Rona I am ignored and pushed from employee to employee until I walk out and go somewhere else

Every time I go into the Rona here in Kamloops BC, I am ignored and pushed from employee to employee until I walk out and go somewhere else. I've always been loyal to shopping at Rona but lately I'm questioning that. There is 1 guy especially who 3 times now has been extremely rude and the lady time even snapped at me for saying "excuse me can I ask u a question" he rudely told me to be quiet and wait. I cant go back there again. Please bring back your good employees as I miss my Rona

Rona Beware of online orders in particular with them

Terrible customer service I know we are in a Covid lock down but I have made several purchases with other big name brand places i.e HD the Brick others etc... and have had absolutely no issues, organized with good communication between the customer and the business...Beware of online orders in particular with them, as they sent me the wrong product, emailed them for an RMA return number 4 days ago still waiting called the customer service ph# and waited on the phone for an hour to get thru to a rep they told me they would email me back a return shipping label because the store will not accept returns at this time so far no email no communication totally pathetic way to do business.

Rona Employees

The other day I stopped to talk to an employee at rona on railway ave, Belleriver Ontario. An employee came off of rona property and bear maced me in the face, not once but twice. Another employee was also coming at me with a threatening posture. This happen around noon on April 14th, 2020. The owners shawn and brandi are great people and it's to bad that a few people can destroy what rona stands for, customer service and professionalism. These two employees do not care about rona appearance in the media or community. They are selfish and carry their personal agendas to work with them and have no care for the business. The person that assaulted me is much needed at this business because he has a truckers license and also is friends with shawn. Like I said shawn and brandi are great people but this person will and has taken advantage of him. Shawn if anything because he is so nice that if anything he will lay him off so ha can get unemployment benefits. He committed a crime and is charged with 4 charges. Assault with a concealed weapon and possession of a concealed weapon and two more charges. I'm probably going to contact the press, I'm sure they would be interested what's going on in the community. I hope all can b resolved and I won't have to pursue this issue with a lawyer. Thanks for your time in this matter. Sincerely yours

Rona Upright freezer

Hi
I bought upright freezer more than two month ago, on line order, Maple Ridge BC. Canada . Was not deliver the date which was scheduled, contacted many times by phone and in person, they were saying will arrive next week today I went to the stor talked to Jesse the delivery department and he said I have already told you is on the way, , call warehouse yourself, I called they said the freezer is discontinued long ago. I called Jesse for replacement for something similar he did not help after lying for two month and canceled my order.
I get nothing after 65 days waiting for my order

Rona Dress code

I work at store 21060
Rona store, 6055 Almon st Halifax N.S.
Our dress code there is not consistent across the store, we have some employees wearing whatever clothing they want to wear during scheduled shifts which is not up to Rona's standards
Starting with a supervisor Don, he comes to work each day wearing long sleeved opened plaid shirts, unbuttoned and no RONA vest or attire, ever. The only time he wears a Rona vest is when the district manager is in town and then it is taken off after he leaves. He also continually wears ripped jeans with the knees out of them. Customers have commented many times about his representation as a store supervisor, explaining they have no idea he was even an employee let alone a supervisor.
The second issue we have at our store, which is not being enforced is when employees from inside the retail store enters the warehouse for any reason what so ever, most are not putting on a safety vest. This has been coming an ongoing issue

Rona selling gyproc damaged beyond practical use

Top dollar for half a sheet of beat up gyproc. My wife picked it up or I would have told them to stuff it.

Lumber is green, warped and checked.

Selling me this poor excuse for wallboard, while telling me I could not buy a whole fresh sheet and cut in half, smacks of a process to dump their garbage on consumers.

Tired of crap materials and dwindling value from Rona... They are pushing me and many I know, away.

I returned the board, with receipt attached, dropped off at the front of their store with my note on it, that they could keep my ten dollars, and the piece of crap they sold me, so they could sell to someone else to make up for my lost business...

Rona store manager

Complaining about the store manager of that store of RONA...

