Rite Aid manager george

Walked 8 blocks with a shopping cart for 2 cases of bottled water. This is very hard for me to do I am disabled. Got there and store was out of the water on sale. It was Saturday night about 7:00 pm. Asked if they would sub cheaper water for the water they were out of and manager George said no! Needless to say I was upset and said I would not return to that store. Decided to go back next day just to see and this mgr George was laughing when he seen me with water in my shopping cart. I just transferred my 12 monthly prescriptions to another pharmacy. Will never step foot in that store again. This mgr George I will not day what I think of him. Been going that store 15+ years. My friend Romona works there but you just lost a customer. I know Rite aid don't give a Damm about this. Letting you know. Mark J. Cooper.

Rite Aid cashier adrianah

I was checking out and the first associate (Anthony) said my product didn't match my coupon and the store was sold out of the toothpaste I was looking for. I went back to the aisle and found the toothpaste for the coupon and Ms. Adrianah was at the register and said "didn't he tell y'all we aint got no more" I told her the toothpaste I have is valid with the coupon which she continued to ring my item up 3 times and told me my total was $7.00. I informed her that the item is free after the store & manufacture coupon and she replies well it says "$7.00 so" I let her know she rang the item up 3 times and of course she denies it, then attempts to void off the 1 extra ring but actually rings it up again. The manager, Im assuming, came up and told her to go to a different register and voided the transaction and rang my item up correctly. But I didn't get out of the store before Adrianah let me know that I could come clock in and work myself, then let proceeded to let me know what time her shift ended, at 11PM, and I could meet her outside when she clocked out. My name is Heather Wojciechowski [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

Rite Aid customer service

An associate named April checked me out and she was very rude. First of all she didn't acknowledge my presence, she gave me a dirty look and didn't even say hello. She didn't offer the wellness number or acted like I existed. I was blown off completely. She was very rude. This store is disgusting. None of the associates are nice except for mary who I don't see that often. The store is always a mess and product is never stocked. You need to deal with this store ASAP or sell it to CVS which is a good clean store. I am now going to visit the CVS down the street. Disgusting store with bad employees. The men are terrible too. One is a manager and he is awful to me. I could file a complaint for emotional distress and abusive behavior. Please deal with this stores employees. They seem lazy and I have even overheard them talking about each other in a negative way. So ghetto with no team environment. If I were the boss I would fire all of them immediately with exception of mary. Too much turnover too. I work in the customer service arena and you all need to deal with this. Terrible store.

Rite Aid pharmacy

I have been a rite aid customer for over 10 years. My insurance company requires that I choose one pharmacy to fill prescription at, and every year I choose Rite Aid for 10 years now. Today I have several prescriptions due to be refilled and the pharmacists refused to fill my medications that I have been taking for almost 5 years now. Suddenly stopping this medication can jeprodize my health and wellness. I was not notified until now, the day my refills are due. The pharmacist accused me over the phone of slurring my speech and was extremely rude to me as well as the representative from my insurance company. I live in Ohio and legally should be notified in writing and given 30 days to find a new pharmacy. It can take up to 7 days for my insurance company to process this change and because of this pharmacist refusing to fill my medications I will have to risk my health so she doesn't have to "feel uncomfortable" this is a serious violation of my rights as a patient. She is not my doctor and should not have the right to refuse me my medication under these circumstances. I have put it for the change already, however if something happens to me as a result of this I will hold your company and this pharmacy responsible. I am also notifying the pharmacy board in Ohio of this violation. They fill the same medicine for the last two years with not problem. There has been no changes to what I am taking so I see no reason to suddenly decide that I should no longer be a rite aid patient after almost 2 decades. This is not how you treat a loyal customer. Refusing service and implying that I'm intoxicated or some kind of drug addict is insanely unprofessional.
If this is normal practice for your pharmacist then you should be out of business. Please feel free to contact me at 440.670.6717. I seriously hope you will address this problem before you loose anymore customers because of this overzealous pharmacist. I expect to hear from a repetitive soon.

Rite Aid behaviour

I was in the store on Monday morning and went in to process photos and actually say hi to the visiting store manager. I will say right away that I was asst. mgr there for about a year and after the store manager left I became the store manager so for the next 4 years I was manager. This was not my first store and I had been in retail mgmt as well as restaurant mgmt. for around 26 years or so. I had made it known last year that I would retire this year. And I did on April 26th 2019.

