Each and every sleeve of crackers have smudges of peanut butter on edges. I have allergy to peanut anything so immediately recognized the look and then smell of peanut butter after opening one sleeve of the crackers. Crackers were purchased earlier this year, problem identified one week after purchase; procrastinated filing claim, hate to complain but concluded this must be reported. Monetary compensation should be considered by Nabisco however, this complaint is more for purpose of their correcting production error.

My daughter and I were so excited to see the Fudge Covered Ritz were back, so we bought a box. We got them home and they were all stuck together and the taste was terrible. I couldn't pull the crackers apart. We love Ritz, but will no longer buy the Fudge Covered. I was so disappointed. It killed me to have paid for a product that we will not eat. I have written plenty, you get the gist of how much this product sucked.

The past few times we have purchased the Family Sized box of Ritz at Walmart in Great Falls Montana, every tube inside the intact, undamaged box has had many broken crackers that are crumbly and cracked.

We love your product and have purchased it for years, but are thinking about looking for another similar cracker product because lately, buying Ritz is a waste of our money.

I spend a lot of money on having a football party and I bought five boxes of Ritz football tailgate crackers and every single one of them breaks apart as you tried to put cheese on them and my guests were very upset about not having crackers with a cheese and it messed messed my whole tailgate party up and I am very angry crumbs all over the carpet my dogs are was choked on the crumbs twice but he's okay but I am still very angry I would like you to discontinue these crackers because they are a bad design and they do not withstand cheese

To who this may concern. I brought bags of Ritz crackers Thin and I was not happy with the results. I opened the package and poured them into a bowl and looked at them . They were over cooked. They were burned to the crisp. My guests were not happy with them either. At the end of the day I had to throw them away. Beçause nobody wanted to eat them. So I would please like to receive a refund for all my crackers and trouble.

I bought a bag of Salt & Vinegar Crisp & Thins & was very disappointed when I realized they had no taste ... ( they were plain) I had purchased the Salt & Vinegar ones in the past & they had a great flavor- this particular bag did not ... I had a friend try it & she agreed that these were plain ... I was upset because I paid for Salt & Vinegar & got plain ones 😒

This is the 3rd bag of toasted chips sour cream and onion I have gotten that has no flavoring on them. It is like a bad game of roulette some have great seasoning and now this is the 3rd bag I have purchased with no seasoning at all. I work in quality assurance and I know if my product was this inconsistent I would have major issues with my customers. Please look into this. I would love a replacement or coupon but honestly I mostly would prefer this to be fixed so when I do purchase these (which I do quite often) they are consistent in their seasoning. At the very least each bag has some sort of seasoning not dry crackers.

I've brought plenty of bags of there before and I love them ! Just recently I bought a bag at the local gas station . I got the salt and vinegar ones to try them out because the gas station didn't have the ones I usually get and when I go home and opened the bag they were all are burnt black around the edges you could even taste it ! I was disappointed cause I love these! The cheddar ones are my favorite.!

On Aug. 23 I purchased a package of your Cheddar Crisp & Thins from my local Kroger. I'd never purchased them before and was extremely anxious to try them. I also purchased another bag of your Crisp & Thins in the Cream Cheese and Onion flavor which I sampled first. They were okay with the exception of the flavor being very "fake" for lack of a better word. Then I was very disappointed when I opened the bag containing the Cheddar Crisp & Thins to find they're all burned! What do I need to do to get a refund? They were on sale for $1.99 plus tax which came to $2.13.

I've loved Ritz Crackers since I was a kid. Recently, every time we buy a box of Ritz Crackers, the cracker basically falls apart in your hand as you try to take it out of the sleeve. I have no idea how you expect anyone to use these Crackers for appetizers at a party, when the Crackers crumble simply taking them out of the package. I read that it's due to the removal of trans fats which acted as a binding agent, but you need to find an adequate replacement, otherwise sales will plummet because no one has any use for Ritz crumbs.

Just opened the box of Ritz crackers 18 packs, only to find 17 packs in the box. Wth. I'd like to believe that u get what you pay for, but in this case I did not.. I really hope this dosen't happen to everyone that purchases these, if so no only are we as consumers getting ripped off, but the company is also getting richer. Hopefully u will resolve this.