I know somebody who wants to do fulltime work and doing too fulltime school. The store manager of this location doesn't allow/agree to him to do fulltime work. He said to the employee that he can't do longer hours even though the employee is already there for more than 10 years and he's a senior employee there. The assistant store manager who makes the schedule did what she can to make the employee work fulltime even he goes to school. It doesn't make sense why wouldn't the store manager allow the employee to work fulltime. The employee is willing to work more than 8 hrs a day just to complete the 40 hrs for fulltime. That employee is know is really hardworking and a lot of customers go to him just to buy stuffs from him. He make sure he attends customers really good than compare to other employee or staff there. The point is why would a store manager be dumb and let go this asset of the store?! It's such a shame. I heard a lot of employees complain about this store manager. They said ge doesn't listen to employees, he doesn't help much to assistant store manager or be of help. A store manager should know at least all the departments in the store and what usually the customer needs. The store manager "Tony" is not like that. He doesn't help employees or customers. I undertand he has some other works but he does nothing especially when the store needs him.
An employee who wants to work fulltime and doing fulltime school should be allowed. At least he's working and willing and determined to live his life especially for his future. A simple favor to ask to work fulltime while doing school fulltime is not a big deal. The asst. store manager put the schedule but the store manager doesn't like or agree with it. What a shame of him the store manager. The store manager should be glad for him to do still fulltime but it was the opposite. Because a lot of customers come to this regular fulltime employee. The employee needs the fulltime that's why he still works fulltime even he studies fulltime.

Can you please look this up. Thank you
This is like a bullying or putting the employee down.

Rona Online order service

On Nov 1, 2019 I ordered from Rona's website a Tub Surround. The article stated it would be shipped in 3 - 5 days. I started calling your customer service on Nov 16 as of the status of my order and was told very matter of fact that just because it says it will be shipped in 3-5 days doesn't mean it will be delivered in that time frame. I was told it was to be delivered on November 18th and that somebody from Sameday Delivery Service would call me. November 18 came and went with no delivery. I explained that we had our contractor scheduled to do to do the install. I called again on November 19 and was one again told that it would be delivered the next day which it was.
When our contractor opened the box one of the pieces was damaged. I took pictures and called your Customer Service line once again. She gave me an email address to sen the pictures to which I did immediately. I asked that a replacement piece be sent ASAP. On November 25 I received a call from your customer Service Agent that I spoke to on the 20th stating that they couldn't just send me the damaged part but would need to send the whole unit again. I said that was fine but then she went on to say that Rona would not ship a new unit to me and that I would have to return it to one of your corporate store and go on line and reorder the unit. I asked why she didnt tell me that when I spoke to her previously & why they wouldn't ship a new one and her reply was because it was not Rona's product even though it was purchased off of your website. I am assuming that to reorder it would take another 20 days before it is delivered.
Needless to say I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in the service I have received from Rona. I am writing in the hope you can restore my faith in your store and help me with this problem. I have been a long time customer as I live very close to the Kamloops store and have used it to renovate many areas of our house. Please respond as soon as possible as time is of the essence as I have family arriving from the UK in 3 weeks and will need a properly functioning shower (old one removed before damage discovered)

Rona dishwasher

Ordered a whirlpool dishwasher online from rona, paid $900, waited three weeks for delivery. Had it installed by certified plumbers right out of the box. When they turned it on to test the lines it made a horrible noise, the plumbers looked at it again and told me its the dishwasher not the plumbing. The brand new, right out of the box dishwasher. I called Rona and told them that they sent me a broken, right out of the box, dishwasher I would like to have it replaced please. They made me call the warranty people to confirm it was broken, so I did, they showed up, checked it out and indeed it needs a new water pump. Never been used, out of the box. I call Rona and proceed the get the run around for a week. Rona received a broken dishwasher from their supplier and then passed it on to me the customer. I would like to start out with a dishwasher that is not broken. After several phone calls to Amanda at Belleville Rona she tells me that the regional manager ( Ali Lofti) said that the return policy is within 30days in perfect condition and working order. What! I was shocked! I received it broken! Verified, out of the box broken! how can I return it perfect. Is this a joke?
I then called head office was told they would look into it and have not heard a thing back. I cannot believe that at my first call I did not get a " We are very sorry Mrs Tammel for the inconvenience, we will get that dishwasher picked up and get another one to you" As mentioned above this dishwasher was delivered to Rona broken and then passed on to me. Rona needs to pick up the dishwasher, give me a new unbroken one and then deal with their supplier.

Rona service

I bought insulation six days prior to when I would be picking it up. I was told at that time they need to bring the skid down but would have it down for me. When my husband arrived to pick it up the skid was neither down nor was anyone with a forklift license able to bring it down. After two hours of trying to resolve the issue someone was located with a license to bring it out to my trailer. At which point the employee driving dropped the skid onto my trailer and ran into my trailer with the forklift. Not only was our time wasted but also safety was compromised.