I had sensed when I was shopping there before when the new manager was there that she didn't like me being there. Now to get this straight I like shopping at Rite Aid/Walgreens and had for years before I started working there. I go in get what I want and leave and yes I say hi to people. But on Monday I was trying to finish before she got there and just as she came in the printer ran out of paper and ink film. Nicole had just clocked in and I told her that it needed changed. She didn't know how and neither did the cashier so I suggested we get the visiting manager because even though I knew how to do it I was a customer now. So Nicole proceeds to try and I said I will walk you through it. I honestly was just trying to help her. So I was talking her through it and right off the bat she says that I may have to do it myself so I told her no that I would talk her through it which I did. As she was removing the film and paper she found that there wasnt any replacement film. So because I was almost done she took the film from the other machine which was fine. However I suggested that she get the visiting manager to help her order supplies. As she was working on this printer she said and I quote " Bonnie you left this store a mess". I did not so I didn't say anything at first. And the as I stood there I said "excuse me"? And she repeated it and then mumbled something I have no idea what. So I said "Back off" and then she turns to look at me. And she started to say something else and I repeated "Back off". She then proceeded to get the printer done and my pictures started printing. She then decided she would be nice so I answered her questions about my vacation and it went nice from there. My point is that this was rude. I don't work there anymore and I retired on good terms. And I don't need her trashing me. I don't understand this.

I will say that I hesitated to file this because I know it will be laughed at and ridiculed and nothing will be said to her. I love this store and I will continue to shop there but I will make sure she isn't there. I just don't understand why you would talk to a customer like this even a former employee. This is not how this works. It is just rude. Having said all this I honestly wish her the best but if she is rude to me how is she treating everyone else?

Rite Aid pharmacy refusing to transfer prescriptions for 1 1/2 months

On May 23, 2019 my doctor sent a new prescription to be filled, however the pharmacy did not fill the prescription. When the script came through it was put on hold and that is unacceptable. On May 28th I contacted Kim who works in the pharmacy and asked her to fill the prescription that was supposed to be filled on May 23rd. I met up with Kim the next day and got my prescription. On May 30th, I had my new pharmacy contact Rite Aid / Walgreens to transfer out all of my prescriptions that had refills as well as my 4 children's prescriptions that had refills remaining. The pharmacist Shayna Baker transferred only 1 of my medications instead of all my prescriptions that were requested. I had a total of 13 active prescriptions that were able to be filled / transferred. Refusing to transfer prescriptions is poor business practice and reflects the type of pharmacy manager you have working for your company. The pharmacy manager and pharmacy technician Chris Taylor states the reason for not filling my families medication is because we do not pick them up which is untrue. If you take a look for yourself you will see that meds are filled and picked up in a reasonable time frame. There may have been an occurrence or two when a script wasn't picked up on time due to scheduling issues or co-pay to high but that is no excuse for the pharmacy employees to decide for a customer when and if they can get their prescriptions filled when they are due. It has taken 1 1/2 months to get the pharmacy to finally transfer out the prescriptions originally requested. I contacted Rite Aid / Walgreens this evening and requested the prescriptions be transferred. Ginger called my new pharmacy this evening and transferred them finally. It's pretty shameful when you have to go around the pharmacy managers schedule to get your prescriptions transferred when they did in fact have refills and were transferable at the time they were first requested for transfer.

Rite Aid pharmacist's phone etiquette and bad attitude

Situation: I made a spontaneous decision on July 3 to drive with my brother who purchased a new car in Omaha, NE while visiting. Later that evening, I called my USave Pharmacy after hours and leaving a message when I realized that I would run out of medication for five prescriptions: Devenlafaxi, Prazosin, Quetiapine, Temazepan &Clonazepan. As three of them required doctor's authorization for more refills, I also called Meridan Mental Health & TMS Services where my psychiatric works and left a message since I know that he takes Mondays off. On Saturday, July 6, my brother and I went to the Rite Aid at 6512 Franklin Blvd where a male pharmacist listened and wrote down my information to meet my needs - he was very kind. On Tuesday morning around 9 am, July 9, I called to check on the prescriptions to see if they were ready. The female pharmacist who answered the phone rudely informed me that 3 prescriptions were not ready and that the Devenlafaxi was not covered by our new insurance plan under Aetna. Since I received a letter early May at home about this, I informed my psychiatrist to authorize the change from 50 mg to 100 mg which he changed as I have been on the medication for 8+ years. At any rate, I informed her that specific medication was already refilled with proper authorization and paperwork to accompany it at least once when she scoffed and said that is my problem - that point I regret not asking her name. Consequently, I called Meridan Mental Health and informed them of the refill and authorization issue. In addition, I warned Dr. Mary Jo Hannigan's prescription administrator that I dealt with a lot of attitude from this pharmacist. the administrator said not to worry about the female pharmacist's attitude and that she would take care of it. The administrator called me at 2:45 pm to tell me that the prescriptions were taken care of and that she, too, met considerable, poor attitude. Therefore, she called the female pharmacist out regarding her treatment of me asking her if she understood what these medication are for and if she realized that patients taking such medications should never have to face difficulties from anyone in the medical field as patients like me do not need any more stress to add to our depression disorder. While I understand that people have bad days ... as a priest and a multiple award winning language teacher, I conduct my life and work with professionalism regardless of my mental health and attitude each day. It is my hope that this employee may have the opportunity too a workshop on customer service and acceptance in the near future.

