Rite Aid service store 11229

I am a costumer for the last 20 years from this store,
But lately service became a problem to me every time i'm at checkout and
A cashier name getachew checked me out.
Hi personal hygiene is disgusting. He has body odor and his breath are terrible.
I keep changing my shopping time because of this. But there are time that even this doesn't help. This need to stop. I also have prescription in pharmacy and I don't want to get it transfer to other place, but I need rite aid take care of me as a costumer or do something about it.
I also witness how rude this cashier could be when a costumer call out his lack of personal hygiene.
I hope rite aid can understand my frustration.

Rite Aid pharmacy

I am in remission from cancer. And rite aid, in Kalkaska has been my primary pharmacy for the past five years and even before that. I take a drug called, hyslinga 60 mg tablet. It was prescibed that drug for the last three years or so. For pain I was left with from chemo, surgery and radiation. Called fri 9/6 to verify my scripts were ordered. Called back later that day and talked with Eric. was informed medication was out and had to order. Mon 9/9 called to make sure it was ordered. On 9/11 was supposed to pick up medicine, thats the date script was dated for. was informed it dident come in on delivery. 9/12 called to see if it came in. 9/14 called to see if it came in. Talked with a pharmacists that was filling in told him I should just go somewhere else. his reply was, you should do it then! . 9/18 called to see if it came in. 9/20 called to see if it came in. and to transfer it to petoskey mi, since that was the only ones that had it in stock, twice that day. the tech at kalkaska says, its all set for u to pick up. Just to make sure it was there, called petoskey rite aid 9/21 and was informed it had already been filled somewhere else, and it hadent been. So I pull my fatigued, aching body get in my car at 7:30 at night to go to store in kalkaska to figure out what is going on. It was something with the computer and they had to call petoskey, rite aid to talk to the pharmacist. Then it occurred to me, why should have to drive a two hour trip and my gas money just to get my script filled? Instead went to my primary and got a new script sent into family fare pharmacy. which they had for me the next day.

Did rite aid fill mine last month and throw away the bottle and dident order any? Must of! When I asked Eric about this his reply was, their is all new employees. Kalkaska told me they don't know if a drug comes in till the truck comes in. I also know this is a drug not everyone keeps in stock. I get three month scripts at a time. always have. Their happened to be new lady pharmacist, that i had never seen before, that had no problem shoving the attempted tries and fails, paperwork in my face, When I had to go in on the 21st. Also on one of my three month scripts for hyslinga, they forgot to fill one month and it sat in computer to long and it expired. Used to get all my 9 scripts all on the same date. Now they are all messed up. Used to get my vitamins in store to. my boyfriend, Kim meeker has a script for behind the pharmacy counter, for his breathing. needless to say, its a very important one. this last time I went to pick it up, not enough came on truck. How can that be when he has a script for it? So went to two other pharmacy's in Kalkaska and they diden't have it, without ordering it. So went back to rite aid and asked Eric, if their was something in compairison to what he was taking? he pulls out a rite aid brand from behind the counter. Well why the hell diden't he suggest it in the first place?

So transferred my 9 scripts. my boyfriends 10 scripts. and my mothers account to family fare pharmacy. They had my hyslinga in the next day. not only did I not get my medicine from rite aid, felt like I was disrespected, like it was my fault. just excuses and finger pointing. very unprofessional. I don't need this pharmacy on my medical team. neither does my mother or boyfriend. if anyone does ask me about pharmacys I certainly will not suggest rite aid in Kalkaska. and have taken it social media. in this small town word travels fast. seems there is ALOT of unhappy customers

Rite Aid lack of security

Dear Rite Aid Corporate,

Sunday is the worst day due to having no security the entire day. That's through the morning shift and evening shift (For Monday too). Co -Workers claim to see at least 5 thieves walk in stealing back to back. Then they hit this button for so called Rite Aid Service Support. They will "scan" the aisles while they are stealing and not even call back the store to check up. Do they even care? If they're not told to call the cops, they do nothing. Theft also happens other days due there only being ONE daytime guard which covers 1 shift.