Rona manager customer service

I was at this store tonight wanting to purchase vinyl sheet for outdoor deck. There are grey and burgundy colour. We told the manager we want 20 ft of the grey one, but the grey one has wrinkles at the edge, we asked if they can cut the wrinkle part off first, he said no. So we switched to the burgundy colour, there are two rolls of burgundy, one on top and one at bottom. We asked if we can get the bottom one, he said the bottom one is for reserve. But I pointed out that the bottom one is cut previously. Can I have from the bottom one? He said, are you kidding? I said no, I want to buy it. Then he said no I can't. I was so angry by that point, and I told my mom (who went with me) "let's go to Home Depot". As soon as he heard that, he pushed the roll rack back to the wall and said "apparently you don't want to buy from here, let me put this back". I can't believe his attitude! What is this kind of customer service?

Rona dewalt saw blades

I went to my local Rona store to buy Dewalt 12"saw blades 0027653 (5105-5108) regular price $139 on sale at 99.99 with a free blade 0794139 (5102-7931) as advertised in the flyer ending September 25, 2019. Service was helpful and we found the 2 blade pack but could not locate the free blade. So the service person went to find someone who would know how to handle this. He returned with the department head who told him that the store could not order these (free)blades and sorry...this was not possible. This is not the first time this has happened to me where something in the Rona flyer is either not available, not in stock or cannot be ordered. Little wonder I spend far far more at Home Hardware...

Rona rude customer service manager and staff!

I went in to resolve a prior issue with plants purchased at Rona that had spider mites which spread to my other plants in the planters and everything died. After the run around with Rona for ages, it was agreed I could come in and chose a free planter. I was told by Assistant Manager, Karl, my name would be at customer service on a list. I even called to confirm to ensure I would not have any problems at customer service and was assured all would be well. He lied...there was nothing at customer service so I asked to speak to Karl. I am told I should call or come back another time, after I have already arranged transportation, standing in the store and they are waiting for me. Hes not here I am told and she can't call him and neglects to mention that the manager can though, who is there. At this point I am now getting frustrated at having more of my time wasted, having to repeat myself and other customers overhearing us argue and I am now told I am being rude and yelling, which I was not. At that point I did yell "this is yelling, see the difference?" and resumed my normal voice. Both customer dis-service associates are now ignoring me (unknown woman and Priscilla) we have Susan the cashier in the background saying "wow" several times at which point she was told yes, wow is correct when people don't do their job and waste my time and to mind her own business as I was not addressing her. How did escalating the situation help any? The manager, Sameer, finally makes an appearance, informs me he can call Karl but does not do so, asks to see any kind of proof and I am standing there searching my phone for a message from Karl from 4 months ago and read it to him and he dismisses me and moves on to someone else. Five minutes later I am still standing there looking like an idiot, Sameer is now playing along with Priscilla and friends and informs me he doesn't have to talk to me so I ask for the number for head office and he tells me to google it! I said no you can provide that he he orders Priscilla to find it on the internet and she writes it down along with the names of everyone there at my request and Sameer walks away across the store, once again dismissing me and doing zero to assist me. His attitude, tone of voice and repeated dismissive behavior made it very clear how valued I am as a long standing Rona customer. I am not prejudiced, but I see this behavior a lot from other cultures that seem to think women are second class citizens and this is unacceptable in this country or anywhere else! I leave the store and dial "head office" outside and it is a fake spam number for a vacation survey! I entered the store again and asked for the real head office number this time and my friend that witness all this confirms the number is not real. At this point Cynthia, who was amazing, came to the front, took the paper Priscilla gave me with the fake number, searched for the real one and then took the time to actually assess the situation, apologized this has been going on since May and immediately assisted me. You should seriously promote her to Sameer's job as she clearly cares about customers and knows how to resolve conflict effectively, unlike Sameer. I called Rona Sunridge while typing this to make sure I had the managers name correct and Sameer eventually came on the phone, asked who I am and I told him, asked him to repeat and spell his name and asked if that was him yesterday that I dealt with...his tone changed to a nasty one and he said yes, it was probably me, I have a customer and dismissed me again! I then confirmed the spelling of his name and informed him I am filing this complaint because of his behavior yesterday. As for the rest of the staff involved, shame on you treating customers in such a disrespectful way! My thanks to the few that actually took the time to assist me (Cynthia and key cutting guy!)

