I placed order for 100 veg seed packets on Aug 21. Received order confirmation, then shipping confirmation Sept 23. Did not receive at end of two weeks. Contacted (Sept 7) shipping email and payment co. Both responded by saying inquiry made, reshipped Sept 8. No shipment 10 days, later, follow-up inquiry and was told wait until Sept 22. No shipment by Sept 23, placed inquiry, as above, again. No response from either.
Company website clearly states U.S. require 4 to 10 days from date of shipping. I am requesting a refund, again and will post follow-up on this and other complaint sites.