Rite Aid medication

I've been feeling with rite-aide pharmacy for at least 27 years. I recently received my yearly printout for all pharmacy items up untill aug.31, 2019. Totally in access of $18, 00.00. I received 10 phone calls that all 7 of my medicine are all ready for pickup. All except 1, in which won't be ready untill today. (my most important one) sat. So I explain to them i'm leaving for california tonight. They assure me everything will be ready for pickup. I receive a recorded message on sat. Morning that my medicine can't be picked up till sunday due to the insurance. I'm only 1 day early and I know i'm given a 2 day grace period. Now unable to change my flight without losing $434.00, I am screwed, what right do you people have messing with people's life's. I can't believe that in today's day and age, rite-aide is able to make major mistakes with people's well being. I was so mad I told the pharmacists I spoke with, i'm taking my medications to another pharmacy. And she basically didn't give 2 [censored]s as to my vacation and 434$ lose.

Rite Aid cashier

Cashier was completely rude.I Never said a word to the lady. Simply said hello and put my items on the counter to be rung up. Then She told me my total, so I handed her the cash in her hand. she continued to just drop my change on the counter and throws the dollars on counter, after I handed it to her in her hand. Cashiers name was Tina . Just because she is having a bad day doesn't mean to take it out on customers

Rite Aid employees

Today 09/27/2019 at about 8:00 p.m I was in your Ansted, WV store.
I was in the aisle where the Halloween stuff is and was looking at cups just as any other customer is allowed to do. I picked up a cup and the lid wasn't sturdy so I did not purchase it and proceeded to the check out where we purchased 2 rolls of paper towels. Kathi Miller the clerk checked us out. She made small talk for a minute and then an officer approached me and stood near me and asked Kathi I put anything in my purse. I showed the officer everything in my purse and he seen that there was no store merchandise in my purse. Kathi acted as if she did not know what was going on that it must have been someone in the back at the pharmacy. I politely asked the pharmacist if he or his co-worker called the officer in and he stated that he did not.
I called back to ask for the corporate number and Kathi said that the number was 1-800riteaid and asked me to not mention herself because she had no part in it. I was publicly humiliated for what reason? I did nothing but look at a cup and purchase paper towels. I shop at rite aid more so than anywhere else and I will not be going back into that location for products or medication. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received today. I have never felt so be-littled and humiliated in my life!

Rite Aid building

I would like to complain about the Restroom facility at above mentiond store. I tried to sit on the toilet, but it was very small and low to the ground. I left the store without relief and hurried home. I did mention this fact to an employee in the store without a response back. I would think that a large Corporation like Rite-Aid would have to comply with the American with Disability Act and provide ADA Restrooms.

Rite Aid pharmacy

Twice in the past few months I have been given the wrong prescription. The first time I was given someone else's medication (a seizure med) and did not realize until I returned home it was not even my name on the bottle. It was returned to the store and brought to their attention. Today, I took one pill out of my refilled bottle of pills I had just received. I noticed last months script and this months... The pills looked different. It turns out I did have the wrong prescription... Except this months script was correct, and last months they gave me the wrong pills. I took that entire bottle (except for one pill) out of a month long supply... And it was the wrong medication the entire time! It was not even what I was prescribed. I had issues with my health all this past month and I am livid that it is most likely the cause! If they made this very serious mistake twice in just a few months with me... Imagine how many other people could be getting the wrong meds! It is a serious safety concern, not to mention there is a big phi violation with these incidents. Someone better be contacting me about my complaint.

Rite Aid Cashiers

I go to this rite aid every week and spend good money there. Your cashiers used to be so nice. The girls you have now are not nice at all and can be in fact rude to say the least. I would say one but all of them in the last month I have been there have such an attitude. The pharmacy is another story. Pharmacists are nice. Good people there. Someone from corporate should do some customer service training. Going to shop at Walgreens from now on.

