I went to buy two pizza pies, my order was 94 they made me wait for more than 25 minutes without any communication, when I said I want my refund as they was no order coming and at work I was exceeding my lunch time, they cashier was rude saying they is no refund I will get, oven is slow so they can take my order out before time. Then they gave me the order that I am not happy to eat anymore

Good day my name is Nic vd Merwe, on the day of 1 Sept 2022 at about 18h00 we have ordered 3 x large pizzas online with order number 207 at Mayville Romans Pta. After an hour i phoned the shop to confirm why is our order late, respons they are busy? 19h10 i phoned again still same reply we are busy and the driver left 15 min back, we are staying in Daspoort not so far from mayville. 19h15 the driver stopped at our house with our delivery cold and i asked the driver why is our pizzas cold and he replied it cant be he just came from the shop. Very poor service

The service here is so unacceptable. We got to the store and tried to order. We had no response from the two ladies standing in front of us. I repeated the order then the lady who was counting the money opened her mouth and said "I don't understand why people come here with their stresses and open their mouth to say "sweet chillie chicken" . I'm a regular at Romans and honestly it's the second worst branch I've been at. The receipt is written Bukiwe Mvalelwa...seemed to be the manager.

I've never been so livid!

I have a complaint about two pizzas that I bought from yiur ballito branch . The one pizza had so so much of green chillies that we could not possibly eat it , was a waste of our money and the second one had no green pepper on it , we ordered the chicken peri peri which we said no onion and no tomato, but they also left out the green pepper . The one that had far too much green chillies was the fetaroni

I went to Roman's Pizza Park Station and brought to large pizza for R164.90. One flavor was chicken and mushrooms, I found hair in that pizza. What is the procedure regarding hygiene? My order no was 188 and for further information please contact me on my email, [protected]@gmail.com and I got picture of that hair it looks like a mushrooms. The way I love your chicken and mushrooms pizza, I don't think I wil buy it after the experience that I got today. Am so disappointed.

I bought the special for R180 the pizzas have no taste at all my dog even refused it I bought it at queensburgh branch in Durban the one pizza wasn't even cut in slices there are 2x pictures of the pizza that has no taste at all I want a reply from you before Monday so please inform me what you gonna do

Good evening the park station store is waisting people time. At the door the traiding hour are 9h00 to 20h00 yet every time you get the at 19h45 the doors are closed because they need to knock off. I really fee that if that's the case they should write that and not lie to us like fools. I waisted my time to make sure that I get there before closing time only to find that I have been duped.

Good day, I ordered from your Sunning Hill branch. I got a message today that my order will take 45 minutes, after one hour I had to go to the branch to find out where my food was. They tell me that the driver is busy driving around and they need to make me a new pizza. I had to call the branch and they called me back to say they need to make me a new pizza as the first one was cold so I said. Perfect. 10 minutes later they sent me the pizza but the driver told me that they only warmed my food up, not even making me a new one. So after paying the r35.00 delivery fee, I still get my old pizza just warmed up. Service in this country is so bad that I had to wait 1 hour 15 minutes for a warmed up pizza.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the Greek pizza I purchased from Roman's on Republic.

The cheese tasted off as if it's been refrigerated for a while, then I asked them to put some jalapeños, they put probably an entire bottle leaving the pizza soggy and tasted briny combined with the bad cheese.

This was undoubtedly the worst pizza I have ever had.

In addition to charge R14 extra is ridiculous for Jalapeños.

We phone Heidelberg Romans Pizza to order Pizza and Lasagne for delivery.

We Phoned then 15:05 we received our order 16:14 an hour late so we send tje food back and asked for warm food we will not pay for cold food we also phoned them back and explained.

The Lady said she will fix our order and send warm food.

So the delivery guy brought our food we are very disappointed the pizza was burned the base was really hard and the lasagne was burned aswell the sides of the Lasagne was black from the burn.

We are really disappointed.

