Good morning
My name is Roxan, on the 24 October 2020 I've purchased the Roman's pizza special for R109, 90 which was a pepperoni and a BBQ chicken @ the Amanzimtoti branch. Today the 25 October 2020 my son was eating the last piece of the BBQ chicken pizza when he bit onto a plastic that was baked with the pizza, which caused him to start vomiting. I have called the branch 2 times with no answer, it is really frustrating.

I ordered online and paid with my card I am currently in hospital wanted to treat my kids at home when the delivery guy got to my house he made them pay again and we're rude to my child when he said I paid on the app this is robbery.
So I paid 74.80 and my daughter for two pizza pies.

How can service be that fraudulent

2 of the 6 pizza pies we ordered in Vanderbijlpark had white strings in it.. that was disgusting. We had a family gathering and we experience this.

2 of them landed in the dustbin.

Hi, my name is itumeleng i've placed an order via uber eats at bluehills roman's pizza. My concern is the quality of the order wasn't good. My pizza was very wet and cold, the box was wet too even when I take a slice of pizza out of the box it came out with it. I couldn't eat nor to swallow it. I'm not happy at all. It seems like the pizza was made 3 hours before the delivery.

I bought pizza on 31/08/2020. It was 2 large pizza's for R129. I asked for extra chicken topping on the BBQ Chicken & Pineapple and on the other one extra chicken and garlic on the BBQ Chicenlicious. I paid for the extra toppings but only got normal pizza's. On some of the slices there were only cheese and sauce on no chicken. This is the second complaint I have from the same store.

All pizzas dough was raw.
Carlic on peperoni delux was raw.
The chillies on the bolognaise was so big. I asked for think base and the bolognaise had almost no base in the middle (had to eat it with a spoon).
4 pieces of avo on the bacon, feta and avo pizza.
It might be bècause the lady who took my order was not paying any attention to my order and I had yo repeat myself over and over agai .

I ordered the special R155 for two large pizza.
It was so terrible
It was awful
It was tasteless
Romans pizza has let down their name
I ordered a chicken an mayo and barbecue chicken with mushroom
Gosh it had no taste, the basing was less sauce
Thin layer of mayo which really no chicken and just a a piece of macon n each slice.The barbecue had very basing and it tasted like i was eating a plain pizza base.
I would not lay a complaint however i am paying for a meal that we longed to eat for a while and to pay R170 with delivery to get tasteless food
I am very disappointed
I dont know if the staff is doing their job properly or just providing a care damn service
We had to eat the food however we still have half of each box left cos it was too bad to eat

I sent my children to buy large pizza chicken sweet chili and chicken and mushroom, and small box of chicken and mayo at Roman's pizza Hammanskraal jubilee mall. They paid for them and their order number was 491, when they went to collect they only gave them a large pizza. When they arrived home I send them back when they arrived they told them they saw the pizza they did not know who the owner was so they gave it to the kitchen staff who took it home. All the kitchen staff had already knocked off so the is no one to make another pizza for them, they must come back the next day to collect it. This is so unprofessional, we ordered large and small because one box was not enough so we had to wait for the next day for a small box they don't care how we travel back only for a small box, what did we eat last night. Please sort this out. The name of the person who helped them is Dipolelo.

I ordered a bbq sparerib and mushroom, as well as a sweet chili chicken.
Delivery was requested due to the fact that I am disabled
The pizzas was already cold, and the standard of the pizzas drop for sure
There was hardly any cheese on, and way to little mushrooms
I ordered thin base, and the pizzas was dry and for sure not on normal standard
I ordered from the Mayville branch in Pretoria

I placed an order for delivery at Roman's pizza at tambotie mall the lady assisted me and this was at 17:05 she confirmed the delivery will take place to my house I called again at 16:20 and the lady was rude telling me I need to wait because they are closed I ordered a reggina and barbecue chicken supreme pizza it is now 19:22 and still no deliver

Today I ordered at the promenade mall order number 195, invoice [protected], Time 16:11.A lady by the name of Snazo who took my order did not want to accept my R10 note. She claimed by just looking at the money my money was not right those where her words. I then suggested she looks at it under the UV light after a few minutes she goes and look at it in a machine claiming it checks the validity of the note then comes back throws my R10 note on the counter claiming it wonts accept, I took out another note but continued complaining antil anotger lady takes my R10 note takes it to the same machine and a receipt comes out and ahe apologises and gives me another note. The chhallenge with the lady is that she was not xpecting soneone lime me to complain even thou she was descriminating against me. on the 25th of February 2020 at 17:42 i was assisted by a lady called Nomvula Mthembu, she was so rude, i asked her what do they have for R99 special she looked at me as if im mad, she was like read the menu... no smile no name tage i had to ask her collegue for her name just to make sure that it does correspond with the teller slip

please warn her before you guys lose customers

I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident I experienced at your store. I would
like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service during my
last shopping trip at Romans pizza Alex mall, which took place on February 01, 2020 at
approximately 19:30 pm.
While shopping, I asked about the special that is no the screen the said she cashier help
because the special is over. I ask her why do you sow what you don't have in the shop she
called lady, her name tag reds Yvonne supervisor. I ask the something. She said to me call the
office I am not doing the sales
if you want to no about the sales. You call the office she said. That's was very rood to say to
customer
later, I was still waiting for my order to come. I got the order. The lady who was in the till she
gave me my order and took my tills-lip and through both of them in the bin I said why you doing
that she ask what I said why you throw away my till-slip she said tome you didn't ask for it.
After being at the store for nearly half an hour at this point, I left without my still. I have shopped
at Romans-pizza many times and have never experienced an incident like this one. It was
extremely disheartening that I could not receive the good assistance I was politely requesting and ultimately could make my purchase without slip.

I just got home after waiting a good 45 minute s at jabulani mall branch romans pizza so I was told the thick one wasn't available for whatever reason I get home to find the pizza burnt old I love chicken and mayo but to say there's mayo in what I just ate I'd be lying if it wasn't so far I would have returned it..feedback would be appreciated..
