer service number, I also cannot get through! I have tracked the parcel and it has been at the same status since the day I ordered it!
