Room 236 and 232 which the clerk catherine said was the best rooms it look like somone was murder inbith of them the beds was covered with blood and urine and rink of smoke 232 room had 2 bed liners on it they was covered in body fluid stains blood the bed was flithy worst rooms I've ever seen this place needs to be shut down code enforcer needs to visit.people hanging around in parking lot front office area and on sidewalks were you have to pass close theses unsafe .

Stayed at Comfort Suites Miami/Kendall for 4 nights 3/13 to 3/17. When checking in the room was 30 $ more than stated on web site. Too late to change. I then was told that there was no maid service as they can’t find help (not my problem, pay workers more). I mentioned that they needed to reduce my room rate for this lack of service, and was told that they couldn’t do that. Mentioned that if I stayed 1 night, they would have to clean it, so why am I penalized for staying 4 nights. No answer for that.
That night, went to get ice on my 3rd floor room and there was a sign saying that the ice machine was temporary not working, but it was available on the 1st floor. Went to get ice the next day, same sign that said temporarily out of order. Same sign 4 days later. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.