Rite Aid pharmacy in california city, ca 93505

Today on June 5th, 2109, between 5pm and 6pm. I had called the pharmacy to check on a medication I needed filled that is my psych meds. I waited 4 and a half minutes for anyone to answer at least to say can ya hold please. I waited about a minute and finally pharmacist had gotten on phone to assist me. I asked if I had any refills on medicine and stated my name and DOB. The RPH then told me he would look and see and then stated no more refills. I then procceded to ask if it was the RPH and he said yes its Ben. I then was asking what can happen if I dont take that medicine due to I have to get ahold of a dr to get refill and can take time to get RX refill. I was interrupted rudely and told Ill give you 7 day supply very rudely. I then said ok could you get it ready. Then he stated oh its at rosamond rite aid. I then asked if he could fill it there and he said hold on let me check. Ben then said I had over 200 pills left so they could fill it for me. I said ok Id appreciate that due to I run out tomorrow. He said ok bye. I feel the service was unprofessional and the wait for someone to answer the phone was not acceptable. I am a concerned pt about a serious medication and feel should of gotten respect and been treated professional. Thanks for your time.

Rite Aid shift manager

I'm a customer of the above location for many years. Today I experienced unprofessional skill of "shift manager" who refused to tell her name. The transaction # 1163858 was made at 9:46pm on 5/23/19. The cashier # [protected] didn't have enough change in her draw. The "manager" advised that I, as a customer, must go outside and find smaller bills if I want to complete my transaction. Because "after certain time the store doesn't accept large bills". First of all, if store is open 24/7, it's manager's responsibility to make sure that her cashier is fully operating. Secondly, when I asked this "shift manager" where I can see a policy about "certain timing that the store doesn't accept large bills", she asked me if I am an employee of Rite Aid and if not, she doesn't have to show me anything! I'm assuming if this type of police exists, it must be shown for customers, not only for employees. It was no signage! This shift manager refused to tell me her name, but apparently she doesn't have managerial skills. She was rude, careless and nasty for no reason. The line behind me build up over than 10 people, but the same shift manager did not care about that as well.
I hope you will take my complain for serious consideration.
Thank you,

Unhappy customer

I experienced considerable rudeness at the Rite Aide at 12 st and Kings Highway! No employee was wearing a mask! I was ten to midnite and I
am and look old! Almost 80! I have been a customer for over a Quarter century! Got 3 vaccinations for Covid many over the years for flu many prescriptions filled there and thousands of dollars of vitamins, chips, cake, shampoo toothpaste candy etc. Spent $76++ this evening and was treated rudely and disrespectfully by all but one young man. I believe in hiring the handicapped! But there should be no quota for lazy rude, disrespectful and bored!

Rite Aid pharmacy

I wrote to you yesterday about charging twice for Enoxaparin that should have only been charged once. Went to pick it up for the 4th time and they could not find it at first. Then charged me again. Insurance Company said they should not have. It was written for 30 days. Store Prince Frederick, MD 20678 and they got it from Hospital Dr. Prince Frederick and I dont know why, it was ordered 18 days ago. RX [protected]. On 5/5/18. They are rude at this store. I expect a refund. 4 times going to pick up 1 prescription is a little to much.

Rite Aid unprofessional customer service

I was called and informed my 2nd shot for the Shingles vaccine was available. I said I would be in on Wednesday. I wasnt informed there was deadline to get the shot that was available. I worked late Wednesday. I went to pharmacy today (Thursday). As I was in sight of the pharmacy assistant, she started whispering to pharmacist and laughing. There was a customer ahead of me at the Counter, I was 20 feet away and the pharmacist actually yelled out that "your shot was given away", I didnt understand, so she yelled again and the other customer was laughing to at this point. As I was at the point of wait line, the pharmacist said she gave the shot away because I didnt show up. She and the assist laughed again when I said what do I do, she said they would call. There would not have been an issue if they hadn't been laughing, and yelling my personal info into the store. I'm changing pharmacies after 20 years. Since Peter has left. They have just gotten rude, and with me treated me rudely when I get my pain medications. They had no right to yell my info, and call attention to me for any reason.