Rona service

Hello
This is VERY long
On the 23rd of this month, I went into Rona with my contractor and bought 2 gallons of 4x Rustoleum and 2 gallons of water 10x Rustoleum. At this time I picked a gray color from wall. The nice lady then went into a 5-6 page color guide and picked "Gray" to tint my paint.
First - there was NO colours to compare what I have chosen on the paint chip to what this lady was now tinting my paint too.
Second - because these colours are NOT in your system a label was not printed and placed on can.

Two days later and out of paint I drove to the Oshawa location where I picked up another 5 gallons of 4x rustoleum and 1 gallon of 10x rustoleum. Afraid the paint might be tinted wrong I brought the paint BACK to store in Lindsay. My contractor who I HAVE PAID ALOT OF MONEY TOO, brought the empty can from the 23rd and asked to tint the paint. Well a different GRAY was selected. We were NOT told on the 23rd what paint was mixed to match our paint chip from wall.

Now my contractor gets the 5 gallon paint to my home and immediately recognizes that the paint was not mixed well as there was black tint on the lid. He attempts to mix himself and paints the deck. Under extreme pressure from me because I am having a house appraisal done. He thinks the paint will dry darker. THE PAINT WAS NOT MIXED PROPERLY AND NOW MY DECK IS 50 shades of GRAY

I now HAVE TO REPAY $1000 to the contractor to REPAINT MY 400 square foot front and back deck.

We were NEVER told that the color of the 4x would be different than the color mix of the 10x, we were never told what color the first paint bought was tinted and to top the nightmare off your staff did NOT mix the 5 gallon paint properly.

I am now out $350 in paint $1000 in labour and another $1000 for him to come and fix the damn problem RONA created

Rona poor management towards workers

I am writing to make a complaint about the Red Deer Store mangaer of Rona, Rod Laing and the Yard Foreman, Terrence Hall.  I am a former employee and felt the need to quit because of these two.  I worked as a hardware associate for 2 years before I was put into the yard through no fault of mine nor was given a reasonable reason as to being moved because of threats received from Rod Laing.  After that, worked in the yard for 4 years and shortly into being in the yard, somebody made complaints about me in regards to supposedly not answering my radio, I never heard anybody call my name on the radio, and then was brought to Rod Laing's office with Bryan Elliott, where I was written up fpr something as childish as not answering my radio, which I had mentioned that there are times where some radios aren't able to work properly given the weather and other outside nature.  Rod Laing told me, "You are pointing the blame".  What manager, who says his office door is always open says that to an employee?  I also had numorous incidents, mostly with Josh Laing(no relation to Rod) where he gave me attitude over the radio and in person calling me lazy, among other different things directed towards me with attitude. When I brounght it up to Terrence Hall, it took him and Rod Laing 2 weeks to talk to Josh Laing about the incident, amd that wasn't even the reason they talked to him.  There were accusations about me being told to Terrence Hall, for instance, Josh Laing claimed I swore at him, which when he told Terrence, he confronted me right there for something I never did.  Another incident I feel you should know is one that involved me, Josh Laing and another former employee under 2 different problems, but were all in the office for 1 meeting.  I went for lunch and let guys know by saying it over the radio, set my radio on the charger at my desk like i always did and had lunch. Upon returning, was asked to bring a skid down by another employee so a person can see the items to sell to a customer.  Josh Laing walked right up to me and talked on his radio asking me if I was back from lunch, I proceeded to tell him my radio was on my desk and he yelled at me to turn my radio on, this proceeded 2 other times before I called him an overgrown baby as he was going for 1 of his 10 smoke breaks he would take everyday, which I brought to Terrence Hall's attention on numerous occassions.  In the meeting, I was standing and wasn't asked, but told to sit down if I appreciate my job. After I sat down against my willb the very first thing Rod Laing said was, "I don't care if you 3 quit right now, you are just numbers to me and I can replace you without a problem.  At that time I was the Shipper/Receiver and believed I was doing a really good job.  Got laid off after I was told by Terrence Hall a year before that I wouldn't have to worry about because I was the Shipper/Receiver for Rona North.  Upon being brought back, I wasn't given the position back and was threatened with my job with the company for asking for 1 certain day off, which I felt the company could give based on being open 6 other days a week.  I also felt I was being forced out because when I said anything towards Josh Laing, no matter what or how i said it, he went and complained to Terrence Hall, which Terrence would talk to me to be nicer to Josh Laing.  Over the last 2 months that was at Rona, Rod Laing would walk by me and say "hi", in which I would respond back saying "hi".  He would stop me from continuing my day to give me [censored] for saying "hi" back to him.  He claimed one the time I confronted him about it that he never heard me say "hi" and never even gave an apology.  This is coming from a guy who talks softer than me.  This happened over the course of 4 years, all in a way involving Rod Laing, Terrence Heall amd Josh Laing and for a comapny that strives for "0 tolerence on bullying".

