I purchased a 2016 Toyota Prius C that was listed online and on the bill of sale that it has the level "Two" trim but it is actually a level "One" trim package. The sales rep and manager admitted to it being incorrect but still refused to let me return the car.

Purchased vehicle with the agreed on price of $30,000 out the door, all taxes, fees, etc
Purchased vehicle with the agreed on price of $30,000 out the door, all taxes, fees, etc. A week later, the dealership calls for extra money because they forgot to include the county tax in my bill. They refused to pay for their mistake and made me unable to register my car for months. I ended up paying the money to ease my own stress. They are scamming people to buy a car, sign the documents, just to charge people later.

I purchased a truck at RMAB and after a very sort time owning it and barely driving it 2000 miles, it was burning oil at an alarming rate. Also, there was dust all over the internals of the engine caused by an aftermarket air intake clearly replaced poorly, added prior to my purchasing the vehicle. My truck has remained in that shop for the last two weeks due to the consistent loss of oil and the air intake issues. Some of the issues that the mechanic listed for me are as follows: A dusted motor, aftermarket intake is allowing dirt to get into the engine, rings on pistons allowing oil by, intake and intake manifold dusted the motor. My local mechanics let me know that the costs required for these repairs would be extensive and they strongly believe that the issues presented were not a result of something I had done in the short period of time I have owned the truck and the less than 2000 mile I have driven it, but rather lingering issues from a previous owner not remedied by Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. The local repair shop confirmed what I already know, an engine does not go from burning no oil to nearly six quarts in a matter of weeks. I selected your dealership after reading your website and learning of your selling Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles to minimize the risk of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction. It was a dealership I thought I could trust, has a good reputation, and seemed willing to help and work with the consumer. I went to a dealership to have some peace of mind versus buying from a private party and Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers offers 3000 miles/3-month guarantee on pre-owned vehicles. (I have barely driven 2000 miles since I bought my truck in mid-September.) RMAB claims all vehicles are inspected as well. How can that be, if the engine of this truck had been inspected, it would have raised a red flag. It would NOT have been sold in this condition.

We purchased a certified used vehicle and made sure to clarify that if any work needed to be done on the vehicle while under warranty we would get a loaner vehicle. Rocky Mountain assured us we would receive a loaner vehicle (found out later was a lie). 1. We had a major transmission issue with the vehicle, thus, contacted Rocky Mountain for repairs which fall under the warranty. Rocky Mountain refused to give us a loaner vehicle stating we must get a rental and would be reimbursed when the exact issue was identified. It took 5 days for Rocky Mountain to get our vehicle to a Chevy dealership for the repairs (while we were paying for a rental). After multiple attempts to get reimbursed for the rental vehicle (calls and emails) we have received horrible customer service and (a month later) still have not received any feedback on reimbursement for the rental. 2. When we first purchased the vehicle (less than a year ago) we had the vehicle for over 2 months and received a call from Rocky Mountain stating they had calculated our taxes incorrectly and we now owe $500.00. We were very suspicious of this considering it had been over 2 months since the purchase of the vehicle. Due to our suspicions we asked to get our trade in vehicle back and give them back the vehicle. We were told this was not an option due to they no longer had our trade in vehicle, thus, we must pay the $500.00 for their mistake in calculations 2 months after the sale.