I just opened a brand new box yesterday 8/19/19, dated best by Sept 16, 2019 lot#AX303. Besides almost 90% of the sandwich crackers being broken & seperated with no cheese &, within the 1st handful, i found 3 intacted sandwiches, full of black, green & white molds... as I shuffled throughout the box, I found plenty more! I did not count them in total, yet. I did ingest a few before noticing the 1st one in surprisement & disgust. Would be happy to include pictures or any other information needed. Hoping that no one else encounters this, especially if they are a mother (of 5) like me, & the children get to them & eat them 1st. I do hope you can help with this issue & at the least compensate me for this box of wasted, moldy Ritz bits with cheese.

I found this big clump of something in my bag of crisp & thins. I don't think it belongs there. I couldn't even eat them after finding it. It looks and feels very creepy! I will be returning the bag to Price Chopper where I bought it. I don't know how something this big gets into a bag of tiny chips. Do you know what it is like to be watching a movie in the dark and you reach your hand in a bag of chips and pull out something like this. Feaked me out so bad I almost vomited. I hope you can look into this . Thank you for your time.

I bought two of these boxes at target and it was a total rip off! Hardly any crackers were intact or with any cheese what so ever! Very disappointed not a happy camper! I'm that case I would of just bought regular ritz crackers! I hope the second box isn't the same! I really hope you guys do something about this if not you have just lost a great customer.

Last week, at Smith's in Taos NM, I bought three packages of your crackers in prep for a party. I could not wait for the party ... so I tried a tube last night from one box, for I have always loved these crackers. (And glad I took an early try...) The crackers crumbled and were useless. What is wrong? Too dry? Improper mix? The number on the box I have here at my computer = 09NOV2019MS2043. Imagine what I will have to say at the party about your crackers! Yesterday I went to target and purchased a box of your whole wheat ritz crackers. I buy these all the time, when I got home and opened the box to enjoy them the first roll had a slit alongside the seam. I tried the next roll and so on but all 4 rolls has slits along the seams. One roll only had a small slit the other three rolls were at least half way open.

The last box of 8 packs of cheese crackers was burnt! I usually love these crackers and buy at least 6 eight packs a week. This burned problem has only happened once before. Please do whatever you need to in order to replace them.

These are the cheese crackers NOT the kind with peanut butter. I am allergic to peanuts.

This process is absolutely ridiculous. I sent you proof of purchase as well as several pictures of the badly burnt crackers. What more ca you possibly need?

Hello. I bought a box of 8 fresh stacks crackers and inside the crackers package is damaged. Its has some black residue on top and crackers it self. I bought new one. It was not open or anything but inside the packages is dirty. I have some pictures I can provide. I am scared to eat because I don't know what is it. I will throw away because I open this box at home and I can not return the food back to store I believe. This is totally not acceptable and I complain to you about this. I love Ritz crackers so much and really disappointed that I bought food with some soft (like grease) residue inside.

Under cooked, white in color. Zero salt and powdery. 5 out of 10 boxes that my family has purchased lately have been this way. They have come from multiple stores and from the same stores. This has been an issue for over 3 years now. Half of the boxes that we have bought are exactly the way they should be. Perfect Ritz crackers. However, when the other half of the boxes are not eatable it makes it really hard to keep buying them. Nabisco, please fix your quality control, I'm sure you are losing a lot of business. If more than half of your product is returned for a refund then your profits must be hurting.

I purchase Ritz Crackers often. I love topping them, entertaining, etc... However at least in the last 6 months alone I have purchased about 8 boxes or more. I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt. I have been extremely disappointed because either every row in the box or at least 3 out of 4 rows in the box as soon as you touch a cracker crumbles up. I have purchased from several locations & this is not an isolated incident. I've asked others who have the same complaint. I know I can not be your only complaint on this. Have you changed ingredients? This was the cracker I was raised up on & have always been my number one go to. I had to dispose of whole boxes at a time. This is a waste of my money & my time. I am seriously considering no longer purchasing your product. This is ridiculous.