Rite Aid employer unprofessionalism

Hello. I walked in to the Rite Aid in J and 15 th St West in Lancaster, Ca between 3pm and 3:30 pm on Sept 12, 1999. This is the Rite Aid the I've been going to for a long time and is right across for Antelope Valley Hospital. The line for the drive through was extremely long (about 5 cars) so I decided to park and walk in. There were 3 people ahead of me in the line. A dark skinned African American woman was the cashier. She was very loud and brass and started to have a conversation with the woman she was helping. They laughed and giggled for a good 5 minutes. The woman in front of me struggled her shoulders in disgust. Finally she went up and that took a few minutes but less conversation. Finally when I walk up (Linda) intentionally walks away leaving me at the register to go speak with a man that had been sitting in the waiting area. He told her that;s okay there is someone waiting at the desk which was me. Instead of her coming back to assist me she demanded the new cashier that was just walking up send the man she called up back so the she could move over to assist me. She was so nasty and i could see that her own co workers didn't even like her. She should be written up for that. Even the customer knew she was acting inappropriately and attempted to correct her. I called the pharmacy a few hours to speak with the pharmacy manager name Jimmy. Jimmy was giving out flu shots so I called back about 30 minutes later. When I called back someone just held the phone and then hung up. This is the reason I am writing corporeal. The service for me was awful and "Linda" was down right nasty and did not want to ring up me and my son. How does a cashier walk away form the person(s) right there in front her her to go help someone else in which THAT person directs her to go help the people at your station. She was so nasty and spiteful and I would like for her disposition to be addressed immediately.

Rite Aid pharmacy sent out the wrong customer information

Today I went to pick my medicine up from my local Rite Aid. When I looked in my bag I notice my regular bottle of pills was in there so I didn't pay anything else too much attention. But some hours later I went to read the information sheet to see if I could take my medicine without eating and I noticed that I had someone else information. This made me very worrisome because I could see all of this lady information. Her address, phone number, employer info, her medical info, what she was taking, how many refills and so forth. If I had all her information who has all of mines. It's a bit frightening! While this may seem like a small mistake to some god forbid my personal information ends up in the wrong hand and become social media information. I am completely take aback and highly nervous about this. Is there anyway to track down who has my information. What can be done about this mishap?

Rite Aid vitamins

I have been a regular rite aid shopper since the thrifty days here in so. California. I go to our local store at least 2 times a month to spend over$100.00 each visit, sometimes more. I was appalled at the vitamin selection. Usually, when there is a buy 1 get another for!/2 off or buy 1 get one free, I see the sale tags all down the front of the shelves. Usually for nature made products. Well, yesterday, there was the nature made vitamin sale, but I found out at the check out that the sale was for only a few of the selected vitamins! I had to return the 2 I had wanted and needed; the nature made stress b complex. These were not on sale. I would appreciate if rite aid would help me by sending me a rain check for my stress b complex vitamins. Otherwise, i'll be going a little further down the street to the cvs.

Rite Aid high employee & not helpful

I went to purchase a few beanie babies for my kids that were on a 5.99 shelf, but they rang up as 7.99, and wouldn't honor the price I found the beanie babies in. Employees were not helpful and seemed checked out, like they didn't want to work. I ended up walking out of the store due to their unprofessionalism, and unwelcoming attitude. The African American gentlemen that rung me up has red and dilated eyes with mumbling speech, so I suspect he may have been high under the influence. I don't think that my family & I will be returning to Rite-Aid due to this unfortunate experience.