Rite Aid parking lot garbage

The Rite Aide parking lot at Wyoming Street, Detroit Michigan is very dirty and strewn with garbage. Garbage is also piled up next to the garbage bin and very visible to customers. This is very unsightly and disgusting. The visual effect prevents me from shopping at the store. The management is either oblivious to the problem or just doesn't care. Please clean up your mess!

Rite Aid never having the rite aid smoking patches - not in stock every time I go (for six months)

I have a complaint about the Rite Aid store at 10 S. Front Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148. My name is TEresa Reynolds, and I have been going to this Rite Aid for years. For the past six months or so, their supply of items is not what it should be. Specifically, the Rite Aid smoking patches - Rite Aid brand. Every time I go there, for the past 6 months, they never have the 21 mg patches. And when I ask, the buck gets passed each time from the cashier who blames the pharmacy, and today it was from the pharmacy to the manager, Sam. Seems the pharmacy pulls them as soon as they come in for people that have prescriptions for them. I then asked if they could order more then. Sam (I didn't get his last name) said he was the manager and told me that he can't order more, they get what is pre-allocated from them. He did not offer to look into it or offer much more information than that.

There is another Rite Aid within 2 miles of my home that I have to go to get them, they always have them in stock. But, I have to pay to park there, and it is in a bad neighborhood. This inconvenience is not right and the lack of customer support received from the store was so evident, especially today.

I spend a lot of money at Rite Aid, perhaps when I go to Broad & Snyder in Philadelphia to get my patches, I will take my business to Walgreens.

Thank you for listening, let's see if anything changes. Oh, and I did tell everyone in the store today that I was complaining about this from the cashier to the pharmacy to Sam, the "manager."

Rite Aid store manager michelle i

I went in and spoke to the store Manager Michelle I about my son and friend stealing wine and meds from her store and ask if we can review camera footage to confirm if he did because Im concerned with my teenage son. She made a very inappropriate and unprofessional comment. She said, that is so strange they are stealing wine, when I was young we would steal beer or have somone go buy beer for us but never wine. I was so upset by her comment. I'm not sure she is the right person to be representing Rite Aid.

Rite Aid pharmacist not trained to disperse medicine nor has the knowledge

Karin/ Rite Aide Pharmacy
3950 Union Road
Cheektowaga NY 14225

Corporate Ethics point Office

Sad to complain and need to write an incident report.

As I discussed with you you are aware that A few weeks ago your site received a script for me for first time trulicity on Tuesday. I came Friday of that week and blew my patience to hear from Joshua that the 4 shots would cost over $700 ! omg. I asked why someone did not call me to inform me of that price. His answer " knew you could not afford it and I didn't call you" when I spoke to you, you said he was here a few days a week... I relay on the pharmacist knowledge and this answer is unacceptable. Had he called me in respect to the price, I could had found an alternative source or outreach. This is a delay in my control of diabetics, and he put me in danger of not receiving as prescribed in time medical treatment. This is not his call to tell me I can't afford it. Don't know who the others were but they defended him.

Incident 2:
I went to another doctor and she prescribed insulin. (FIRST TIME USAGE) When I came to your site that Friday evening, the viral of insulin was there no needles! Asked where are needles she stated that the doctor did not order them! Once again relied on your knowledge of dispense medicine. She said that I should have some from prior usage. This is first time usage, not in my chart ever is there insulin usage. She then charged me.50 each for needles to use to temporary until rite aide contacts the doctor to order needles. At home, I suspected those needles I paid for were the wrong SIZE How fortunate I am I can read or recognize that the size needle was not what was exhibited to me at the doctors office. I had to wait a few days to pick up needles. Again, a delay in medical treatment.

I find this unacceptable by Rite Aide and that the persons involved are not trained to be in effect as a pharmacist, but to cause due harm to patients. This needs to be investigated as to how many other folks were played that do not understand medication and disbursement and trust you. I am very appauld as to two incidents as noted above. I would like a written response as to the arena that these incidents are acknowledged/disciplined and solved. Shame! This could had been a costly misuse of directive by Rite aid to me. Maybe others!