Je suis en train d'écrire pour faire une plainte au sujet de la Red Deer Magasin mangaer de Rona, Tige de Laing et le Chantier Contremaître, Terrence Hall. Je suis un ancien employé et ressenti le besoin de quitter à cause de ces deux. Après cela, a travaillé dans la cour pour 4 ans et peu de temps dans la cour, quelqu'un a fait des plaintes à propos de moi en ce qui concerne la soi-disant de ne pas répondre à ma radio, je n'ai jamais entendu quelqu'un appeler mon nom à la radio, puis a été porté à la Tige de Laing avec Bryan Elliott, où j'ai écrit fpr quelque chose d'aussi puéril de ne pas répondre à ma radio, que j'avais mentionné qu'il ya des moments où certaines radios ne sont pas en mesure de fonctionner correctement compte tenu de la météo et d'autres en dehors de la nature. Tige Laing m'a dit, "Vous êtes le blame". Ce gestionnaire, qui dit que sa porte est toujours ouverte dit que pour un employé? J'ai également eu de nombreux incidents, surtout avec Josh Laing(aucun rapport avec la Tige) où il m'a donné l'attitude à la radio et dans la personne de me traiter de paresseux, entre autres choses différentes dirigé vers moi avec l'attitude. Quand je brounght à Terrence Hall, il lui a fallu et de la Tige Laing 2 semaines pour parler à Josh Laing au sujet de l'incident, amd qui n'était même pas la raison pour laquelle ils se sont entretenus avec lui. Il y a eu des accusations à propos de moi dit Terrence Hall, par exemple, Josh Laing revendiquée j'ai juré à lui, qui, quand il dit Terrence, il s'est approché de moi pour quelque chose que je n'ai jamais fait. D'un autre incident, je pense que vous devez savoir, c'est celui qui participe de moi, Josh Laing et un autre ancien employé de moins de 2 problèmes différents, mais tous ont été dans le bureau pour 1 réunion. Je suis allé pour le déjeuner et laissez les gars savent en disant que plus de la radio, de configurer ma radio sur le chargeur à mon bureau comme je l'ai toujours fait, et de déjeuner. À son retour, a demandé d'apporter un dérapage vers le bas par un autre employé, de sorte qu'une personne peut voir les éléments de vendre à un client. Josh Laing marcha droit vers moi et m'a parlé sur son poste de radio en me demandant si j'étais de retour de déjeuner, j'ai continué à lui dire de ma radio était sur mon bureau et il a crié à moi, à mon tour de radio, ce procédé 2 autres fois je l'ai appelé un terrain envahi de bébé comme il allait pour 1 de ses 10 fumée pauses qu'il prendrait tous les jours, que j'ai fait pour Terrence Hall de l'attention sur de nombreux occasions. À la réunion, j'étais debout et n'a pas été demandé, mais il a dit de s'asseoir si j'apprécie mon travail. Après je me suis assis contre mon willb la première chose que la Tige de Laing dit: "je ne m'inquiète pas si vous 3 quittez maintenant, vous êtes juste des numéros pour moi et je peux vous remplacer sans problème. À cette époque, j'étais l'Expéditeur/destinataire et cru que j'étais vraiment faire un bon travail. S'est mis à pied après avoir été informé par Terrence Hall d'un an avant que je n'aurais pas à m'inquiéter, car j'ai été l'Expéditeur/le destinataire de Rona Nord. Après avoir été ramené, je n'ai pas eu de nouveau la position et l'a menacé avec mon travail avec la société de la demande de 1 jour, ce que j'ai ressenti la société pourrait donner basé sur le fait d'être ouvert 6 autres jours de la semaine. J'ai aussi senti que j'étais obligé de sortir parce que quand j'ai dit n'importe quoi vers Josh Laing, n'importe quoi ou comment je l'ai dit, il est allé et s'est plaint à Terrence Hall, Terrence serait parlez-moi d'être plus agréable à Josh Laing. Au cours de la dernière 2 mois qui a été, au Rona, Tige Laing marcher par moi-même et de dire "salut", dans laquelle je voudrais répondre en disant: "salut". Il allait m'empêcher de continuer ma journée pour me donner de la merde pour dire "bonjour" à lui. Il a réclamé un moment j'ai interpellé à ce sujet qu'il n'a jamais entendu me dire "salut" et n'a même jamais donné des excuses. Et c'est un gars qui parle plus doux que moi. Ce qui s'est passé au cours des 4 ans, le tout dans une voie impliquant la Tige de Laing, Terrence Heall amd Josh Laing et pour un company qui s'efforce de "0 tolerence sur l'intimidation".