I ordered a cheese pizza at romans three rivers (phone order) got there with in 22min payed. They said the order wil be ready in 5min. After 10 min passed I asked if the pizza is done to hear "NO". I then noticed pizza boxes with slips sticking out of them in the kitchen area I asked the lady if maybe 1 of those pizzas was not for me she then replied they were not allowed to go to the back. So I had to wait till the kitchen diceded they are bringing it to the front. The pizza was cold and burned and not appetizing at all Not even good enough for my dog. I'm so disappointed in romans three rivers.

I order a pitza with Avo on the 17 July 2022. The Avo was brown and taste not well. It's far to just drove their. So I took the Avo off

Phone lines are not answered and they only use one oven, only thin base is available and it takes more than an hour to get the order ready.

Hi last night the 14th of July my family and I ordered 6 large pizza's for delivery from your Athlone branch in Cape Town South Africa at around 7pm. When we received our order it was completely wrong which was so disappointing, all of the pizza's was plain chicken and only two pizza's had a handful of toppings on which was pathetic, you guys chicken and Mayo pizza, the Mayo was extremely thinly spread you could not even distinguish that it was the chicken and Mayo pizza. We were all disappointed with the quality of pizza we got, no flavour so plain and dry.

I have ordered 5 pizza pies chicken mayo to be exact and to see when i camed home that there is only 4 pizza pies and not 5 but have paid for 5.

I phoned and without any hesitation they brought me the 5th one

And to get the shock of my life that on top of the pizza pie it was overloaded with the salt on that oily base of the pizza pie.

My Dog didnt even wanted to eat it.

This is the poorest service ever not only today but previously before aswell i order the 4 in one meat pizza twice to find that the pizza base was still raw!

This was the last ever i wont buy from this place anything ever again and im even taking this forward on HALO PETER

ROMANS PIZZA DELMAS MPUMALANGA

On the 6th July around 12:30 I ordered 4 pizza pies and a Pepperoni Sub, the pizza pies' ordered was correct but not the Sub, this is not the first time I receive the incorrect order from this store. I pay for something I did not receive.

I bought a chicken lasagne for my lunch Friday afternoon,at bronkhorstspruit romans pizza 8 July 2022,I had my meal at 14:15 I started feeling funny I vomit and my tummy started running and I'm just taking out what I ate. For starters bronkhorstspruit romans pizza has the most rude cashiers and now the food just made me sick to death.im lost for words I expected better from you guys.as I'm typing this I can't sleep of pains and vomit .

I bought 2 pizzas at Roman's Pizza in Gonubie East London South Africa on 7/7/2022 @ 18:52. I was told it would take 25min, which is 10min longer than usual. It is no19:27 and the pizza is not ready. It is not the 1st time that this is happening. Their service is really pathetic and no one seems to be bothered or care about the time factor. This behavior and service is absolutely unacceptable even worse when there's no apology.

Today 30/06/2022 at about 18:35 I placed my order for a Sava flava double large pizza. After my wait which I didn't mind my ticket was called. I checked my box and realized they had messed up my order because I ordered two pan base pizza's flavours BBQ chicken and sweetelicious chicken and got the same flavours but in traditional base. I then complained and asked for them to kindly changed my order. The lady at the till Tebogo Shalang was kind and returned the pizza to the kitchen. They had a bit of a debate which I didn't pay any attention to. I was then called about 4-5 mins later and told by some man who I think is the manager that they had made a mistake and that I was given that kind of pizza for a reason because the kitchen didn't have the thick but only had the thin pizza. I then asked then what now and he didn't even bother to make any effort and said I must take the one that was there in front of me because they didn't have what I want. I honestly am very disappointed and hurt because I think we not treated the same as customers and that he took a mistake that his staff made and made it my problem as a paying customer. I am not satisfied with the treatment and service I got today and feel I wasted my time and money.

They brought us the wrong order

Then they took the order back and then picked up our order at the other people

Then about an hour later we got our order

ICE COLD AND ALREADY UNSEALED !

then we took that order because my kids had to eat

And romans still has the audacity to tell me they can refund us tomorrow or make new pizza tomorrow because they gonna have loadshedding at 8 but it was only 6 at that moment so i feel they could've still make me new pizza its so ridiculous !