Rite Aid ebay gift cards

I was a victim of an eBay scam about 2 months ago. I purchased 4 $500 eBay cards to purchase a vehicle, before I scratched the code I found out it was a scam but was unable to get my money back through the store, however I was told to email Tsvetana.p.valkov@riteaid.com. I was told to take photos of the cards and receipt. I later got an email saying they were able to verify the cards and the case was resolved. She needed my full name and address to send my check. This has been more than 2 weeks ago and still no refund. I have left several emails and voice messages with no response. I purchased these cards in hopes of buying a car, which ended up being a scam. But now I am without a vehicle and paying on a $2000 loan. I am about to lose my job because I have no transportation to work now. Is there any way you can help me resolve this matter quickly. Thank you,

Rite Aid manager

I've been applying for Gwen read for a minute now the manager at this address the night manager was very rude and accused me of stealing something and made me pay for something that was open it was not me I've been a client for over 5 years in that store at Grand Street this Indian lady accused me in front of the whole store I paid for the $10 product which I did not even touched I believe she should not be the manager over at 408 Grand Street New York New York 10002 she the night manager and she did not give me her name either

The night manager accused me of stealing something that was opened up so I told her call the police when she didn't so she made me pay for it I did pay for it I asked her for her name so I could file a complaint she didn't give me her name I've been a customer for Rite Aid 5 years in the store but now I will not go back until she's fired that night manager is an abuser and abused my right eye was not supposed to play pay $10 for something I did not do or I will never do I do pay for my dues I've been a customer there for years

Rite Aid delivery truck to the store

Hello,

A semi truck driver delivers to the store every week. He blocks two lanes of a three lane road. Today he did it during rush hour and the cab of his truck is facing the wrong way down a one way street.

The driver could park along the side of the street but he wants to make sure he doesn't have to walk to the front door. He blocks traffic and people can't get in the store.

Some days he is here for over an hour. Today was a quick 20 min stop, but still risked people's lives because he didn't want to walk a few more steps.

Rite Aid pharmacist. name: eva horrible customer service to senior

On August 6, 2019, I went to Rite Aid to pick- up some Medication I had been their seen Eva Run me away in February 2019 when on a Sunday I went to get my Medication but Eva told me something about 28 days and I had to wait for 2 days. I went back on that
Monday and Eva told me to come back after 4:30 pm. that when I left Rite Aid and went to Walgreen with Customer Service like that it's bad that you wait so long. Eva said the Doctor had to call to have my Medication to come back to Rite Aid and Blue gross Customer Servicer call for me at 1:35 and they said it's would be 2 hours when I got there at 3:30 I still had to wait. I Don't understand why Eva would call Walgreen and not have the Medication ready for me when I got there. that why she had that smile on her face when she saw me coming in. I'm on a cane and a senior I don't go out at the night and the Bus stop running.

Rite Aid the pharmacist

I'm a valued customer I get prescriptions filled there every other day I was there on 8/04/19 picked up prescriptions then left went home and returned a couple hours later and apparently the pharmacist didn't see me leave and come back said I've been in store for hours.. which at the time I explained to him I went home had come back pick medicine up for my girlfriend which then at the time he started calling me a lyier saying I never left then started to excuse me of stealing in front of a store full of customers which was so inbarresing and once again I stated I'm there to purchase something and once again started saying that I'm up to something and think I'm stealing which would make no sence they all know me by name that's how often I'm in the store but he kept saying didn't believe me that I left and came back. This was very inbarresing for me at the time the store was full of ppl I hope there is a way we can resolve this issue.

Rite Aid employee mistreatment and elderly abuse

I worked as a pharmacy tech under manager ronni yellen. I quit because I was not allowed meal breaks working 8-10 hour shifts. When I was loaned out to other pharmacies to help them, I was allowed a meal break. After I quit, I was called repeatedly by ronni. When I would not answer, she called my spouse fron her personal cell phone and harassed him saying she was going to call the police. Then she had an employee named "Chris" call both of us from his personal cell phone. When we did not answer, he called my 77 year old mother and said he was the police and alarmed her as though I was in some sort of trouble. My mother called me and I told her I was okay. Then the employee called me again and when I answered he said he was doing a wellness check on me. I informed him that he is not qualified to call me from his cell phone or to perform a wellness check or impersonate a police man and that is a crime. We are African American and to threaten us with the police is alarming. I am going to inform the Better Business Bureau if this unfair and racist treatment is allowed by this pharmacist.