Rona customer experience manager - fraud complaint

(Gazebo Uberhaus 10x12 Brown) - Say in store $299.00 around July 8, 2019

Jul 26, 2019 - first reply from Denise Loveys - my email had the 10x12 gazebo
Jul 29, 2019 - confirmed in stock at the $299.00 price
Jul 30, 2019 - claiming confusion - claiming $379.00 lowest ever (not true)
Aug 1, 2019 - I asked to meet halfway at $339.00 - no response after that
Aug 2, 2019 - noticed in Brampton one for $299.00
Aug 2, 2019 - send Denise a picture and said I am not impressed
Aug 6, 2019 - she sends me an email proud to tell me now $299.00

What kind of service is this. I am insulted and that is the last Rona visit for me. Lowes and Home Depot can have my business. It's a shame given I have just spent 50000 on a home reno - and now I will defer the rest of the purchasing to other more customer orientated service.

To allow a customer to almost pay more for an item that was clearly $299.00 at some point and then the manager claim I AM THE ONE WRONG. To have this then appear again for $299.00!

What does Rona have to say about this?
You have to earn my business back so your response or resolution to my satisfaction will decide my future opinion of Rona

Rona ge refrigerator / main office customer service

Purchased refrigerator GE CAFE series. Apparently "high end". Only to know that the shelving that came with it were completely wrong. Did not fit what so ever.
You would think it be a simple fix right ? Just provide shelving. Well...
Dealing with Chantelle a rep from main office at rona Was horrible. Worst understanding human ever. Poor communication and very inconsiderate. Placed on hold multiple times because she had no answer for my request. she denied me from speaking to anyone higher. Saying I have no reason to as they would say the same thing. Stated wait for a call in 2 weeks. Then on and on. Became 3 months after moving in my newly built home. Not being able to use my REFRIGERATOR to its maximum capacity. Very discomforting.
Chantelle continues to call while at work even when I request to be called at a later time. I continued to request to talk to someone more understanding.
Also states best thing we can do is give a 20$ gift card.
The greatest joke ever!
After 3 months and having to deal with miscommunication and headache. To come to a decision.
Tried calling other numbers.
Finally was able to speak to a supervisor mylenne and everything finally came together. She is great!
Rona definitely has the worst customer service ever.

Best advice to give ? Talk to a supervisor the reps are inconsiderate useless and have no human feeling. Everytime I had to follow up I dealt with another rep who feels they can resolve my problem but I'd had to continue to explain over and over my situation and why should I ? When he prior person knows the story? What was discussed and so forth. It's such a pain ! Total times spoke to a rep 10-15 plus times! Can I speak to your supervisor?

To sum my complaint... Did not receive a new fridge. Still working on some sort of compensation.

Rona had no other ge cafe models that matched. It was either I choose a different brand or keep what I have.

I will never choose Rona unless it's my very last resort. I hope I never have to deal with their customer service ever. Sadly I feel I would have too since I got warranty with them...

Please deal with ur reps...

Rona price adjustment of a product

We bought a toilet 10 days ago for $150 and now its on sale at $89. When we go to the store today (25th July 2019) for price adjustment the lady at the service desk straight refused us to do that and said they dont do price match anymore which is not true. She said our policy changed and recently we stop doing price match. She harrassed us and I considered it as a racist act as we are asian. It was the cambridge, pinebush location and I am totally upset with rona for this kind of behavior. Then we call their customer center and they said they still do price match and had no clue why that salesperson said so.

Purchased Demo that was on liquidation as well as damaged.

I was not allowed to leave with chairs, due to the closure of the store, there was no manager available.
The chairs that were advertised with the set, that i went to the cash with i was told were not the right ones. then when Lana went to find different ones, i was told that the set was discontinued. She had no chairs.
I would like to have the missing pieces to my purchase

Rona customer service

We arrived at Rona at 1:00 on Sunday July 21 st. We asked twice for assistance in the plumbing department and waited at least 20 min. No one came to assist us so we took our business to Home Depot. I'm sure they were glad to accept our 800 dollar purchase.

We have been long time customers and we're very disappointed with the service.
